Her Royal Highness, Princess Y/n of Cambridge as well as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at the Vancouver Canucks game last night.

The Princess has been on quite the anticipated tour, starting in Ottawa this past spring, heading east then ending in Victoria where she'll leave for later today.

Before the game the prince and princess had dropped the puck at the ceremonial puck drop, or rather not dropped the puck as Prince Harry had to be told to.

But it wasn't the prince's embarrassing story that's making headlines today, it's the Princess of Cambridge leaving with the Canucks captain, Quinn Hughes.

Hughes is an American hockey player, a couple years younger than our princess, but nonetheless we would love this couple together.

We know King Charles is never one to come become his children and love, we can only assume the King will be even more supportive than he was with the Duchess of Sussex. Hughes has never been married and on paper would make a great fit for our outgoing and adventures princess.

Quinn was on FaceTime with his brothers, they were in a hotel room in Michigan just having come back from their morning skate. Luke happened to go on his phone and see articles about his brother and the princess.

"Were you ever gonna tell us your dating a princess?!"

"We're not dating. That was my first time meeting her." The oldest said, rolling his eyes slightly, though his brothers ignored his obvious annoyance and continued their questions.

"And she came home with you?!" "Damn, Quinny!"

Rubbing his hand over his face, Quinn defends himself, "Shut up. It wasn't like that. We just talked, and got to know each other."

“Yeah? ‘Got to know each other’ how?” Jack said in his usual teasing voice with a smirk on his face.

“I don’t know, just talked- she’s coming out to Seattle in a couple days and-” “Shit! No way, dude.” Luke came into frame now, sitting next to Jack on the hotel bed. Jack elbowed Luke slightly, telling the boy to give him space before he looked back at Quinn on the screen, “And how exactly did you pull this off?”

“I have no idea, she was just waiting outside the dressing room after the game and asked me out. It was a little awkward ‘cause her security guys were right there the whole time.”

“In your apartment?” “No Lukey, outside the dressing room. They were outside the apartment the whole night though.” Jack’s head shot up at this, “She stayed the night?!”

“Yeah, but nothing happened. I’m not you.” “Fuck off.” “We talked all night and we watched a couple movies.”

Jack and Luke seemed to have got, maybe not exactly what they wanted, but got out all the questions they wanted to ask out.

The fabulous history of Cartier and the Royal Family

‘Jeweller of Kings and King of Jewellers,’ was how King Edward VII described the House of Cartier, half a century after Louis-Francois Cartier established what would become the jeweller of choice for British royalty.

Founded at 29 rue Montorgueil in Paris, the company was taken over by his son, Alfred, in 1874. But, it wasn’t until Alfred’s three sons – Louis, Pierre and Jacques – took the helm that Cartier would go on to supply high society with the finest of jewels.

The French Maison’s relationship with the Royal Family began in 1902 after Pierre Cartier opened a branch in London at the time of the coronation of King Edward VII. One of the firm’s earliest royal patrons, after ordering 27 tiaras from Cartier for the event, King Edward VII rewarded the company with a Royal Warrant, making Cartier an official purveyor of jewels to the crown.

There’s the glittering diamond Collier Résille, with detachable emerald and ruby pendants, commissioned by Queen Alexandra in 1904 and later inherited by Queen Mary in 1926. (ABOVE)

Edward’s brother, King George VI was also a great client of the firm, acquiring many pieces for his wife. As well as the numerous gifts, the Queen Mother also inherited several extraordinary Cartier jewels from Dame Margaret Helen Greville, the wife of the Honourable Ronald Henry Greville, 2nd Baron Greville, including two pairs of Art Deco diamond earrings. The Greville Chandelier earrings, composed of platinum and fancy-cut diamonds, were given to Queen Elizabeth II as a wedding present in 1947. The Greville Peardrop earrings, crafted by Cartier in 1938, are made of platinum and diamond, including two 20-carat pear-shaped diamonds, and were inherited by the Queen in 2002.

The most famous piece of Cartier in Queen Elizabeth II’s jewellery box, however, is undoubtedly the Halo tiara, purchased by King George VI as a gift for the Queen Mother in 1936. Gifted to the Queen as an 18th birthday present, over the years, the Queen has loaned the showpiece to Princess Margaret, Princess Anne and, most recently, the Duchess of Cambridge for her wedding to Prince William in 2011.

