Speciality cacaos make up only 4% of the total world cacao trade. Our beans were dried carefully in stone ovens, never exceeding the cacao bean‘s core temperature of 45 °C, then cold ground. This way all the precious flavors and vegetable substances such as flavonoids (antioxidants), amino acids (tryptophan), anandamide, phenethylamine or theobromine remain intact to make you happy and giving this chocolate it‘s natural fruity flavors.
