Overdue Announcement
Hey everybody, I’m not sure who’s still here from my AO3 but I just figured I’d finally get off my ass and explain myself about a few things for those of you who are.
So, some may have noticed Make It Or Break It is gone now, that’s cause I am no longer proud of it and over time I’ve grown to despise some of the outrageously inappropriate and over the top crap I wrote. I know a lot of you loved it, and it broke my heart to have to kill the only fic I’ve ever written that’s gotten so much traction and love, but unfortunately, I can’t in good faith allow it to exist on any corner of the internet any longer.
It just simply does not reflect my current writings at all and I’m frankly disgusted by a lot of the things I wrote. It was amateur, it was a way of worming out of my reading assignment, it was rushed in all aspects. I just can’t anymore. It brought me dread knowing it was out there and that my name was attached to it.
That being said, I know you all loved it very much. And a lot of my other work. I can’t promise I will be publishing another any time soon, and I know our lives have all been on cool down mode since 2020. But I’ve been going through a lot and I regret making promises I could not keep regarding posting schedules and all that.
I would very much love to post the personal Haudion/Alola fic I’ve been working on for a while now sometime in the future. But as it stands: It’s not ready and I’ve had no motivation to work on it in a long time. So I hope you can all forgive me for this, I just spiraled into a depression and procrastinated more and more until suddenly it had been 3 years and I realized I’d ghosted all of you without meaning to.
I thank you again for all your support and for giving my fic so much love, but I just couldn’t deal with it anymore and had to get rid of it.
If you’re interested though, currently, I am most active on Twitch and will be doing a stream later today. Please keep an eye on my Twitter for when it goes live if you’d like to see me play Undertale. Thanks for all the memories, I’m grateful for every single one of you and all your patience with me.
#announcment#ao3#fanfiction#haudion#cuteboneshipping#very sorry for all of this#also if you're new just ignore this#lol

"Hey, look at me. Don't talk like that. You did a good thing the other day. But you don't have to worry about anything bad happening.”
“Trust me, I would never let you get hurt"
Context? Chapter 31 of Make It or Break It by ArtGuruSauce on AO3. This particular scene just really moved me and I had to draw it.
Its a role reversal story, where instead of running away and joining Team Skull, Gladion crashed his boat and was found by Kahuna Hala. On the run from Aether, Gladion joins Hau in his Island Challenge. Also, Lillie is in Team Skull now.
Does that description sound interesting to you? Enjoy some good slow burn haudion content? Got some extra time on your hands? Here’s a link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/17520509/chapters/41275133

Love
Fandom: Pokemon
Rating: Mature
Pairing: Hau/Gladion (Haudion | Cutebonesshipping | Sunandcloudshipping)
Summary:
“Did you ever think…” Gladion started, and then stopped.
“Well, no, I don’t think much,” said Hau with a smile. “I leave that to you. Think what, love?”
Gladion’s heart clenched as he thought back to what had happened earlier that day.
“Did you ever think this wasn’t supposed to happen?”
---
A happy ending, at last.
Read on AO3 here.
Cold feet.
That’s what this was called right?
Gladion wasn’t sure. After all, was there really a term for the doubt he was having? He was pretty sure that no groom ever had anxiety like this -- anxiety over doubting that all this was a fluke and definitely not how the universe intended things after peeking into a reality on the flipside of their own. This wasn’t cold feet, really, just more of the same stupid anxiety that chased its own tail in his brain, yelling at the top of its lungs that he didn’t deserve any of this.
As if summoned by his thoughts, Hau poked his head into the room, eyes searching for him in the dimness of the room before meeting his own. Obviously, his empath fiance had picked up on his anxiety.
“I can hear you thinking from the other room, Glad. What’s up? Feeling anxious about tomorrow?”
Maybe it was because he was on the mainland instead of the Pelago, but the last monsoon season hadn’t seemed as bad as it’d been before.
Still, Gladion thought as he observed the wrecked beach around him, the storms had left their mark. Both newly fallen trees and driftwood littered the beach outside Kukui’s lab, with drying kelp stretched between each piece like an Ariados’ web. Some of the pieces of driftwood seemed impossibly big, dwarfing even Hapu’s Mudsdale as it dragged them across the beach. He reasoned that they must have come from someplace other than Alola, but trees that large existing seemed more like a dream than a reality. They waited too long to clear the beach for the ceremony and this was their retribution.
Speaking of Hapu, she inadvertently splashed him with water from the bottle she upended over her head. They sat together in what little shade Kukui’s beat up shack that he’d deemed a lab had to offer from the midday sun. Gladion had excused himself from dragging away debris first, his hair piled into a high ponytail on his head doing nothing to abate the heat. Already he could feel the sting of sweat against his scorched skin, even with the layers of sunblock he’d slathered on.
He felt less lazy when Hapu joined him soon after, ripping the sweat soaked handkerchief from her hair. Only Kukui and Hau remained out in the harsh sunlight, loading up Mudsdale and Hala’s Tauros’ backs with debris before shrugging their own loads onto their shoulders.
“Sorry ‘bout that,” Hapu said as she screwed the cap back on the bottle and tossed it aside. She grabbed another two from the cooler beside them and held one out to Gladion.
“It’s fine,” he told her as he accepted the bottle, “and thanks.”
“I can’t believe them,” she mumbled as she wrapped her thick braids into a bun on top of her head. Gladion could sympathize with wanting the hair off her neck. “I work in the sun all day back at the ranch and this heat’s still gettin’ to me. How do they do it?”
“Sheer stubbornness and pride,” Gladion guessed as he sipped from the water bottle, thanking Burnet’s foresight to send a cooler with her husband that day. “The first one to take a break loses bragging rights.”
Hapu hummed her agreement as she flopped back onto the deck. Silvally, who had been lying behind them, startled up from its nap when her head hit its side. It grumbled at her sleepily.
“Aww, suck it up you big baby,” she told it. “You’ve been doin’ nothin’ but nappin’ over here. ‘Least your brother is doing something productive instead of being a lazy Pyukumuku in the shade.”
Indeed, Null was on its feet at the surf’s edge, nervously pacing back and forth as Pichu and his newly evolved Clefairy played in the water. Hau’s Raichu hovered above the waves on its tail, occasionally splashing the other two Pokemon as it kept watch over them.
With a grunt, Silvally settled back onto its side, letting out a long sigh as its eyes fell closed once more.
Gladion looked back to Kukui and Hau to see them finally approaching the lab, Mudsdale and Tauros in tow. Hau tried to catch Gladion in a hug but Gladion pushed him away, his nose wrinkling.
“Hell no, you’re gross and sweaty!” he snapped without any real edge. “Go take a shower first!”
“You’re sweaty too!” Hau pointed out, pouting.
“Yeah, but my shirt isn’t soaked through with sweat and I don’t smell like the lovechild of a Grimer and a Trubbish.”
“Hey!”
“He’s right, Hau,” Hapu murmured without opening her eyes. “You reek. You too, Kukui. Go shower.”
“You guys are so mean,” Kuikui groaned, but the two men trudged past them into the lab without further protest.
“A shower does sound nice but I think it can wait until those two get cleaned up,” Hapu said. Gladion didn’t respond, instead letting out a sharp whistle to catch the attention of the Pokemon playing in the ocean. He crooked a finger at them and they scrambled back towards the beach. They only paused to let Raichu pluck Pichu from the water.
With a groan, Hapu finally opened her eyes and sat up.
“I’m gonna go rub down Mudsdale and Tauros in the ocean,” she told him. “They’re probably grumpy from all the sweat in their fur so if you just wanna go inside and get lunch together, I wouldn’t blame you.”
“I’ll take you up on that,” he replied, watching the Pokemon dashing towards him kick up sand. Hapu went off to corral the large Pokemon towards the waves as Gladion held the the door open for the small stampede heading for it. For all its outwardly rough appearance, Kukui’s lab was blessedly cool and clean inside. Clefairy and Pichu instantly clambered up onto the railing to watch the Luvdisc in Kukui’s aquarium while Gladion busied himself in the kitchen. Distantly, he could hear the sounds of the showers running in the basement of the lab. Only Null and Raichu seemed to notice the food bowls he set out for them. Silvally was missing, presumably still napping outside, but he made sure to set aside a bowl for it anyway.
Gladion started slightly when arms snaked around his waist and a chin rested on his shoulder. He huffed out an annoyed sigh when Hau chuckled in his ear.
“I thought you were still in the shower. I can still hear it running.”
“Kukui just jumped in,” Hau told him as he nuzzled his face into Gladion’s neck. “He had to check some readings on an experiment before he could wash off. I just barely got out myself.”
“Trust me, I can tell. You’re dripping on me.” Gladion reached for a knife and head of lettuce he’d set aside earlier, hoping Hau would get the hint and stop clinging to him like an oversized Komala.
He didn’t.
Huffing out another sigh through his nose, Gladion carefully started chopping up the lettuce before asking, “Is there any reason you’re being so affectionate today? Other than the obvious?”
A pause.
“Just thinking. Dreaming.”
“Very descriptive,” Gladion deadpanned as he dumped the lettuce into a bowl, “and not your strong suit despite being a Psychic-type trainer.”
“Rude!” Hau grumbled as Gladion finally managed to pry his arms off. The back of his black t-shirt was thoroughly soaked through from the water dripping down from Hau’s hair. With his newfound freedom, Gladion managed to grab all the sandwich ingredients from the fridge and set them on the counter before Hau latched onto him again.
