Hello Tumblr!

Twitter has become kinda crap these days so I decided to come to Tumblr.

My name is Tomohiro Nakano (中野智宏), but I'm also known by my other name Tormis M. Narno.

I'm a master's student in Celtic historical linguistics, born and living in Japan. Currently I'm attempting to reconstruct Proto-Celtic and its descendants systematically.

I'm a conworld creator, and I create a fictional universe called Firraksnarre. Using my knowledge in historical linguistics, I'm creating many constructed languages (conlangs) such as Varokerim, Artíjihàkian, Othba'aranese, OGCS, and so on. Firraksnarre and its languages have appeared in a nationwide newspaper, magazines, TV programs, etc. (see my website for details). I create artworks and orchestral music related to Firraksnarre as well.

I'm personally not too happy with how it turned out (it's a lot more simplified than what I had in mind originally, but I literally didn't post anything for like two months and I wanted to get something done quick to prove I wasn't dead... so maybe I'll just be drawing more of Corgath in the future to get a better sense of their character. Also, I was thinking of making a new blog just to have creatures like this guy live on their own so I can just fucking flood it with lore and drivel... I'll post something later ig Anyways, have this lil thoughtless beast while I draw some more shiz :>