'The British royal family was so important to the success of the Cartiers,' adds Brickell, 'not just in England but internationally and the pieces Cartier made for them remain among some of the most exquisite, well-known jewels of all time.'

I think it's pretty clear that Kate isn't allowed to attend the banquet because she's not working. No tiaras for royals who won't do their job!

I suspect the only reason Kate is involved in the welcoming aspects is that William doesn't feel comfortable going solo and making conversation with two people on his own. Kate speaks a bit of Arabic, so she can greet them in their local language for a moment. Don't know what kind of negotiation the KP staff had to get her to do it, but they did.

But, hey, Kate has to prepare for her big concert next Friday! Just a few days ago, The Sun mentioned in their EXCLUSIVE! that Kate might be playing the piano again!

In 2021 she surprised guests with a solo piano recital and there are rumours she may be planning something special again this year.

Those are Kate's priorities. I don't know why any of the Wales fandom thinks serving her country by attending a state banquet ranks high on the list.

The Duke's performance marked an impressive 11.5 per cent increase from his previous year's duties. Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, secured fourth place with 124 engagements, whilst his wife Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, ranked fifth with 108. Queen Camilla took sixth position with 95 engagements, followed by the Duchess of Gloucester with 72. Prince William placed eighth with 71 royal engagements, marking a quieter year with a 35.5 per cent decrease as he focused on supporting the Princess of Wales during her cancer treatment. I think it's too early for engagement count lists. November hasn't even finished yet. Even still, William is barely outworking The Duke of Kent--a stroke survivor in his 80s! People will blame Kate's "cancer," yet William didn't pick up the pace of his workload after Kate released her music video announcing the end of her "treatment." No, instead William has undergone a weight loss program while simultaneously growing a beard!

Interpretation: Yes, funds were misappropriated from The Royal Foundation.

Card One: The Six of Wands

This is a card of victory. As the first card of the reading, this tells me that yes, there was misappropriation of funds from the Royal Foundation, and that the people who did this got away with it. There was no prosecution and no return of the funds. It was a victory for them - they got away with the misappropriated funding.

Card Two: The Queen of Wands

This is the card of a fire sign person, and here it stands for Meghan, who is a sun sign Leo. This card tell me that in Meghan's mind, the misappropriation of the funds and the person getting away with it is is a well deserved victory (and that fact that she sees this action as a victory and not as a shameful thing tells you a lot about her as a person).

Card Three: The Hierophant

This is my card for institutions, marriage, and specifically the BRF. Here it represents the BRF. Coming after the Six of Wands and the Queen of Wands, this tells me who Meghan sees as the loser in the misappropriation of funds - that she sees the act as a triumph over the BRF.

If you look at the first two cards, they are both Wands, the suit of creative endeavours (both legal and illegal), and also the suit of PR and media attention. The energy I am getting from the reading overall says that Meghan saw the BRF as the enemy because they were not giving her enough media attention (e.g. her name was not included on the Royal Foundation, and if it was included it was not first, and other people were allowed to speak at joint events as well as her, etc and so on). Hence she saw the misappropriation of funds as a victory over the people/institution who were not giving her the attention she felt she deserved.

Underlying Energy: The Queen of Pentacles

This is the card of an earth sign person. The card itself represents Capricorn to me, so this is my card for Princess Catherine, a sun sign Capricorn, but as an earth sign person it could also be the late Queen, a sun sign Taurus.

As the underlying energy this card tells me two things. Firstly, the misappropriation of funds was done to get back specifically at either The Princess of Wales (then the Duchess of Cambridge), or at the late Queen Elizabeth II. There is an energy of spite around this card, and it is spite directed at one of these women that was one of the reasons for the misappropriation of funds, in a 'you said No to me so I will show you' kind of way.

The other thing this card tells me is that this was about status. Pentacles is the suit of material things, usually money and status, Meghan felt her status was not high enough, and because of this the misappropriation of funds became in her mind an act of revenge because she was not being promoted above everyone else in The Royal Foundation (except maybe Prince William - at that stage she would be happy to have the 'queen' position in status if he held the 'king' position, hence the card being the Queen of Pentacles and not the King).

Conclusion:

According to the cards, Meghan sees the misappropriation funds from The Royal Foundation as a victory to her, especially as the people involved got away with it. The action was done out of spite and malice towards the BRF, especially either The Princess of Wales or the Late Queen. Meghan views the act as her victory because she felt that she was not being given enough status and media attention.