“You know it’s true,” Gladion said, twisting around in Hau’s arms so he was facing him this time. He reached up to cradle Hau’s face in his hands, prompting Hau to press a kiss to one of his palms. “You’re more of an empath than a telepath, so don’t take it so personally you idiot. Now, tell me what’s on your mind before I start to feel like throttling you for smothering me.”
“Just…” Hau’s eyes fell closed and he let the weight of his head rest fully in Gladion’s hands.
Just?”
“Just...I’m so excited about getting married and this wedding and starting a life with you, but I don’t want to overwhelm you because I know you’re not super thrilled about all of this and--”
Gladion cut him off with a hand over his mouth, sensing that Hau would ramble until he was an emotional puddle on the floor.
“First, shut up and listen to everything I say before you open your big mouth again. Okay?” Hau nodded and Gladion lowered his hand.
“So yes, you’re right that I’m not happy about the wedding. I wish we could just get hitched and not do this huge public thing but I know it would mean the world to you and our families and probably our stupid Pokemon too, so I’m going to do it. When has me voicing my doubts to you ever been a problem? Haven’t I let you know when you’ve gone too far in planning?” Hau got a mischievous gleam in his eye and Gladion held up a hand to silence him before he opened his mouth again.
“Except for that instance!” Gladion hissed but Hau only chuckled, keeping his mouth shut. “Can you ever be completely serious?”
“Do you honestly want me to be?” Hau asked.
“No, but...we’re getting off topic. Okay, no, I’m not happy about the wedding. Yes, I’m excited too. I want to start a life with you, you’re the biggest dork in the world and I love you, now stop worrying and clinging onto me so I can finish making lunch. Got it?”
“Got it,” Hau said, laughing. He pulled Gladion in closer to him and kissed him. A throat clearing behind them interrupted any other plans Hau may have had.
“Okay, now that I’ve seen enough PDA from you two to last me until the wedding, is lunch done?” Hapu reached past them into the cupboard to grab a glass. Gladion’s face burned in embarrassment but Hau only laughed harder before finally detaching himself and grabbing his own glass. Behind them, the now-awake Silvally chuffed as it chased its food bowl across the floor. From the corner of his eye, he saw his newly-acquired phone levitate in the air. It soon became apparent exactly which Pokemon was responsible.
“Please enter your password,” the phone droned.
“Glad, she’s doing it again,” Hau said as he leaned back against the counter with his glass of water, watching Clefairy as she started to go through his messages.
“She’s fine. Let her do it. She’s not doing anything wrong.”
“You mean other than deleting all of Blue’s messages.”
“Still not doing anything wrong.”
“You have six new messages,” continued the phone over the banter.
“You’re popular today.”
“Hush. Everyone calls me because they know they won’t reach you unless it’s Kahuna business.”
“Hi Gladion! It’s Dawn. I just got on the plane with Saturn so we should be there by midnight. He’s never been to Alola and I was hoping to show him around before the wedding, but he’s a little bit of a--”
Beep. “Message saved. Next message.”
“Gladion, it’s Blue. Pick up the phone. I know you’re ignoring me and--”
Beep. “Message deleted. Next message.”
“See?”
“Still not doing anything wrong.”
“Hey bro bro, it’s the best sister in the whole wide world! I went shopping again--don’t you dare say anything about that, I’m an adult and can spend my money how I want--and anyway I found something I think Hau will like for your wedding night! I’m not asking for permission but you’d better wear it because--”
Beep. “Message saved. Next message.”
“Seriously dude just answer your phone. I’m going to kick your ass once we--”
“Message deleted. Next message.”
“It’s Red. We’re boarding. No, I’m not saying anything else, Blue.”
“Save that one,” Gladion told his Clefairy. “I want to check the time on it later so we know when to pick them up.”
“Message saved. Next message.”
“Hi Gladion, it’s Moon. I know it’s not really the time but I need you to come look at something--” Gladion’s ears perked up.
“Let that one play, please. And then save it.” Clefairy nodded.
“--at the Altar of the Moone. It’s...um, I don’t think it’s a UB, but it’s not from here. I took it back to the Altar to shove it back into Ultra Space just in case, but a really weird spatial rip opened up over here without Nebby doing anything. Call me back please.”
“Message saved. End of messages.” Gladion finished washing his hands and was on his way out the door with Silvally hot on his heels when Hau caught his arm.
“I’m not going to stop you from going,” Hau told him as Gladion began to object and shoved a sandwich into his hands. “Just eat something on your way and call me if you need anything. I like my future husbands not burnt to a crisp by extra-dimensional beings. Be safe okay?”
Gladion gave Hau a small smile and leaned in to kiss him. In the background, Hapu made a gagging noise but the happy couple ignored her.
“I will.”
“Think what wasn’t supposed to happen?” Hau asked. “The wedding?” Gladion hesitated but shook his head. “Us?”
Gladion’s silence was all the answer that he needed. Hau sighed and stepped fully into the room, settling himself at the foot of the bed where Gladion sat. He reached out an arm to wrap around Gladion’s waist and tugged him to his side. Instantly, Gladion melted against him, happy for the contact.
“Gladion, what happened today?”
“I saw into another reality, Hau. Not another dimension, not the one attached to our own that the UBs come from. Another reality.”
One quick stop by the Foundation and a Charizard ride later, Gladion found himself staring at something his mind had problems comprehending.
“So...uh...where did you say that you caught this again?”
“Ten Carat Hill last week,” Moon said, scuffing moss off of the surface of the Altar with their shoe. For them, it was just another day as champion, another odd thing caught. Gladion privately wished just a small amount of their steeled nerves (or perhaps it was indifference) to transfer to him. Unless it concerned his sister or Hau, he was a mess. “It was wandering around the hollow area really oddly...like it had just woken up.”
Looking at it was like seeing a hole in existence, a void; the only indication of any finer features came through the impossible prism-like refraction of its body. Impossible was a good start to describe it. Whatever it was, it was watching both of them beneath the rip above the Altar, and Gladion got the impression it wasn’t pleased. The rip at the front of the altar matched its appearance and was devoid of any of the usual colors that Ultra Wormholes usually had.
He cleared his throat awkwardly and started setting up his equipment, trying to ignore the heavy gaze on them. Oddly, Nebby wasn’t out of its ball like it usually was at the Altar. Something about this entire situation didn’t sit right with him. Everything with that had to do with the UB dimension before made sense in a weird way, once he understood a little about how the dimension worked. The creatures, Giratina, everything was odd but not...inherently malevolent, not like this thing before them now.
“Was it a tip off by the International Police?”
“Yes. But there wasn’t a correlating wormhole. At least, not until now. Usually it’s a wormhole that would tip them off but there hasn’t been one in quite some time now, but they became aware of this one after some local hikers reported seeing it. The wormhole opened up after we got here on its own.”
The stare continued.
Equipment up and running, Gladion first measured the rip in the sky and then the being before them. Neither the wormhole nor the...Ultra Beast? Pokemon?...had the familiar, residual signatures of radioactivity of the UB dimension. Something was not right with this thing.
Cold dread sank into the pit of his stomach. He felt like a Wurmple before a Swellow with how this thing was looking at them. He was suddenly aware there were no other Pokemon with them beside this...thing, and felt all the more vulnerable. He stood up slowly while keeping his eyes locked on the creature. If they at least had Nebby out, he’d feel a lot better about this.
“Moon, where’s Nebby?” he finally asked lowly. If possible, the thing’s attention sharpened onto them more.
“It was trying to rip Nebby to shreds so I had to call it back,” they said. “I’ve never seen a Pokemon attack another like that. Not even the Ultra Beasts do that…It let me catch it as soon as Nebby was back in its ball, though.”
The distinct ozone smell of psychic energy permeated the air suddenly, causing the air to roil across the Altar in a harsh, screaming wind. Despite his fiance’s affinity for Psychic types, nothing could prepare him for both the energy and physical malevolence that slammed into them both.
“Moon, call it back!” Gladion shouted.
Nothing happened. Gladion looked to the side and saw them frozen, hand hovering near the balls on their belt.
“Moon!”
A tear ran down their face and as a ball detached itself from their belt and floated into the air, Gladion realized where the focal point of the energy was. He swore and tossed out Silvally’s ball, but it was too late. The ball that held Nebby smashed onto the stone surface of the Altar, shattering.
In two flashes of light, Nebby and Silvally were standing between him and the creature. Silvally instantly started to charge the thing before it but Nebby seemed disoriented, probably due to its violent release from its Pokeball. That was all the opening the creature needed. It dove past Silvally, wicked talons out as it tackled Nebby to the ground and ripped into its torso. With its focus shifted the psychic lock on Moon broke and they crumpled in a faint, only saved from hitting the cold stone by Gladion’s fast reflexes.
Laying Moon gently down on the ground, Gladion turned his full attention back to the tangle of screaming Pokemon before him. At some point, Silvally attempted to join the brawl but hadn’t found an opening in which to separate Nebby and creature. Its claws sparked against the creature’s armor but ultimately slid off uselessly. Each of Nebby’s thrashes was progressively weaker and there was more blood than stone beneath the brawl.
Gladion’s mind scrambled as he took the scene in. Truly, the creature didn’t seem to have a weakness--its body seemed to be well guarded by natural armor and there wasn’t an apparent weak spot at first glance. Nothing save the starburst mark on the back of what he presumed was its head looked different, along with amalgamation of colors on the front. Everything about the creature’s body looked hard as steel. Then, he saw it as Nebby shot off a beam of light from its mouth, destroying some of the pillars around them.
