hi pmd do u ever make music based on what u hear in dreams? sometimes i hear the most beautiful stuff and even see how it's being played on a piano or something but can never remember it once i wake up. just wondering if u have these kinds of dreams too and if ur able to keep them "alive" since ur better at retaining that kind of stuff, and maybe if u have any methods regarding this too ty 🪷

HelloFriend..... tbh i barely have dreams of music ^_^ I wonder Why? I would like to have more. There have been times i woke up with a melody in my head, but it didnt come from the dream, As far as i know. Also many times the melodies appear as i'm falling asleep. Everything Crazy i experience seems to happen in hypnagogic state, between sleep & waking. When this happens i usually grab my phone and make a voice note of the melody then when i wake up i transcribe it into midi .. Actually you're reminding me There's some voicenotes i neeed to revisit

I wonder the secret to retaining more dream info. It's hard to say. Dream Journaling seems to be the most tried & true method anyone can access. Like the more you do it The more your dreams stick w U. in my experience it works this way :]

The most vivid sense in my dreams seems to be taste. im ALWAYS eating stuff in my dreams and i wake up with the flavors in my mouth, it's always the most delc=icious vibrant flavors imaginable.