Note: I am not saying that Meghan was the person who misappropriated the funds. You are not allowed to go around accusing people of theft, it is called libel. I am simply talking about the act of misappropriation, whether it happened, and how Meghan viewed that act as she was the person who popped up in the centre position in the reading, after the victory/getting away with it card..

Hey :) maybe a stupid (and late) question but what is Catherines surname after her Wedding with William? I always assumed it will be Mountbatten-Windsor as well. The same with Meghan Markle, Catherine is often called "Kate" Middleton in the media, don't they change there surname after the wedding? (Wikipedia also doesn't list a surname)

Hello :) Technically, Catherine has no surname when she married William. According to the Royal Family Website "The Queen's (Elizabeth II) descendants, other than those with the style of Royal Highness and the title of Prince/Princess, or female descendants who marry, would carry the name of Mountbatten-Windsor." As she is married to a Prince and has a style of Her Royal Highness, she has no surname.

She was the Duchess of Cambridge after the wedding and the media knows that, but they are quite a little bit disrespectful to those who married to the family. Her maiden name "Kate Middleton" is more familiar to the public than her title. It changes when she became Princess of Wales. They are now using her title more than her maiden name, but there are still many media outlet that are still referring to her as Kate Middleton. I hope explain it well. Thank you. Reports came in early this morning of Queen Mary falling suddenly ill overnight. Authorities have yet to determine the cause, but sources say they spotted HRH Princess Catherine, HRH Prince Philip and the Duchess of Cambridge, and HRH Princess Beatrice arriving at the Palace in the last hour.

Buckingham Palace denied comment.

Our hearts go out to the royal family in these trying times.

"We are going to be totally unreachable," Alex explains. "No phones, no laptops, no Shaan, nothing."

Nora rolls her eyes, but Alex continues to look at her earnestly. This is no joking matter to him, she knows; the stars had finally aligned so that Alex's second semester of law school ended the week before Henry had a full week free from royal duties, and with nothing big planned between Kensington, the White House, and the shelters, they had decided to take a much needed vacation to a secluded cabin in Colorado where there was absolutely no service to speak of. The only possible way to communicate with them would be through secret service or PPOs, and even that would be sketchy. Which means she has heard his 'how to take care of the brownstone in our absence' lecture several times in the last hour. But it’s all worth it. Because they need a break.

"Yes, Alex, I know where you're going and what you're doing," Nora says slowly, as if to a toddler. "It's not like you haven't told me 50 times."

He wrinkled his nose at her. "C'mon, Nora-" he starts.

"I have house sat for you before," Nora says, hair bouncing as she shakes her head in annoyance. "And David's not even here this time! There's barely anything to watch."

"What about the plants-"

"Alex!" Henry shouts from the stairs of the plane, foot tapping impatiently. "It's time to go. Stop bothering Nora."

"I'm just making sure she doesn't burn the house down," Alex yells back, though he's smiling. "But seriously, don't burn the house down-"

"Go," she says and steers him by the shoulder toward the waiting aircraft, "or there's a very high chance of me killing you."

As they make their way to Henry, Nora pulls Alex's phone out of his back pocket and types in the password Alex doesn't know she knows.

"Hey-"

"Hush." He reaches out to take the phone back, but Nora holds it out in front of her so his little 5'8" arms can't reach it. Then, she quickly puts it on airplane mode, Henry chuckling behind them.

Alex makes an offended noise. "The plane won't even take off for another 10 minutes!"

"And I just did you a huge favor," Nora counters, and she knows she's right.

"Yes, thank you, Nora." A look up shows Henry doing the same thing. "Tell Nora thank you, Alex."

Alex heaves a sigh. "Thank you, Nora."

There's a 92% chance of him actually being grateful.

Finally, he sends her one last grin before finally going up the stairs and entering the plane with Henry, and she watches idly as attendants get it ready for takeoff.

Ten minutes later, the plane is rolling down the airstrip, blowing Nora's curls all around her face.

Her phone dings. It's a text from June.

There are at least a dozen others just like it, all of them which Nora reads word for word. Within minutes, she's accepting a call from June.

"What the hell," she says without waiting for the other girl.

Fortunately, June is used to it. "Yeah, I know. The story just broke, like, a minute ago. Please tell me Alex and Henry are still on the ground?"

With a dawning horror, Nora raises her head to the sky and sees nothing but clouds in every direction.