There was a seam in its armor with a softer looking material lying underneath that ran to what Gladion presumed was its face, or something similar to it at least. The colors dancing around at the front of it didn’t make much sense to him but the softer looking material surrounding them definitely looked promising.
“Silvally! Try to attack the gap running down the side of its head!”
Hearing Gladion’s command ring out, the thing paused in its assault of Nebby and swiveled its head around to acknowledge Silvally for the first time. Its body went rigid for a fraction of a second as it studied its new challenger, but that was all the time Silvally needed. It pounced, sharp talons catching into the soft tissue there and ripping down into the creature’s face. The creature screamed and staggered back, heady claws going up to cover its face.
Nebby, seeing a new opportunity, dragged itself away towards Moon. It fired a parting shot from its mouth that made the creature fall backwards. Overhead, the spatial rip stuttered in and out of existence a few times, before stabilizing. The creature wasn’t done yet, but it was at least weakened. A quick glance at Moon revealed them to still be out cold. Unfortunately, the only unfamiliar Pokeball at their belt, one that was shiny and unworn, was smashed. Gladion doubted it to be coincidence.
Swearing, Gladion dug frantically through his bag. It wasn’t habit to carry Pokeballs en masse anymore. His team had settled long ago and while he knew one day they would pass on, that day was far from being a reality. Still, his hand closed around an unknown ball as Silvally pounced once more. An Beast Ball. It would have to do.
Nebby watched tiredly as he lobbed it furiously at the creature. It disappeared from under Silvally’s talons with a flash and the three of them watched as it rocked back and forth.
Back and forth.
Click.
Gladion let out a breath and sank to his knees as Silvally came running back to him. He buried his hands and face into the feathers at its neck, relieved that whatever the thing had been, that it was contained once more.
An eerie hum persisted through the air and when it stuttered, he looked up from Silvally’s mane. The portal was still open but it steadily stuttered in and out of existence without the creature to sustain it.
If the creature wasn’t from Alola nor the UB dimension, then where did the rip lead?
Silvally cried out in alarm as he stood and approached the portal. It was high enough off the ground that he would need to leap through, but doable. As long as he timed right, he should be able to get through, look, and return without being spliced. Each stutter was at a thirty second interval if he counted right.
He waited for it to stutter once more, and leapt.
“It was...it was like I never actually stepped through. There was another altar, another Poni Island. It was like I’d stepped out of a mirror.”
Hau said nothing, but held his soon-to-be husband’s hands in his own as Gladion’s mind started to chase its tail again anxiously, questions from earlier filtering back in.
If their realities were as mirrored as his short visit on the other side of the portal told him they were, did that mean a beast like the one they caught fell from their reality to the other, slumbering under the earth until disturbed? How many realities so similar to their own overlapped over the nexus at the altar?
For that matter, what if…? What if…? Science was pushed to wayside, paving the way for his rampant self doubt.
What if this were the only reality that he and Hau ended up together like they did? Was his happiness here the exception and not the norm?
What if he was really meant to be isolated?
Should they really be together, then, if this wasn’t the way things were meant to be?
Hau tugged on his hands, successfully jolting Gladion from his thoughts.
“Babe, one of the things I love about you is how smart you are,” Hau told him softly, “but you are overthinking things. I can literally feel your anxiety crawling on my skin right now and it’s not pleasant for either of us.
“I think I know where your brain is at right now. I can tell you that if I’m anything like I am in this reality, I love you in all the rest too. And even if that weren’t the case, I love you in this one.”
Hau raised his hands up and lightly kissed his knuckles, all while holding Gladion’s gaze.
“Know that here and now, all the rest of that stuff doesn’t matter. All that matters is that you came back safe and that you can continue being my nerdy husband for hopefully a long while yet.”
Hau’s actions managed to derail his anxiety enough that Gladion could laugh.
“I’m not your nerdy husband yet,” he said as he leaned forward and rested his head on Hau’s shoulder.
“It doesn’t matter,” Hau said. “I love you all the same. This dimension, or the next. This life, or the next. Whether you’re my husband or not. We’ve been through so much together and I’m not letting go of you.”
Hau’s hands came up and tangled themselves in his hair and guided Gladion’s head up so he could peer down at him.
“I love you so much,” Hau said and kissed him.
“I love you, too,” Gladion murmured against his lips.
“Do you believe me?” Hau asked and before, Gladion might have been hurt at the question. Now he understood that Hau was only checking to see if his anxiety was assuaged.
“Yes.”
Hau roughly kissed Gladion and pulled him up into his lap before dumping him backwards on the bed. The air left Gladion’s lungs as Hau leaned over him, eyes dark and shining.
“Besides,” Hau murmured as he ran his hands down Gladion’s sides, “I think I might need some practice for tomorrow night so I don’t get stage fright.”
Gladion was all too happy to oblige.
The sun caught the water of Melemele sea on fire as it set, illuminating the beach in a light that made their tuxedos more orange and red than white. The leis around their neck, with flowers both graciously and gratefully offered by the local Comfey, emitted a faint aroma that, had he been any other person, would have calmed his nerves. With the near-white sands of the beach cleaned, Kukui and Lillie had set up the chairs and decorations just out of reach of the tide and any Pokemon that might be attracted to the glimmering decorations. Even Kukui’s lab seemed in better shape than usual; it could almost pass for being a respectable Pokemon lab.
Gladion didn’t really know who all gathered before them, he hadn’t really had eyes for anyone else since walking down the alley hand in hand. At one moment he thought he saw both his mother and father, heads together and hands entwined, watching him proudly. At another, there was a gaggle of Hau’s family, trying not to be too loud in their happy crying. And another, Guzma and Plumeria with a gaggle of reformed grunts at the back, looking subdued from their usual style but still sticking out. And last, with a man who had a sterner version of Hau’s face and a blue-eyed Pikachu perching on his shoulder.
Their Pokemon, who had gone ahead in their small procession, waited for them by Hala. Gladion hadn’t really felt like either of them needed to be escorted or given away, especially him. And who better to stand up for them at their faithful companions, who had been through near hell for them both?
Silvally was a stunning sight, freshly bathed and dusted with silver glitter (probably by Lillie). A matching silver bow had been tied around its neck and it stood at attention, proud of all the attention on itself and its owner. Null stood opposite of it with matching accessories in gold though it seemed far more distracted by the bow around its neck, if its slightly chewed on edges were anything to go by. Pichu and Clefairy were hugging each other and squealing with joy at Hala’s feet, who seemed more than a little amused at the small Pokemon. The rest of their Pokemon hovered nearby, no less adorned and no less proud.
Thinking about this very moment for months and months, Gladion figured that he would probably be teetering on the edge of hurricane-level panic attack. Who wouldn’t, he thought, with all the eyes on him? With all the pomp and circumstance surrounding this moment?
All of it didn’t matter, really, in the end. What, or really who, mattered was at his side.
All he could see, all he could think about was Hau standing before him, with his eyes shining with unshed happy tears. Hau seemed to be in a similar state and his hands kept squeezing Gladion’s own erratically, probably part reassurance for Gladion, part Hau attempting to keep himself from shaking.
Gladion honestly couldn’t hear Hala reading (or really, reciting, the old man had done this so much in his time as former Kahuna) through the ceremony’s script and only responded with half a mind when he was supposed to. The wedding wasn’t what mattered. All that did was in front of him.
Maybe the moment was longer that it seemed, or shorter because Gladion’s mind was skipping around wildly to the beat of his heart, but it all ended suddenly with Hau kissing him with more enthusiasm that he would normally allow in public. Today, though, he’d let it slide.
But just today.
Gladion couldn’t hear the cheering around them over the blood rushing in his ears as he kissed Hau back. His anxiety finally caught up with him, making his knees weak, but Hau pulling him into an embrace saved him from falling in front of everyone else.
“It’s done,” Hau murmured into his ear as they rocked back and forth. “We just need to get down the aisle now and we’re home free.”
“I don’t think it’s going to be that simple,” Gladion told him. “With our luck, Arceus itself will find its way into crashing our wedding out of spite.”
Thankfully, the creator of all things deigned not grace them with its presence as they stumbled down the aisle together, laughing. Silvally and Null were hot on their heels as hau flower petals rained down on their heads. Hapu wolf-whistled at them as they walked by.
The entirety of their little wedding stumbled up to Iki Town, where Hau’s family had prepared more food than anyone or any Pokemon would be able to eat in one sitting. Paper lanterns that Lillie and Moon spent days making lit up the main plaza of the town, with curious nocturnal Pokemon floating around them. Though there wasn’t any real order to the whole celebration, there was plenty of dancing already waiting for them and other than the silly tradition that Lillie had insisted upon of them cutting the cake together, they were left to their own devices as well wishers floated by their sweetheart table.
The man with the eerily identical face to Hau had pulled him aside at one point with a nod to Gladion and when he asked Hau, he only said with a shrug, “My dad managed to make it. He’s not much of a talker but he says congratulations.”
As the night wore on, Hau rested his head on Gladion’s shoulder.
“Thank you,” Hau told him, watching Lillie and Moon dance with one of his small cousins. “I know this was hard on you and I really appreciate going through with it.”
“It really wasn’t that bad in the end,” Gladion said. “Really. Even though it was our wedding, I think my brain kind of forgot there for a while that you were going to be by my side the entire time.”
“That’s not just the wedding. You’re never getting rid of me now.”
Gladion laughed.
“Whatever will I do? Maybe I’ll run away to the Pelago again.”
