And that Hera doesn't just favor marriage (mated) bonds, but people who give birth to children in general.

I get so confused when I see people saying that Zeus and Hera are being portrayed as a happy/healthy couple in Hades 2, or being portrayed as decent people, cause I fully do not see it that way. (In comparison to the actual mythology they are but they still aren’t like, healthy or benevolent rulers? Or parents. Hera fucking hates Hephaestus in every duo dialogue I’ve gotten with him)

To me They are that couple that’s like “oh marriage is SO SO HARD so much HARD WORK” and are shocked when they see a happy married couple and are like “oh give it a few years ball and chain haha”

literally your duo boon makes you give up all the boons of one of them. Heras legendary is called “bold face” or something. (Like putting on a bold face in your marriage that is falling apart…?) It’s especially a contrast to the other couples in the games.

So I started playing hades 2 it’s SO good. I’m not that far tho so don’t give me spoilers and here’s your spoiler warning. !

My thoughts so far:

I FINALLY met Eris my beloved, I’m dying to meet Hera, and why is Nemesis so mean to meeeeeTMT

Idk if you can romance characters like in the first game but if you can I’m romancing Moros and Dora. I ship it and Dora’s a cute lil ghost gremlin, ofc I’m in love with her💖

Also I miss Zagreus😭 I need that idiot in my life.

Idk what happened to Chaos but I love what they did with their hair.

I’ve seen Eris only once and she has a GUN! I wanna see her again come back Eris!! Also I love her voice^^

I’m in love with Hecate and Artemis now💖

If this game don’t kill me by making me lose my mind cuz only got out of Oceanus once and I can’t get past the sirens again.

Them goddesses will kill me with their seer beauty and accents….