She presses the phone back to her ear. "I've got some bad news."

"Shit." There's a rustling on the other side of the phone. "Mom wants everyone at the Residence."

And, okay, that's kinda weird. There's no actual reason anyone but Ellen needs to do anything beyond a sympathetic Twitter post (except Henry, obviously, who is probably expected at Buckingham Palace any time now).

Which means- "She thinks there's foul play, doesn't she?" The words aren't even all the way out of her mouth before Nora's fingers are itching for a computer so she can hack her way through this problem.

June sighs. "She said not to panic, but because of how abrupt it was and the current political climate in the UK, there's a possibility it's not natural."

A group of leaves blows through the airstrip. "And because of our ties to the royal family-"

"She's afraid we could be next," June finishes, tone grim. "The good news is, so many of our policies are in direct conflict with Mary's that if it is dirty, we may be in the clear."

"That's a good theory, especially considering her last endorsement." It's well known that the Queen's most recent focus was a Tory immigration bill the likes of which the UK has never seen.

"Analysis?"

Nora thinks for a moment. "36% chance of an assassination attempt on the Queen, 23% chance of an assassination plot on the rest of us."

June hums. "That low on the Queen?"

A laugh bubbles out of Nora's throat. "She is very old, babe. What does this mean for Alex and Henry?"

"Hang on, I'm pulling up to the airstrip."

A second later, a black SUV pulls around the corner, and Nora hangs up the phone as June climbs out.

She frowns, loose bun bobbing in the breeze. "You hung up on me."

Her UT hoodie and old jeans fit nicely with Nora's Claremont-Holleran sweatshirt and black leggings with holes in the knees. Neither of them thought anyone would have to see them today.

"Hello to you, too," Nora answers. "What's happening?"

"We're gonna fly to D.C.," is all June says.

"And the boys?"

She scratched her neck uncertainly. "I don't know. No one can get a hold of them."

"No one can get a hold of them, or they're ignoring attempts at communication?"

"No one can get a hold of them. Calls aren't going through to them or Cash." June looks more and more uneasy as the conversation goes on, and Nora wishes she had any words of reassurance.

"Shit." They hadn't wanted to take a ton of security on the off chance the media figured out what was going on. That idea wasn't looking too good anymore. "Who all knows where they are?"

June straightens, probably already having thought of this herself. "Me, you, Pez, Bea, the parents, Zahra and Shaan, Rafael, and the security teams. Not even the Queen knows."

"Well," Nora starts, "if someone really is trying to kill us, they may be safer in nowhere, Colorado."

June sighs, and . "I hope so."

Alex doesn't even make it 15 minutes into the flight before he starts feeling the effects of not using his phone, which is weird because he has been on flights before where he can't use his phone. It's probably just the knowledge that he won't be able to use it when they land. Or when they get to the cabin. Or for the next four days.

But it's okay. This is what he wanted. He left his laptop at home of his own volition.

The sound of a page turning distracts him from his thoughts.

Henry has one hand buried in David's fur where the dog naps at his side and is reading a book from the truly giant stack he brought - Sense and Sensibility, he thinks - and has a pleasant little smile on his face. It's so cute that Alex snaps a photo.

Henry looks up at the shutter sound. "Can I help you?"

Alex grins at him. "You look good, babe."

"Well." He laughs when Henry's ears turn red. "Is that all, then?"

"Yeah, babe, you can go back to your book."

A few more minutes pass with only the sound of Henry's page turning and Cash's crossword puzzle, and with nothing to do but stare out the window, Alex realizes he seriously needs to pick up some hobbies.

At some point, he finds a pen on the table between him and Henry and starts clicking it against the table to see how high it will go.

The answer? Pretty damn high.

"Alex!" Henry exclaims, squirming and upsetting David as Alex's pen hits him in the chest. "Can you really not occupy yourself for a little bit?"

"Sorry, babe." He's not sorry.

Henry throws the pen at him. "Didn't you bring something to do?"

"Yeah." He brought several things to do: Michelle Obama's biography, a complete guide to the political references in Parks and Rec, and, because he couldn't resist work, a speech June wanted him to look over for an event he was heading for Mom in July.

"Then why don't you do that?" Henry's left eyebrow is approaching the ceiling.

"I don't know! I just don't feel like it." Yes, he is aware he sounds ridiculous.

Henry closes his book and puts it down next to him. Oh, shit. "Alex, you have been on longer flights than this without your phone. What is going on?"