“I’ll come and find you, again,” said Hau. “Even if you disappear to another country, into another dimension, or another reality, I’ll be there by your side. You’ll never feel alone or isolated again, if I have anything to say about it.”
Gladion found Hau’s hand with his own.
“I think,” he said, “I would like that.”

older!haudion and some older!lillie/moon headcanons
- hau grows up to be the tallest of the four, kind of buff (the jason momoa physique more or less) and man, he does look good, practically the whole island is kind of in love with him - gladion is more lean instead, also very tall, (shorter than hau tho) and has a ponytail, his fringe is still the same (edginess never dies) - hau becomes kahuna at age 18, inheriting the coat from hala - the ceremony was the biggest event the region of alola ever witnessed; practically the whole island came to see the rite of passage - honorable mention of that night: when lillie and moon and ilima and mina and kukui and burnet and guzma and why not plumeria and kiawe too tagged along to spy on hau and gladion spending some time together and when hau asked gladion to move in together everyone jumped and screamed “YES WE DID IT” and burnet offered a round to everyone - gladion is the head of aether fundation and ( he started after the main story of sumo) is always super busy travelling to other regions to collect data and researching - so for a long time after the main story they didn’t see each other much - well mostly because lillie was in kanto to help his mother and train, moon was the champion with all her duties as such and travelling around alola and the world, gladion had his hands full dealing with the failing aether fundation after lusamine left and hau felt very alone, even though he was training as well under the supervision of hala - well he tried to help both moon and gladion out when he could dealing with the absence of lillie, but everytime they hung out together they felt like something was missing - they still battled from time to time, and in those precious moments it was just like the old times - burnet knew from the first moment that both moon and lillie and gladion and hau were in sooo obviously in love, even if kukui was skeptical - but you can’t fool a mom - according to hau, their first kiss happened the night of tha day that lillie came back, age of 15, when they were left alone after moon and lillie went to make up for lost time, and a very drunk gladion heatedly kissed him in the middle of hau trying to explain to him why it’s so important how well cooked the malasada is - according to gladion their first kiss never happened, even if now they have been together for six years - sex ed was a nightmare for all four because no one asked for it but kukui and guzma decided that at age 16 THEY WERE READY FOR THE TALK so they tricked them into the lab for a fight and when they all realized what was happening moon quickly texted burnet a “PLEASE SAVE US IT’s SO EMBARASSING I THINK LILLIE IS ABOUT TO PASS OUT” and gladion did the same but with plumeria so burnet and plumeria both came for the rescue and put their respective partners to sleep (meaning: they kicked their asses out of existence) but took the occasion to have a proper sex ed lesson (burnet: “i don’t even wanna know what they said to you, but now that you are here, let’s get this straight, or in your case, gay”) and plumeria started with “ well guys, as gladion must remember, team skull was a very open-minded team when it came to sex” and gladion never wanted to die more in his life - gladion indeed already knew a lot, precisely because of team skull grunts being very blunt and straightforward on the matter - hau was, on the other hand, the most clueless, and before that talk he literally thought that babies were brought by a stork and a tongue kiss was sex - domesticity for them is: gladion waking up early on Saturdays’ morning and making breakfast for both of them and hau waking up to the smell of fresh made coffee ; silvally and raichu cuddling up with them every night, silvally right in the middle to hau’s side and raichu snuggling up against gladion, his hand on its belly - moon and gladion are usually the ones that look scary in the couple, lillie and hau the beautiful ones, funny thing is that according to hau and lillie, they have never seen someone more beautiful than them - it doesn’t matter how much they love each other, during pokèmon battles there is no way someone is not doing their very best to defeat the other - gladion lowkey hates the white uniform of aether fundation, his emo spirit is really suffering for the lack of black - WELL THEY TOTALLY GET MARRIED ALL TOGETHER - it wasn’t really a surprise to anyone that hau, a full grown man in his late twenties, with a height of 1.92 and a weight of 97 kg, the moment he saw lillie and moon in their dresses for the wedding, cried for 5 straight hours - during the cerimony kind of everyone was crying tho (especially kukui and guzma but don’t tell) - gladion has just one picture in his studio, which is very clean and minimalistic: hau, lillie and moon smiling for a camera, all 11 yo, and him in the background not even noticing the pic was happening
(i don’t even know what language this is srry)

Malasada love (Valentine’s Day fic) - Haudion
Wheeew okay so this is the first time I’ve actually managed to write a Valentine’s Day fanfic before February 14. 8D I saved it so I could post it today, huehue. I hope you do all like it~ Title: Malasada love Fandom: Pokémon Sun and Moon Pairing: Hau/Gladion Word count: 4009 AO3 link: http://archiveofourown.org/works/9713696 Summary: "What he found was… something he had not expected. At all. It was a bread-like thing covered in way too much powdered sugar. It had a weird shape… what the hell, was it supposed to be a butt? Gladion frowned some more, trying to figure out the meaning of all this weird shit, until his gaze fell on a small envelope tied to the basket’s handle. He unlaced it before taking everything back inside and closing the door behind him. When opening the envelope, he nearly dropped the postcard that was revealed as the front was a huge red heart. Wait, it was February the 14th today, wasn’t it? Was someone trying to pull a prank on him or something? Oh man, he really did not want to open the card and deal with all this trouble and bullshit, but on the other hand, he would probably die of curiosity if the threw it away. So Gladion sighed and opened the card. A small look wouldn’t hurt, afterwards he could resume drinking coffee and doing the things he had planned to do today." In which Hau decides it's about time that something happened between him and Gladion, so he does something that would fit him the most: he makes him a malasada for Valentine's Day. However, things don't go exactly the way he had planned.
It was Monday evening, and it had already been dark outside for hours now. Hau found himself stuck in the huge kitchen of his grandfather, and it was getting late. Hala went to sleep long ago, and he strongly hoped that the man wouldn’t wake up in the middle of the night only to find out that his grandson was still working in the kitchen on the evening before Valentine’s Day.
Once again placing his creation in a pan filled with oil – how many times had he tried already? He had lost count – Hau let himself sink on the ground with a sigh, lowering himself against the kitchen counter. Maybe he was being way too passionate about this. One – most people just casually bought some sweets or a cute plush toy for their lovers for Valentine, instead of putting all of their sweat and tears into an own creation and two – he didn’t even have a lover. And anonymously sending presents or letters was something only done in movies or by love-struck teenage girls. Hau was not a love-struck teenage girl. And yet here he found himself, trying to make a heart-shaped malasada. Even though Hau loved malasada’s dearly, he had never tried to make one himself, and he had never thought it would be so freaking difficult. On top of that, he felt his determination sinking since the one who was going to receive his gift – that is, if he actually managed to finish one without burning or undercooking it – was a grumpy dishonest emo kid who would never appreciate his efforts anyway. And since it was more than a little obvious from whom a malasada would come, he would figure it out immediately and probably despise Hau for the rest of his life.
Oh come on, Hau, don’t you go all emo now, like him. He told himself before standing up. After turning the malasada – that honestly looked more like a weird shaped apple or butt even – he let his eyes travel over the havoc he had created. It was bad. Like, really bad. The counter was a mess of flour, kitchen tools, and leftover dough sticking to it, and here and there were also his failures. Hau didn’t get mad easily, and if he did anyway he was always pretty good at controlling or hiding it, especially when he had company. But the truth was that once he actually let his anger win, he could become furious. And well… he might have just thrown some burned malasada’s around.
‘Oh man…’ he let out. ‘What have I done? It’s a complete mess.’
He took a quick glance at the ugly malasada that was happily sizzling in the oil – it still needed some time - and then grabbed his phone. There was a message from Moon, of course, since he had told her – way too enthusiastically – about his plans. Naturally, she now wanted to know everything about his progress and the particular person’s reaction tomorrow.
So, have you finished?? You gotta sleep well for tomorrow, it’ll be a big day!
Hau stared at the pan on the stove and sighed at himself.
Nope, I think this’ll be my last try. I’m getting tired.
Immediately, a reply arrived. Apparently Moon was not sleeping yet.
You better keep trying until you succeed!
Do you want me to cook all night? I don’t think I’m a good malasada cook, Moon.
Aww, come on, don’t give up! I’m sure this one will be fine. Just keep a close eye on it so it won’t burn. And don’t be too hasty. From what I’ve read, you need to give it a lot of time or it will be undercooked.
I know.
Good! Now, do you already know if you’re gonna give it to him directly tomorrow or anonymously?
Hau didn’t know. Just leaving the malasada in front of his apartment, knocking and running away sounded like something cowards would do. Moreover, he seemed like the kind of guy who would just ignore it altogether, which would mean Hau had worked his ass off for nothing. Because well, he didn’t really want to stay anonymous… The whole reason that he was doing this ridiculous thing was because he needed answers. He was eleven years old when he started developing a crush on the angry emo kid, and that was already four years ago now. Hau was tired. Nothing was happening. And the feelings were also not magically disappearing into the void.
Sometimes, the other teenager would reach out to him and show him one of his rare smiles that made Hau’s heart flutter, but at other times he would push him away violently. Gladion was crazy like an ocean – pushing and pulling, always changing, never the same. Deep down, Hau understood that he was probably a little scared of friendship and love, considering all that he had been through in the past, so that meant Hau had to be patient and careful. But also that it was probably him who had to take the first step if he ever wanted to know if Gladion felt the same.
So it was probably for the best to swallow his pride and leave the weird heart-shaped malasada with a cheesy letter at his doorstep, and then walk away. Gladion wasn’t stupid. He would immediately realize it was him. And then it was up to him to take the second step and search for Hau.
