Sunshine Protector 2

Hello! Back again ALREADY (you must be sick of me by now) because today is the third - and final - anniversary of my story, and I wanted to share a couple of small gifts.

The first is a follow-up to my previous Sunshine Protector posepack, which is part of my ongoing quest to create more poses where the shorter Sim in a height-difference couple is the one who's more assertive/protective/initiates the interactions. This is the dynamic between my main couple and it's been hard to find (you might also like: Vampire, Against The Wall, and Number 45). Tall boys need to be looked after and seduced too!

Sunshine Protector

So here we are - my 100th posepack! That feels like a silly number to be honest, and like I should apologise for spamming with my nonsense over the last two years. I'm so grateful to everyone who's used my poses, and who've made requests; it's definitely helped me improve! Thank you!!

For this 100th pack, I decided to make some poses specifically for it rather than sharing requested poses/poses I've already made for my story. I adore the sunshine x protector trope so that's what I did here, except because I'm me and I'm annoying, in this pack it's the shorter Sim who's in the protector role. It matches the dynamic of my main couple and it's been hard to find poses that reflect that.

These were made with masc rigs and there may be clipping or floating depending on Sim and body type.

You will need: - Pose Player - Teleport Any Sim or MCCC

Also! My Sims story's 2 year anniversary was a couple of months ago and I missed it for various reasons, so I thought I'd do a joint celebration since it's this story that got me into making poses in the first place. I made a bunch of gifts and hated them all except for this one - Fen's sock collection, since his socks are the real main character. I used prints from the freebie section of the CreativeFabrica site btw which I highly recommend!

Hello! This one is for the posemakers: a razor and suitcase which I converted into accessories for recent pose commissions. The accompanying pose packs won't be released for a few weeks but I've shared the suitcase acc already with a couple of maker friends who needed it, so I thought I'd drop both here in case anyone else needs them imminently. If you're not a posemaker then don't look and I'm sorry to tease you with poses. 😌🤣

Happy Pride from my darlings! I made the rainbow Gaahl shirt for Sax because I needed one for him in this weird, human teen, metalhead AU I’ve got going on, and it amused me... honestly if I could tolerate t-shirt necklines I’d want it in real life too.

If you want rainbow Gaahl and a handful of other subtle (??) pride & metalhead themed tees, you will need the mesh here and can download my recolours here. Fair warning though, the original tee is very high poly. 

Low quality as with everything I do, but I always figure that if I needed it then maybe someone else does too.  😅

Happy With You posepack and Cringe Couple Shirts recolour

Day 4 of my not remotely spooky, not Simblreen treats... and actually the shirts are kinda spooky? Inconceivable. 

I made this mini posepack of 5 poses and the recolours as a gift on my day of Queer Christmas, an Instagram Halloween event hosted by TheAwfulGaymer. I dunno if anyone actually picked them up lmao but they exist and I spent time on them, so... enjoy? These have been freely available on my Insta for the last three days, and I was gonna post them here on the 31st - but since the shirts are the only spooky-ish thing in my list I figured I’d distribute them earlier, ahead of Halloween.  😅

All poses feature height differences. Edit: oh I should have said, although I’ve used masc and femme frames they all seem to work with either!

The Cringe Couple shirts are extremely basic recolours of @saruin ‘s fantastic Complex Top (mesh here). The cringe refers to the dumbass slogans I put on them, not the top. The cutlery swatches are a stupid in-joke from my Sims story, you probably had to be there... it wasn’t that funny.

This is a bit self-indulgent as they’re all my Sims, and I dunno if anyone even wants them, but I needed a portrait of one of my princes with his dogs for a story I might someday get around to doing... ...and then I got carried away and made portraits for everyone lmao. My vampire mage features twice just because. I just figure, this is the kinda thing I’d need to fill backgrounds in castles/museums/stately homes, so maybe they’ll be useful to someone else too?

I think you will need Get Together for these as I used the big Von Haunt frame from that pack. 

There are 8 portraits with a choice of 3 colours of frame. You can resize them in build mode using the [ and ] keys. You can find them in BB by typing in ‘Fantasy’.

Medieval Wall Manuscripts

So I personally can’t get enough when it comes to random pieces of paper stuck to the walls of my fantasy Sims’ dwellings. My vampire mage is quite chaotic in his organisation.

These are all basic recolours, EA mesh, with Public Domain images from The British Library - I’ve not made my CC downloadable before, so let me know if you encounter any problems. You can resize these to give you larger or smaller pages (use the [ and ] keys in build mode), and use the bb.moveobjects on cheat to position them however you like.

 Historical Portraits

I thought I’d accidentally deleted Kemba’s adorable son, but I found him again so it’s all good. Decided to celebrate by continuing my very slow build of Kemba’s castle and made some portrait recolours to go in it. 

There are 10 portraits in total, all public domain, and each portrait has three colours of frame to choose from. They’re all from different time periods but hopefully something will suit if you’re trying to play with accuracy - or just use them with abandon if you’re playing an omni-shambles of a fantasy like me. Find them under Wall Decorations, cost 100 (does changing the price do anything? I just picked an arbitrary number tbh).