"I don't know, I just have a weird feeling that something happened," he says. It's hard to explain.

"Darling, if anything important happens, someone will contact Cash through comms."

Objectively, he knew that, but, "I don't know what to tell you, I just have a weird feeling." He makes grabby hands. "I need to check the news. I need my phone."

Henry slaps his hands away. "That's called an addiction, babe."

Alex throws the pen at him.

There's a car waiting for them when they land in D.C., and in no time, they're pulling up to the White House.

As they walk into the Residence, June pulls out her phone. "Bea still hasn't texted me back, and Pez says it's radio silence on his side. Alex and Henry are still unreachable."

Bea nods. "Well, their flight isn't even half over, and Buckingham is probably under lock and key."

June supposes that makes sense, though it doesn't do much to reassure her. Of course her little brother would be unreachable now, of all times, when there might be an assassination plot. Dramatic shit.

The white tiles pass under their feet quickly until they hear the sound of heels clicking, and Zahra rounds a corner straight into them.

She waves them farther into the hallway. "Come on, everyone's in the sitting room."

June scrunches her face scrunch up in confusion. "Everyone?"

"Yes, everyone except your brother and his boyfriend are here because someone might be trying to kill you. Keep moving."

June looks at Nora, alarmed. "I thought that was just a theory."

She is not ready to face an assassination this early in life.

"Your mother is the first female president. There are always threats to your life. It's when the threats start connecting to real events when we actually take notice." Zahra doesn't slow down throughout her little speech, and June has to admit she has a point.

Finally, they round a corner and reach a sitting room, still overly white like the rest of the building. Blue couches and armchairs spread out across the room, and a light brown coffee table sits in the middle of it all. Her dad, Rafael Luna, and Amy are seated in two of the armchairs while her mom and Leo share a couch. With Congress in session, she supposed they all had less travel time.

The room is quiet. Too quiet.

Everyone looks up when they enter, and June unsticks her tongue from the room of her mouth. "What do we know?"

Ellen stands, looking thankful to not have to break the uncomfortable silence for once. "Queen Mary fell sick some time around yesterday evening. Catherine, Bea, Philip, and Martha are all at Buckingham Palace as of this morning. There has been no attempt at communication, and they are not taking my calls. Shaan-" June recalls that Shaan and Zahra were going to spend the weekend off together while the boys were in Colorado so he must be somewhere in the Residence "-is currently trying to get ahold of someone on their end." She pauses, taking a breath. "As of right now, poisoning has not been ruled out as a possibility."

June sucks in a breath, even though it's all stuff she already knew. "And Alex and Henry?"

Ellen clasps her hands in front of her and purses her lips. "No answer. And before you ask, no one can reach Cash either."

Next to her, Nora snorts. "Sounds about right."

That really breaks the tension. Everyone starts laughing, even Zahra, because it really is such a typical Alex thing to do, cause an uproar in the midst of an international crisis and not even be there for it. This is how Shaan finds them a couple minutes later.

Unfortunately, that makes them sober very quickly.

"Well?" Ellen asks, voice surprisingly strong.

Shaan clears his throat. "I was able to get in contact with the head of security at Buckingham Palace. She informed me that while there is no concrete reason to believe Her Majesty has been poisoned, there are some extenuating circumstances that make the situation suspicious. Increased threats immediately before her sudden illness, things breaking around the Palace, et cetera, all aligning with Her Majesty's newest controversial policy announcement."

Oscar raises an eyebrow. "What's the verdict then? Are we safe?"

Shaan looks stricken, and Amy stands. "Because we don't have a good picture of the whole situation, I think it would be best if everyone were to remain here."

Again, the age old question. "And Alex and Henry?"

"I see no reason to cut their vacation short since there's only suspicion. Besides, if something really is going on-"

"They're probably safest in bumfuck, Colorado, where nobody knows they are," Nora finishes.

Amy nods. "Exactly."

Something else occurs to June. "What about the Queen? Is there any news on her?" Not that she particularly cares either way, but if it really ends up that she was poisoned, it'll only make her a martyr, and June will need to start working on some pieces to negate that load of shit.

Shaan hesitates. Bad news? Good news? She can't tell without knowing how he feels about Her Majesty. "Well, that is the other thing." June steels herself. "The head of security wasn't positive, but it seems the Queen is taking a turn for the worst."