Hau forced himself up and decided this would be his course of action. Only Moon didn’t need to know that. It was better if she left herself out of this. She was a little too… erm, blunt for these kind of situations. Didn’t really know what it meant to be subtle.
Oh shit, the malasada! Quickly, Hau turned around and felt a wave of relief wash over him as soon as he saw his creation was still not black, like his predecessors. The alarm time that was still ticking, told him it still needed a few minutes until the malasada had reached its maximum cooking time. Patience, patience…
Hau actually felt like this one was going to be fine. Its shape was a little strange, but it still resembled a heart and, as a matter of fact, it looked tasty. His failures had never looked good in the slightest meaning of the word. He could feel new determination beating inside of him, turning into energy that made him move quickly towards the small rush basket het had prepared. It was already filled with napkins that looked as cheesy as could be – pink and red hearts were all over the place and Hau grimaced, almost wanting to laugh at himself. But no, he was going through with this, no turning back now.
His alarm sounded and he turned off the stove, his bright eyes staring at his creation contently. It was okay! It wasn’t beautiful, but he would never be able to make it any better than this and he had been trying for more than three hours now. It does need to cool down though… Or it will completely soak the napkins in the basket with its oily mess.
Yawning, Hau took a look at the time on his phone, deciding that he had no time to wait for it to cool down. It was already way too late. He would wake up very early tomorrow to keep his plan hidden from Hala and deliver the malasada to Gladion first thing in the morning. Yep. Now he would just go to sleep… well, after cleaning up this mess.
♥♥♥
Gladion was just making a cup of coffee for himself, and preparing some breakfast for his team – each cup a little different, according to their tastes – when there was a sound so loud that he almost let the kettle slip out of his hands. Just in time, he was able to catch it, but burned his hands in the process. Cursing, he threw the kettle on the kitchen counter and ran towards the tap to cool his hands. He angrily watched the door as he let the cold water drown his burning fingers, wondering what in the world had bounced on his door so fucking loud. There was no single sound right now, which meant they weren’t as impatient as they had announced themselves to be. Well, Gladion was not about to sprint towards the door to let them in. They made him burn his freaking hands, so they could wait.
While he waited for his hands to cool down – he knew from experience that this needed quite some time or he would regret it later – he observed the damage and realized that he had actually managed to save both the hot water inside of the kettle and the hot milk he always mixed with his coffee. He might seem like a tough guy, but Gladion actually always had his coffee with a lot of milk, he didn’t really like bitterness as much, ironically.
After his mother had recovered enough and she and Lillie returned from Kanto to take care of the Aether Foundation again, Wicke had advised him to go live by himself for a few years, to figure out who he was and what he wanted to do. Afterwards, he had a very emotional talk with his mother who had also told him that she wanted Gladion to be free, he need not feel responsible for the Foundation. Lillie had decided she wanted to stay with their mother, helping out at the Foundation and also slowly taking steps towards becoming a ‘real trainer’. But Gladion, he was old enough now to live on his own and he had to be aware he had a choice in all of this.
So Gladion had once again left home, searching for an apartment and spending time training and doing all kinds of jobs to earn money. After a year, he had returned to Aether and now he was working part-time there, which felt a lot better than letting go of it completely. He knew that after he had earned a lot of money, he would go travel the world for some time with his team, exploring new places and getting stronger in the process. For now, he was living in Hau’oil city in a small house, and the situation as it was right now pleased him.
He was not very pleased by the sudden disturbance of his peaceful morning, however. So after a few minutes he closed the tap and went to open the door to find out who he was going to yell at. Except, there was no one at all when he opened the door, only the soft summer breeze slipping inside. Gladion felt his irritation rising and rising, and he groaned, rubbing his temples as he let his gaze fly over the surroundings outside.
He was about to go back inside and angrily throw the door so he would feel the house shudder in a satisfying way, when he suddenly noticed a small rush basket on his doorstep. Frowning, he kneeled down and stared at it dumbfounded. It looked like a basket one would leave an unwanted baby Meowth in or something. Gladion reached out to open the basket – he could take whatever Pokémon was inside to Aether where they could care for it better than he could. He expected something to jump out and hiss at him, scared, but nothing happened, so he just proceeded with opening it.
What he found was… something he had not expected.
A small look wouldn’t hurt, afterwards he could resume drinking coffee and doing the things he had planned to do today.
Dear Gladion,
I dare you to come find me if you are smart enough to figure out who I am.
I have something to tell you.
Enjoy the malasada!
With those words, maybe a million of thoughts crossed Gladion’s mind. It was such a chaos that he didn’t know how to feel anymore. Most of all, he was mad. It was more than obvious from whom this stupid butt-malasada came. And it was also no longer hidden deep inside that Gladion had a not so small crush on the slightly younger happy-go-lucky teen. It was also very clear to Gladion that Hau felt nothing like that for him, hell, it would be more likely that he had a crush on his younger sister. And now, the worst thing had happened. Hau was mocking him. Gladion had no idea how bad it was – had he figured out that he had an unrequited weird gay crush on him? Or was he just teasing him with the fact that Gladion would never get Valentine’s presents? He really hoped it was the last option, but he had no way of knowing.
Angrily, he grabbed his coffee and took a sip. It was cold. And his Pokémon were hungry. What a great way to start the day.
♥♥♥
During the rest of the day, Gladion found himself unable to keep Hau out of his mind. It was extremely frustrating, since he had somewhat succeeded in living with this stupid crush, waiting for the feelings to die down, but it was like he was falling for him all over again, remembering every stupid little thing that had happened between the two of them.
He was thinking about him when walking through the city in order to do his weekly groceries, when he was doing his daily training with Silvally and the others, when he went to the post office where he worked every Tuesday for sorting out mail. It was a good thing he only had to work for three hours today, because he made more mistakes than ever, thinking about the way Hau’s face seemed to fully light up when he smiled.
When he came home after work he felt extremely exhausted, and he still had to make himself some dinner. He fell down on the couch first, telling himself he needed some proper rest before preparing anything.
It was a little hard to admit, but Hau had fascinated him from the very first time they met. Back then, Hau challenged him to a battle and lost terribly. Still, he kept smiling, saying this was a great experience to learn from and he surely got better after battling such a powerful opponent. Gladion actually got mad and irritated with him at that time, but it was mostly because he did not know how to understand Hau’s way of doing things. Later, he would learn to, and it would inspire him. It was not a bad thing to lose, it was something to learn from and get stronger from in the process. Hau always kept smiling, even though things got hard, forever looking at the positive sight of everything. And he was beautiful like a ray of sunshine like that. The complete opposite of him.
Hau didn’t like him much though, always complaining about him trying to look cool and not being honest to himself. Later, it changed into him teasing Gladion with small things. He didn’t actually mean harm, and it never really hurt Gladion, so… That realisation made him wonder why Hau would go as far as making a butt-shaped malasada for Valentine’s Day in order to bully him with having no loved ones. Sure, Hau liked teasing, but like this? It was just a bit too harsh to be his style.
Maybe he was just falling back to wishful thinking, which was not like him, meaning he was starting to get desperate and pathetic. But Hau actually said in his letter that he would wait for him. Maybe it was time to face him, see what he wanted, to learn the truth about this stupid prank and the reason for it.
‘Well then.’ Gladion got up, feeling impulses racing through his body. Before running out the door, he took the weird malasada with him, as proof.
♥♥♥
That’s it. He was not coming. Not today. Not ever. It had been a waste of time, stress and energy. Hau was washing the dishes after dinner, staring into nothingness as he repeated the same movement. He smiled sadly to himself. It had been too good to be true, hadn’t it? Of course Gladion wouldn’t come running to him, falling into his arms. They wouldn’t kiss and they wouldn’t start dating right then and there. Of course not. He also hadn’t really expected that, right? So why had he bothered anyway? Maybe he was starting to become a little pathetic, unable to do anything with his stupid crush. He just had to move on, trying to forget his feelings as they would quiet down over the years. For now, he really needed a walk, though. So quickly, Hau finished the dishes and yelled to Hala that he was going outside for a bit, before closing the door behind him.
Immediately, he could feel the soft and pleasant evening air embracing him and he took a deep breath – the air tasted of ocean, of summer, of freedom. Hau never liked being inside for too long, he easily felt trapped between four walls. He was made to explore the world, be directly under the sky embraced by the sun’s light and the moon’s gaze. It was alright – he could just try to become friends with Gladion and then it would all be okay. Gladion would fall in love with someone else and he would to, eventually. Teenage crushes didn’t last forever anyway.
But then, footsteps. Running. Hau turned around to see the person he had been thinking about all day, every hour, every minute. There were a lot of things he felt while looking at Gladion who was catching his breath before he could say anything. A lot of things. But on top of it all, he was pretty angry with him.
‘So, you’re finally here?’ he said, crossing his arms behind his head in a carless way. Well, that was that then. Now he had to make his confession anyway, even after deciding he would refrain from it. Stupid emo kid.
Gladion didn’t reply with words, but lifted his malasada in the air. Hau didn’t like admitting it, but the sight struck his heart in a pretty painful way.
‘You didn’t even try it?’ He sounded more angry than sad, but that was good.
The other boy stared at him with a complicated expression on his face that Hau couldn’t quite read. So he waited. And waited. Until Gladion finally spoke.
‘Why’d you send me a butt-shaped malasada?’ The confused angry-ish frown the slightly older teen made was almost as cute as it was oblivious and for a second Hau didn’t know whether to scream at him or laugh at him. Or both. Or just cry.
