In the beginning, we mined bitcoin much to our pleasure. Free stuff just arrived in the mail from the Silk Road. But then the haters got wind of it. On the one end they bought up the miners and on the other end they shut down the road.

All the inventive ingenue things, get mired in crappy people and thinking. You know like today. Internet is a porn hub, and the POS POTUS tweets “tapp”. That word is elementary my dears.

Ha! I had to defend, “Bitches and Ho’s” usage on IWD. Clearly, I am the one lacking a sense of humor.

This one is written in tears and doubt.

a goddess does not force connections

after much reflection, i realize that a lot of pain, frustration and suffering comes from spending time and energy on situations that are not flowing. no matter what the universe reveals, for some reason, we continue to try to make “fetch” happen (#meangirls reference). but a goddess does not force connections. i have become deliberate in asking for guidance and signs and without fail, i always get the information i need. i am especially diligent about this when it comes to new relationships, whether romantic or platonic. and even with all this knowledge, sometimes i move forward when i know better. recently, i went on a first date with a guy i was set up with, and while he was nice, he came across deeply self-absorbed and superficial. fast forward TWO months of random and non-committal texting, and i found out one of my friends had MAJOR emergency surgery. i was understandably concerned, and when he randomly reached out via text the same day i went to visit her, i mentioned her extremely serious surgery and that i spent time with her earlier and was a little shaken by the situation. to my complete surprise, he did not say one word about my friend. he did not ask about her well-being or mine. for the life of me, i cannot understand how anyone can hear that information and not show one modicum of concern…unless they are deeply self-absorbed and superficial, right? duh! #hellomcfly! the universe gave me the exact information i needed on our very first date.

i realize that i continued seeing him out of guilt – i used to be much quicker to discard people if they did not do everything perfectly. but in my quest to practice more compassion, i decided to give the situation more time. basically, i spent two months being frustrated and annoyed by his behavior. this situation helped me to realize that i no longer have to question myself, because I am not making the decision on my own. i receive the information via intuition, prayer and/or meditation – and those are the ways the universe speaks to us. this situation reminded me that i do not need to waste time trying to make situations work for me. even if a situation is not perfect, energetically it will flow. it will feel easy and effortless. nothing about this situation was like that…and that was my cue. trust yourself, dear goddess! you are divinely connected. you are source energy. you know what feels good to your soul and what does not. you do not have wait for a major catastrophe to do what you know is best. stand firm in your decisions and trust your spirit. you know who you are!

meditation moment: think of all the times you received information about a person or situation you did not heed. you always knew what to do, right? remember this the next time you doubt yourself.