June braces herself. (Or does she see a glimmer of hope?)

"They don't expect her to make it through the weekend."

The charity offers urban children from all over the country a unique opportunity to live and work together for a week at a time on a real farm in the heart of the countryside. It is an intense, learning through doing experience of a different life for children who may not know where their food comes from and have limited opportunities to explore the outside world. Did Kate have emergency brain surgery?

Back in 2011, Kate was suspected of wearing hair extensions.

The spokesmen at St. James Palace--clearly better than the current crop at Kensington Palace--said it was a scar.

Shimmering in silver, the Duchess of Cambridge conducted her first solo engagement as a royal yesterday – and displayed a hitherto unknown childhood secret. Underneath Kate’s stylish half-up, half-down hairstyle a prominent three-inch scar could be seen on the side of her left temple. A spokesman for the Duchess at St James’s Palace confirmed last night that it was the result of surgery as a young child. ‘The scar related to a childhood operation,’ they said. The palace declined to discuss what kind of operation because it was, they said, a private matter.  Senior royal sources also confirmed that it had been ‘a very serious operation’ but declined to comment further.

Some people speculate that Kate had a VP shunt placed during this surgery.

What Is a VP Shunt? A ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt is a thin plastic tube that helps drain extra cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from the brain. CSF is the saltwater that surrounds and cushions the brain and spinal cord. Why Are VP Shunts Placed? VP shunts are placed to treat hydrocephalus. Hydrocephalus (hi-droh-SEF-eh-less) happens when CSF does not drain out of the hollow spaces inside the brain (called ventricles) as it should. VP shunts drain the extra fluid and help prevent pressure from getting too high in the brain.

How Do VP Shunts Work? Most shunts have two catheters (small, thin tubes) connected by a valve. One end of the upstream catheter is in a ventricle. The other end of the downstream catheter is in the peritoneal (pair-et-NEE-ul) cavity. This is the space inside the belly where the stomach and the bowels are. The shunt is all inside the body, under the skin. The valve opens when the pressure in the brain gets too high. This lets fluid drain from the brain into the peritoneal space. From there, the extra fluid is absorbed into the bloodstream.

Are There Any Risks From VP Shunts? VP shunts are generally safe, but there are some risks during and after the surgery. There can be bleeding, or an infection can develop. VP shunts do not work forever. When the shunt stops working: * The child can have another buildup of fluid in the brain. * Another surgery is needed to fix it. Problems with a VP shunt happen even with regular care and at unpredictable times. The shunt can get worn out or move as a child grows. A shunt also can get infected, which can be very serious. It's important for families to follow the surgeon's instructions for when to call and when to go to the ER. This way, treatment for an infected or worn-out shunt can start as soon as possible.

John Scurr, consultant surgeon at the Lister Hospital in London, said it was unlikely to have been the result of a tumour. ‘I really doubt it was any serious medical condition and I would say it is as a result of an arteriovenous malformation – a birthmark – being removed, ‘ he said. ‘It is remarkable, given the measurement, that no-one has noticed before.’

Katie Nicholl has a different surgery story regarding Kate when she was at Marlborough:

In her book Kate: The Future Queen, royal expert and biographer Katie Nicholl relays the story, which is just terrifying. Apparently, during Kate's time at Marlborough, she discovered a lump on the left side of her head. The school called Kate's mom, who promptly took her to the doctor. That doctor ordered an emergency operation to remove the lump. "I can remember the incident and her having an operation," Ann Patching, who worked at Marlborough for years, told Nicholl. "I don’t recall anything happening on the hockey pitch [field] that had anything to do with the lump. Catherine had the operation during her term time. She was back at school very soon afterwards. As usual, nothing was too much of a big deal for her. You could never accuse Catherine of being a drama queen, but Carole was very worried, as any mother would be." The evidence of Kate's emergency operation is still around today, in the form of a scar on her hairline that you can still spot in pictures of the Duchess.

So, is the real medical issue that Kate had an emergency admission to a hospital on 28 December 2023? Had an emergency operation and then went home thinking everything was fine.

Then a few weeks later she had serious, post-op complications and had to go back into have things re-done at The London Clinic? In an emergency situation?

That the Spanish reporter was correct she was in a coma, intubated, and with doctors fearing that she would die?

"Water on the brain," aka hydrocephalus is a serious issue and can kill.

Of course, still have to wonder if there were prior contributing factors such as "overwork."