Instead, he let out a sigh, closed his eyes to gather his thoughts and then turned to face Gladion. ‘Gladion. That is not a butt. Thank you very much for telling me I’m such a bad cook.’
‘It’s not?’
‘Nope.’
‘Then what is it?’
‘Why don’t you try to figure it out by yourself?’ Hau could feel a smirk taking over his lips. Honestly, he couldn’t help it. The fact that he was nervous as heck was making his tendency to tease the other boy a little worse than ever and it was not convenient. At all.
‘I don’t fucking know,’ Gladion growled. Hau could notice he was getting nervous as well, because his right hand was slightly moving towards his face already, a shadow of the twitch the teenager had ever since Hau knew him.
‘Taste it then? I worked hard on it, y’know. It hurts a little that you’re not eating it at all.’
‘Fine. How about you tell me what you meant by the stupid note that came with it after I taste the fucking malasada?’
‘Don’t curse so much, Gladion, calm down.’
He made a growl again and then took a bite so angrily, that Hau couldn’t hold back a smile. Shit. Gladion was cute. He was not going to get rid of this crush that easily. Well, yeah, of course not, you’ve been suffering from it for around four years now.
Closely, Hau watched him as he took bite after bite, seeing his expression was relaxing more and more, until Gladion swallowed and looked him in the eye.
‘It’s good…’ he then said.
Those were just a few words, but they lit a fire within Hau, making him smile more bright than ever.
‘You put chocolate in it.’
‘Well, yeah, of course,’ Hau answered. ‘It’s Valentine’s Day after all.’
Gladion turned silent and his cheeks were getting slightly red, making Hau wonder if he had figured it out. Well, there was no way back anymore. He needed to confess right there, right now. And Hau had never felt more nervous in his whole damn life. His hands were shaking slightly and they felt sweaty, but he took a few steps forward anyway, until he was facing Gladion properly. It made him happy to notice he had actually grown to be a little taller than him over the past years. It felt like a nice, childish achievement.
‘Okay, now, I’ll tell you what I wanted to say.’ Hau scratched the back of his head awkwardly. Gladion was staring at him with those intense green eyes and he was… honestly a little scared. What would he say? What would he do? Would he hate him? Would he be disgusted? Would he leave immediately? Would he stop being his friend?
There was no point in worrying about it, though. He had to say the words and face the consequences. Wasn't that also the whole purpose of him making the heart – not butt – shaped malasada for him?
‘Gladion…’ He forced himself to look him in the eyes. ‘I’m in love with you. Have been for a few years already. I didn’t know how to tell you, so yeah.’ He smiled nervously, again folding his arms behind his head.
For a while, there was no reaction. Gladion just kept staring at him, blinking, without any obvious expression and as silent as the night. It made Hau’s heart pound like crazy in anticipation, and he wondered absently if the other teen was able to hear his heartbeat like this.
‘You… really?’ Some words finally came, and Hau had to watch Gladion’s expression carefully in order to make sense of it. It was… a little sad, but not quite. Hurt… but also not really that either. Gladion fumbled with his hair, not meeting his gaze, and suddenly he understood. Gladion was scared to believe him.
Without thinking straight, Hau reached out to touch his face softly. Slowly, he caressed his cheek, and nothing more than that, until Gladion was ready to look at him. When he did, there was honesty in his eyes, and tranquillity. There was no chaos, no panic, no dismay.
‘I… am in love with you too…’
And that was all Hau needed to close the small gap between their bodies and capture Gladion’s lips with his own. For now, and for ever.

Okay but why does cuteboneshipping/haudion give me hard core preciousmetalshipping nostalgia???
The feels I am having.
Also, it’s really strange being an adult and thinking about pokeshipping the protags their rivals or friends... like when I was 11 and hardcore shipping GoldxSilver, it wasn’t weird because they were also 11 or 12 or whatever. But like I’m 25 now and they’re still like 11.... >____>
I feel like I HAVE to clarify that I don’t ship these kids beyond what would be developmentally appropriate for their goddam age. Like I am 1000% here for the cute first kiss and the crushes and such, but I scrolled so fast passed some kink shit because HELL NO THEY ARE ELEVEN!! Unless explicitly stated that your fan work is when they are much older, they should def not be participating in anything sexual. That should not be something we are normalizing.
Meanwhile when I was actually 11 myself I was all about those “lemons” with my preciousmetalshipping...... >____> I’m judging myself so hard.

My opinion on;
Character in general: Gladion is another character who like the previous ask with Kaiba is one who's... just so amazingly deep and I'm terribly worried about the PokeAni will portray him. Pokemon sun and moon - Headcanon for Wicked au : Little (Devil) Hau and his “special friend”
“He is really scary.....”
Time for some Lazy drawing again ; w ; got an idea from @zardx “Or a relation to the nemesis or Good Haudion...” you know, this hit my weak point >w<
ok, @shin-holly I think I got an idea for your aether! hau again :D since you said about Gladion got beaten by Aether! Hau so, maybe we should give him some ship/who to play with lol and @mana-chan I still can’t stop thinking about Hau being Devil in your au......; w ; and I was inspired by your mid-transform Gladion
sorry I had to mix these two au again cause it’s really AWESOME (and I demand more of aether!/devil! hau...... ^q^)
Some of My headcanon info :
- Hau still doesn’t know that Gladion is actually the Buzzwole (and continue “playing” with his ub form) but he did nicknamed that ub for “Gladion” since he says “ That prey really look like my special friend” While Gladion thinks Hau is already knows his secret......... Who knows? If Hau managed to know that what will he do?
PS. I’m so proud of this ; w ; though, it’s quite messy here ; w ; and it would be great if Hau and Gladion has a relationship like this ^q^
#devil hau#swap hau#pokemon#pokemon sun and moon#wicked au#the ub theory#gladion is ub-02#ub-02 expansion#ub-02 absorption#buzzwole#gladion#devil hau x gladion#hau x gladion#this is another lazy time for a sketch ; w ;#but I really wanted to upload this >w<#I think I ruin gladion and hau relationship ; w ;#but this would be AWESOME right? >#nammy's headcanon

Oh hey what’s this an AU without Haudion in it? What sorcery is this, Saucy?
Yes yes, another AU spreadsheet. Twist this time: The prompt ain’t for shipping. I’ve been playing with this specific idea in my head for a while now and after rewatching an old playthrough of God of War 4, I got a tad inspired.
Without further ado, let us begin.
Context: As you can probably already tell, the prompt here was “What if Gladion was much younger when he joined Team Skull?” The question of how young I’m afraid I can’t put into precise numbers buuut, about the age he was in the anime when Lillie was attacked by that Nihilego. I’m assuming he was around 7 at that time but that’s just an estimate. Anyways, he runs away from home after stealing a Pokeball containing a Type:Null from his mother. Unfortunately, he grabbed a rather aggressive Type:Null that is poorly trained. It doesn’t kill him, but it often lashed out at Gladion and attacks him, scratching and headbutting him. One day, in the pouring rain, Guzma finds this crying boy sniveling and covered in all manner of bruises and cuts. Taking pity upon him, he decides to take him in.
1.) New Clothes
Since Gladion’s old clothes while expensive and cozy were absolutely ruined, they had to be replaced. Not only were they soaked, but they were terribly scratched up and beyond repair thanks to Null. Luckily, one of the grunts happens to be an expert in sewing clothes and makes up just the cutest little getup for him. However, she makes the sleeves just a tad too long. Guzma also gives Gladion an old pair of sneakers he used to wear when he was about his age.
2.) Roughhousing
Gladion, even as an older more mature boy is quite the emotional one. Often times he’ll lash out quite easily and it’s not hard to get under his skin. Imagine if you were to upset an even younger Gladion with far less experience, poise and who’s freshly emotionally damaged by his mother’s neglectful behavior, not to mention his frustration with trying to train Type:Null. So it’s not hard to imagine that Gladion still wouldn’t get along with the grunts. In fact, they pick on him even more since he’s so tiny and pathetic and gets far more attention from Guzma seeing as he’s the youngest one and needs more care. Usually it would lead to a grunt stepping out of line, saying something like, “Why don’t you go back home cryin’ to your daddy?” or “I’ll bet your ugly little pet would make a better jacket than a Pokemon.” This would obviously lead little Glad to attempt to beat up the older kids, biting and scratching and kicking them. And of course, Guzma would have to break it up and drag Gladion off to give him a stern talking-to, man to boy. Just what on Earth was Guzma going to do about all this pent up aggression he had?
3.) The Little Moments
Of course eventually after a while it should come as no surprise: The little brat is startin’ to grow on big ol’ bad Guzma. Even for the spoiled rotten, picky, ungrateful rugmuncher he can be sometimes, he’s not quite that bad of a kid. After all, Guzma actually somewhat admires his spunk. It’s not hard for him to see himself in this kid. He knew how scary it was being away from home at such a young age, and especially with such a goliath under his belt with no experience what-so-ever. This illustration is one of a few wholesome little instances you could probably imagine. Poor little Glad got tired from training and fell asleep while listening to one of Guzma’s post-battle lectures. It’s almost kind of cute.
