nothing threw me for a loop like finding out that helvetica, a webcomic about a skeleton named after a font, predated undertale by 4 years. I was really about to be all "I know what you are >:)" as someone who used to be into undertale au comics/dubs but I apparently only mistook the author at the devil's sacrament

I am legit in tears from this. It's so sweet. Bittersweet too but only a little.

I still have faith that someday we'll see Penny again and maybe some part of this story will come true,

Since I’m sad that otome games don’t have English dubs when they get realeased in the west, I’ve decided to do English fan casts to alleviate the pain. (I get that they’re a niche genre, but let me have this)

Code Realize, Hakuoki, and Amnesia will have the same voice actors from their English dubs. One of the exception is Toma, since his voice actor is unfortunately dead. I would replace Toma’s voice actor with Mike Haimoto. Another exception is Sanosuke Harada’s voice actor since he’s been blacklisted and arrested due to grooming a 16 year old and marrying her in 2014. He’s already been replaced by Phil Hayes in the Hakuoki movies, so he’ll stay.

I’m not doing Collar X Malice at the moment since it’s getting a movie adaptation this year, and (hopefully) it will inevitably get an English dub. If it doesn’t, then I’ll do it on the future. 

The heroines are all voiced in English as well because I say so lol.

Sorry this response took so long, but I only just now finished watching the video.

Thank you for the recommendation and the well-wishes.

I'd read the comic before, somewhere, and my greatest difficulty with it remains that there's a heck of a lot of plot development that happened off-screen. Maybe there's earlier comics, but I didn't go looking for them.

It's nice to see the characters happy, but I'm a bit detached because I don't know how they got there.

The voice-actors do a fantastic job. Though I'm puzzled by the choice to not correct the oddities in the writer's phrasing.

The visual editing is mostly competent, though it loses some steam later on, with less individual panel cuts leading to desyncronization between the dialogue being spoken and the associated word-bubble being on screen.

Today my instructor started class of with an explanation on “First things First: A Manifesto” By Ken Garland, which was redesigned in 1999. It was about 22 designers who had mixed feelings about their profession & contribution to global consumerism and how they dubbed Black Friday as an international day of protest or “Buy Nothing Day.” After the lecture we went over everyone’s 1st brand analyses, which I found most were very informative. I presented first…A little fact about myself is I usually just wing presentations, just like how I generally wing life, I find if I plan or rehearse anything I get really nervous & things never work out they way I wanted it to, like I always say “you can never be let down if you don’t have high expectations.” Anyhoozle, in my previous post I had mentioned that my first brand analysis was on “no name” brand. No name brand was launched on March 21, 1978 by Loblaw. The background colour utilized for this particular brand is a bright yellow and the typeface used is Helvetica, in all lowercase letters. The reason behind this decision is designer Don Watt felt that it would attract the attention of shoppers. No name is product line of generic brand grocery & household items, and is prominently advertised commercially or online. No name brand prides themselves on their great prices, trusted products, and is a Canadian based brand. The reason I chose this brand is because I found their website slogan very relatable which is, “it’s the inside that counts,” as I am not one to judge, I believe that judgement is the creators job & I am only here to understand, to accept, to love & to be loved. I am also not a brand person or brand loyal, and I love me a good sale or inexpensive things, but I refuse to shop on Black Friday, as I do not buy in consumerism. The remaining class time was W.I.P. time, so I decided to write my blog & draw up some sketch designs for my personal brand logo.
