Hello! Not a prompt, just want to ask your opinion about 12 Gold Saints as 8 Gym Leaders & 4 Elite Four (plus Shion as the champion...?) Since this idea just kicked me lately and I cannot brush it off. You can ignore this if you want ^^ Cheers!
Hey anon! Sorry this took so long, I had a lot going on! But wowee do I love this idea! :) I hope you're prepared, cause this is gonna get long. I love pokémon too much fam. Too much. The bronze ten as the protags of this. These kids are here to have fun and take names on their very first pokémon adventure!!! Pick your own cute dumb teenager yes.Shion as Champion: abso-fuckin-lutely. He's one of those Champions like Cynthia, who you don't realize is Champion until you meet her in the ring, so to speak, but who's been running around giving you tips anyway. He's a very friendly, very helpful old gent. Shion is a mixed type champion, lots of fairy and psychic. I'm not gonna do team lineups right now because wow that would take 5ever. His signature pokémon is actually a shiny Ampharos, though. The first gym is psychic-type and kicks everyone's asses. They have to go find the gym leader, Mû who’s out helping Shion. It's their first encounter with Shion and the kids are 95% certain that Shion is actually Mû’s dad. Mû gives them all helpful advice after they earn his badge and they're all a little in love with him. Mû’s signature pokémon is Musharna, and he's psychic-type.Second gym is ground-type, with Aldebaran at the helm! He looks intimidating, but he's actually a huge sweetheart don't worry. That doesn't mean he's a pushover, though! The kids have a tough fight ahead of them! Watch out for his signature Garchomp! It's wickedly fast. Third gym is spoopy ghost-type! Deathmask is a mean, tricky fighter who pulls out all the dirty tricks- poison, paralyze, burn, sleep, and freeze. He'll slow you and debuff you, all the while whittling your health down to nothing. He's got a bulky Spiritomb as his signature pokémon. None of the kids like this gym, except to bitch about it.Aiolia’s next, with electric-type pokémon ready to outspeed and paralyze you! He's very friendly and the kids all love him. His signature pokémon is Luxray, who's just as friendly as he is!Shaka’s up next, and if Aiolia was a welcome break after Deathmask, Shaka ups the ante with his bulky, hard hitting fairy-types. He doesn't care about your complaining, he's here to kick your ass and you'll thank him for it. The kids find him baffling and several get stuck here for a while before they get their badges.Up next is the friendly poison-type Milo! His genial nature disguises a deep and abiding sense of YOLO! He'll fight absolutely anyone. His signature pokémon is the salazzle, and everyone thinks he might be their favorite after Mû.After Milo is the steel-type Shura, whose signature Aegislash is a hard fight. He's all about honor though, so fighting him is mostly about who can hit the hardest the fastest. With the beautiful if fragile ice-type is Camus, who's a stone cold glass cannon, even against his brother/son (does anyone know?) Hyôga. His signature pokémon is the beautiful and deadly Alolan form Ninetails. The kids get their last badge here, and it's off to the Elite Four!First of the Elite Four is Aphrodite, a grass-type specialist whose poison attacks can drain your health fast if you're not careful! His signature pokémon is Roserade.Second on the roster is Aiolos, a flying-type trainer. He's a solid fight, and you can only land a hit if you can first catch up! His signature Emolga doesn't make it easy, though! The third fight is a double battle, challengers beware! Saga’s fire-types and Kanon’s water-types are here for the victory. Their signature Delphox and Greninja double team has sent many a challenger back to the start.Last of the Elite Four is Dohko, and his dragon types are fearsome fighters. The kids all initially think he's a fighting-type, but they're soon proven very wrong. His signature pokémon is Kommo-o.