4.) Motherly Advice
Oh but of course, Guzma isn’t the boy’s only parental figure. Plumeria, more docile and passive aggressive in nature is sure to give little Glad any advice he needs. While it is important he learns to toughen up, he’s not a brick wall. She’s there to talk to him whenever he needs it. While at first he’s not privy to talking to her as putting up with Guzma is enough of a challenge in and of itself, eventually, he warms up to her offers to listen when the grunts’ verbal jabs begin to wear down his self-confidence. She also is prone to helping Gladion understand Guzma’s rules and why he’s so hard on the poor little fella. They weren’t so different, even if it didn’t seem that way. “Might be tough for you to believe it, but everybody here has had it rough, even me.” Gladion definitely takes all her advice to heart, frankly just appreciating that someone would just talk to him like...a mother would.
5.) Tough Love
And now we get right back to Gladion’s biggest conundrum: Type:Null. I headcanon pretty much in any AU that there are 3 Type:Nulls in existence: A docile one, an aggressive one, and a pack leader. Gladion this time around ends up taking the aggressive one, not knowing the difference between the Beast Killers. While under Guzma’s wing, Type:Null and Gladion both endure intense and rough training that while unconventional is actually quite necessary. Guzma knows how to handle a bulky mass of rage after all. So first thing’s first, he uses his Golisopod to battle Type:Null in order to help it get out all that pent up aggression and channel it in a productive manner. The more it associated it’s power and ability with Pokemon battle rather than throwing temper tantrums, the better. Golisopod is more than happy to help, which creates a tense rivalry between the two. Often times they will even spar without either of their Trainer’s request. In a similar fashion that Guzma is a mentor to Gladion, Golisopod becomes somewhat of a mentor to Type:Null. Then of course, there’s the trust-building lessons to help Gladion and Type:Null establish a Trainer-Pokemon relationship rather than a Master-Prisoner mentality. It doesn’t quite understand that Gladion is it’s ally, it only knows that it is free from the tazing devices and cold, claustrophobic cages that prevented it from ripping anyone that crossed it to shreds. It had to understand that the boy was it’s friend, not it’s foe. Leading that, Gladion himself would learn how to battle using his Pokemon. A process that requires surprisingly a lot more paper than hands-on studying. After all, he has to memorize all the moves and rules if he’s to become a proper Trainer for that powerhouse.
6.) Am I Supposed To Apologize?
After a long, long, looonnnggg time of building trust and coming to see Guzma like a second father, Gladion finally spills the beans about his mother’s cruelty and his father’s tragic death. Surprisingly, rather than Plumeria, it is Guzma he confides in. He breaks down, confessing every little horrific detail. How his father died in a horrible research accident. How his mother shut them out emotionally after the funeral. How she forced him and his sister to dress perfectly proper in almost all white. How she ridiculed and belittled and shamed them just to make them complicit. How she locked him and Lillie in their rooms for hours on end for simply wearing the wrong shoes. How she took away their Pokemon, saying they weren’t worthy enough children to be Trainers. How she began to pretend as if Gladion didn’t even exist anymore and gave all the attention to his sister just to spite him. All they were to her were ugly, useless children. She didn’t love them anymore, and they didn’t understand. He didn’t understand. He didn’t know what to do. All he wanted to do was run away. But he also wanted to piss her off, give her something to really be upset about. At least then she would give him attention. At least then she would acknowledge him, wouldn’t she? She had to! But she hadn’t even bothered to look for him, she didn’t care about him. She never would. Why did she act like this? Did he do something wrong? Was he supposed to apologize? Why did she hate him so much? Guzma is obviously taken aback by all this and takes pity on the poor boy again, letting him cry out all of his frustrations and woes. Nothing is more painful for Guzma than hearing the things some of these kids he takes in have gone through, but coming from the mouth of someone so young, it also boils his blood. Lusamine will surely regret what she has wrought upon this boy...
7.) Po Town Raid
So I came up with an interesting plot idea, perhaps a sort of climax to this story. Team Skull is still very much a group of criminals. They steal, vandalize, and sometimes even shake down young Trial-Goers who were unfortunate enough to run into one of Guzma’s lackeys. Up to now, nobody really knew where they were hiding out. However, the police somehow found a lead, and raid the entirety of Po Town to arrest and detain everyone. Guzma knows there’s not enough time to save everyone, and decides to make a split second decision as the police come dangerously close to knocking down the door to the mansion. He calls out his Golisopod, ordering Gladion to hide under him and not to come out no matter what he hears. Of course, Gladion is terrified and objects to this, but Guzma manages to convince him that he can handle himself. Begrudgingly, Gladion hides in Golisopod’s grip as it curls up into a ball, shuffling itself under some floor boards beneath a rug on the floor. With bated breath and tears trickling down his face, Gladion is forced to listen quietly as his father figure is arrested and escorted out of the building, insisting there’s no one else left to detain. Golisopod is just as saddened as the boy, hesitant to sit back while it’s Trainer is being hauled off, but obedient enough to keep the boy safe as ordered. After a few hours of complete silence, Gladion and Golisopod finally emerge from their hiding spot, wrought with grief and panic to find Po Town was completely empty and devoid of any other humans or even Pokemon. Everyone was gone.
Sooo another plot twist, I may consider actually writing a fic for this one but obviously not right now. Or I could just keep posting about it here, lol. Honestly I really like this one so I’m definitely gonna continue it regardless. But lemme know what y’all think.

Hey Y’all
Forgot to mention this when I answered that question about my Haudion fic, but I’d like to recommend a Haudion fic my good friend and colleague @the-kawaiifan is currently working on that you can read here.
It’s absolutely amazing and while she is the main writer. I am co-writing on some of it so if you’d like to get your fix while you’re waiting around for my slow butt, go on ahead and check her out. She is a fantastic writer, so go send her some love.

Hahahaaaa we back at it again with another god damn AU Spreadsheet. Dw I’m not gonna throw dialogue on it this time I don’t need it lol. This took me like two days my hands and arms all hurt like really bad guys like seriously ;w;
Btw yes I didn’t bother putting patterns on Hau’s shorts sue me
So then, been talking with my friend and dearly appreciated noodle @the-kawaiifan about headcanons and AUs and all that and I realized that somehow despite being a huge fan of the Gladion/Lycanroc PokeBurst I never thought of a Haudion AU as classic as this. It’s a tad inspired by Okami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki (AKA Wolf Children) since it’s one of my favorite anime movies. But it’s mostly one of those Beauty & The Beast motifs.
Context: Gladion and his sister Lillie are born with Pokethropy, specifically Lycanthropy inherited from their father who unfortunately passed away just a couple months after Lillie was born. Lusamine is hence a single human mother who obviously struggles to keep her children under wraps. Especially her rowdy son, Gladion.
1.) First Impressions
One day, tiny Gladion is bored and sick of being cooped up on the island and in the mansion. He sneaks aboard a cargo ship headed to Melemele and escapes into the woods. He spends all day playing and mucking about all into the night. Then, out of the blue, he encounters an odd boy with green hair and dark eyes. At first, Gladion is spooked by the sudden light in his face, until little Hau coaxes him and proves he's harmless by showing his flashlight and a backpack of food is all he has. The boys play together and get to talking. It seemed Gladion was not the only child to run away from home that night. Hau messed up, big time, and his grandpa got so scary and angry, and his mother seemed really disappointed in him. He had never made grandpa so mad before. So, he was sure that they didn't need him anymore since he was such a screw-up. Gladion tells him that his mother yells at him all the time for getting into trouble, and that sometimes the people you love get mad, but they never stop loving you. Of course, the boys are eventually found, separated, and talked to: Hau reassured by his mother and grandfather they still love him and aren't mad just as Gladion said, and Gladion scolded by his mother for dashing off and recklessly allowing someone to see him while he's "Wilding out".
2.) Fated Meeting
Fast forward to current day. Hau is out in the woods looking for something to do, he often comes there to hang out for some reason he can’t quite remember. That’s when he spots a rather familiar ahoge poking out of one of the bushes. Where has he seen something like that before? He approaches, calling out to them. Surely enough, he startles them and they turned around wide eyed and...with floppy ears? Suddenly the old forgotten memory from his childhood came rushing back to him. But before he could reconcile with his old friend, Gladion ran off in a fright. Hau pursues him of course, and eventually Gladion gives up and decides to take the aggressive approach. “Are you trying to make me kill you?” he snaps. At first Hau is nervous but it doesn’t take him long to figure out that Gladion is bluffing. Gladion grumbles grumpily, stating that Hau had interrupted his hunting. Hau decides to make up for it by giving him a bag of malasadas he had bought earlier that day for a snack. Gladion takes it, devouring it violently and making a complete mess. Maybe this boy wasn’t as annoying as he thought he was, humph.
3-4.) Sweet Spot
Hau found a particular "Sweet spot” for Gladion when they were younger, scratching behind his left ear. As a more grown teenager, this spot is highly sensitive and while at the very least it yields a constant thumping of one of his forelegs, it can also be a tingly sort of pleasurable sensation for him if done correctly. It also totally doesn’t turn him on during mating season >w>
5.) RockGlad and LycanGlad
Did a full body doodle of little RockGlad since he never went full feral when he was younger. However, as a teenager he is now fully capable of transforming completely into a Midnight Lycanroc. Of course he can still maintain a somewhat human form sometimes and be halfway through transformation, but it's rare for him to be fully feral. It's normally only triggered by extreme stress or emotional turmoil. However, he usually goes full feral on full moons (In this case he has no control over the transformation) or when it is time for him to hunt. When he transforms, it’s revealed the tears on his clothes are actual scars he’s gotten from being attacked in the wild. Also his piercings break off. I decided not to just go for a normal Lycanroc design and tie his clothes into it way more, which is why you can see his hoodie is actually also part of his fur. I didn’t have room for Lillie on this sheet, but she can transform into a Midday Lycanroc. Her transformation is also only triggered by emotional turmoil, but unlike Gladion, there is no forceful trigger. She appears to have more control over her Pokethropy than he does, which could be a result of her form or her reserved personality in general. Nobody knows since Lusamine doesn’t want to perform tests on her children and Mohn is no longer around to tell them.
6.) Perfect The Way You Are
Pretty much like my "You're beautiful" scene from my other AU but like a more Beauty And The Beast sort of aesthetic? Like obviously at one point or another Gladion has insecurities about how he's not normal and that he's a hideous beast. Why just look at him, he's practically a monster. But of course, Hau, being the sweet cinnamon bun that he is, says that's just not true and that Gladion is perfect the way he is. In fact, he'd say Gladion was just as beautiful when he's furry and feral as he is when he's not. He’s perfect just the way he is. Oh dear, why is Glad’s heart suddenly so fuzzy? ◕////◕
7.) Food Chain
So like, most of these doodles haven't really touched a more romantic aspect of the AU. Well this doodle right here is a scene I've played around with in my head for a hot minute. Gladion flees to the mountains of Lanakila to distance himself from Hau after accidentally hurting him in one of his feral states. Hau obviously goes after him and finds Gladion caught in a Pokemon trap that's snared his back foreleg. Hau frees him but is suddenly tackled by a Midday Lycanroc that proceeds to try to bite his face off. Gladion takes action immediately and defends his mate, standing off with the opposing Lycanroc in direct battle while Hau just sorta...panics over in the corner. Gladion is victorious but is horrifically wounded and utterly exhausted. As soon as it's over, he flops onto his side and passes out. Afterwards Hau brings him to the nearest shelter he can find in a small cabin and treats his wounds. When Gladion wakes up he's obviously still upset that Hau follow him. After all, he shouldn't follow Gladion into danger. "Then don't run into danger!" Hau yells, distressed and stubborn as ever. Gladion just can't help but be confused. Why is he doing this? It's just not logical to put himself at risk all the time just to be around Gladion. And of course, Hau confesses that he's in love with Gladion. Yet still the poor Wereroc is confused. How could Hau ever love a hideous beast like him? But Hau reminds him again, he's beautiful the way he is. What's some fangs and some fur matter when Gladion's kind and caring enough to save his life like that? Commence kissus and cuddling throughout the night with sweet whispers to do their best and not act recklessly.
Christ alive I’m tired. Btw not writing a full fanfic for this so don’t ask but y’all can take it and use it if you want. Altho I might make another one for Lillie if y’all really wanna see it .w.
#haudion#cuteboneshipping#sunandcloudshipping#pokemon#pokemon sun and moon#alternate universe#doodle dump#fan art#Hau you sure are irresponsible#also yes btw Lusamine is actually an ok mom in this AU#prolly should've clarified that#Glad stop stressin her out#she just wants u safe -w-

Haven’t posted here in a while since the guidelines changed but I thought “Fuck it why not” since this is so huge.
Yup just go ahead and throw some shitty google translate kanji up there you dumb American hahaha Seriously tho I was just too lazy to do dialogue in english ;w; Anyways, been scrolling through the Haudion tags on here for the past couple of days and while I already have a Haudion fic on my plate and I'd rather not do 3 fics at once, I got inspired after watching "A Silent Voice" by Kyoto Animation on Netflix after being recommended to me by several people (Yes, I am aware of the arson attack btw, that was mostly why I was getting recommended). So I decided to make a special secluded AU thing here and share it with y'all. Not gonna elaborate on this further so please don't ask me. You guys are all free to write something of your own out of this if you want, though. But this little binch is just too tired and too overworked -▽- Now I did a doodle page of Gladion and Hau as Shoko and Iida but after clicking around on here and AO3 some I decided to make a new and more original doodle sheet. Gonna go over each doodle one by one, starting from left and going to right and also starting at the top and going to the bottom. Hopefully it's not too confusing lol. Context: This AU essentially is just "If Glad was a greaser" but also "Hau is blind/deaf". Gladion is a gang member, straight up. Not much to comment on, other than he is in constant conflict with an opposing gang that sometimes trespasses on his turf (The Skull Gang). He is in fact an ex-member of this particular gang, but quit after a huge falling out in which he actually left the leader with a scar on his face. Unfortunately, I didn't get to build much on his background for this since I wanted to keep the focus on the relationship. But you can fill in the blanks. Hau is basically a Helen Keller type deal, and while he can speak it is slow and stunted and sounds very awkward. Usually when talking to someone he doesn't know, he will attempt to sound out words while using his hands to communicate. He has a special sign language he performs by tracing and moving his fingers a certain way along someone's palm. 1.) Greaser Glad Reread an AO3 fic that was Haudion drabbles. I came across a chapter titled "Seven Kisses" and a particular scene was rather interesting. After reading the comments, I found someone who I was actually familiar with and has sent me fan art before talking in-depth about a possible Haudion Greaser AU and I thought it was a pretty cool idea (Obligatory shout out to @the-kawaiifan you should totally check out her page). So this first doodle is just concept art basically. I looked up Greaser fashion and I do in fact have my own Southside Serpent leather jacket so it was pretty easy for me to draw up lol. 2-3.) First Meeting I would imagine they first meet when Hau is being mugged on Gladion's turf by Skull Gang grunts. Of course, Gladion is mostly just beating their asses for trespassing on his turf, and he drives them away pretty quickly. At first he mistakes Hau for a girl as he is rather small and feminine looking with long hair. At first he warns "her" to leave but he quickly notices it seems that "she" can't hear him. Hau eventually manages to communicate with Gladion and figure out what happened to him and he speaks aloud while tracing on his hand to thank him for his help. Gladion is off-put by this and quickly realizes Hau is actually a boy and while he feels embarrassed and shameful he shakes it off. (Dialogue in number 3 translates to "Thank You") 4.) Chibi Smoking Sucks Just a cute doodle of the boys. Hau don't like the smell of smoke. 5.) You're Beautiful Now I've been taught a lot about how blind and deaf people work and the thing I hear most often is that their other senses are extremely heightened as a result of their other senses being cut off. Basically, since less attention is put on those senses, way more attention is put on others. And in Hau's case, I'm sure that's probably double the case. Just a generic scene of one of the first times Gladion realizes he's totally in love with this cute clueless boy. He's beaten up (Fill in your own context by whom and why, personally I'd insert a Skull Gang beat down here lol) pretty badly and Hau touches his face and basically examines him and he just says out loud that he thinks Gladion is beautiful. This pretty much has greaser boy totally head over heels for him buuut he hides these feelings cause he feels like he'd just be taking advantage of Hau. (Dialogue in this one translates to "You are beautiful") 6.) Obligatory Rain Snuggle Poor poor Hau is not very popular with other kids in his neighborhood. On a particular day going on his way to visit his best friend Gladion he's cornered and beaten up by a bunch of jerkwads in his class. They steal his jacket when they see it's about to rain and leave him there. He keeps on his way to visit his friend even in the pouring rain and starts to catch a cold. By the time Glad finds him he's pretty much blubbering incomprehensibly aside from Gladion's name and sobbing profusely. Gladion offers him his jacket and lets Hau trace on his hand to tell him what happened. He just hugs Hau and takes him inside somewhere to get him warm. Gee, what a nice gangster. Is his heart warming up lately? 7.) Confession Time Obligatory confession scene. This is pretty basic. After learning from Hau how to speak in his special signing language and eventually getting over that god darn insecurity of his he confessed to Hau by tracing on his hand. Hau is shocked initially and Gladion immediately regrets it. He decides it'd be best if he just went away. He tries to leave and Hau trips trying to follow him and begging him to come back and Hau confesses he's super in love with this dumb greaser boy. They kiss and hug and all that good stuff. Happily ever after, yay~ Or is it...? (⚆_⚆) 8.) Blind/Deaf Hau I tried looking around at 1950s-1960s wear that might look cute on him, but I ended up half assing on the clothing for this one. Hope it doesn't look too out of place lol. I imagine since he's blind wearing his long ass hair up is probably unnecessary. Not much to comment on here, tbh. Ain't he cute? .w.
I haven’t slept since yesterday when I started editing this bout to pass out now bye

New Fanfictions Out
Right so forgot to announce this, I might just come back to Tumblr but please don’t ask about my ask blog, that’s closed and I’m not doing it anymore.
Anyways, sooo I abandoned Wattpad and moved onto Archive Of Our Own for those of you who may not know yet, and I already have a finished fanfic up there some of you have probably already heard of. It’s on my page so you can check that out.
For this announcement though, I’m just gonna be linking the new ones I’m doing atm, sooo...
https://archiveofourown.org/works/20029963/chapters/47429494
^This is my new Haudion slash fic. FOR MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY. It has heavy themes and you’ll see specifics in the tags, but it contains graphic stuff about suicide, self-harm, depression, drug abuse, and so on. If ya can’t handle those things, please, please do not read it.
https://archiveofourown.org/works/20029543/chapters/47428492
^And this one is my self-insert OC fanfiction. Also taking place in Alola, but no Haudion, so don’t think you’ll find any in there. It’s honestly pretty trashy but hey, go ahead and check it out if you think you’ll like it lol. It’s more light-hearted than my other one, so, no overly mature or graphic themes. Not yet anyway
Alright, that’s about it. Sorry for this sloppy rushed announcement. Just realized that since some of my fans are here on Tumblr I wanna give them an easy gateway to my other stuff if they haven’t already seen the new stuff on my page.
