A message to my followers, 

Last night, I hit 9,000 followers. I'm still in shock that there are that many of you that give a hoot about my silly little blog. I started my blog in September of 2012, but I never really started blogging until January 2013. Back then, I never would've guessed how much of an impact this blog, this fandom, any of this would have. But here I am, astounded by just how many people that care. Sure, I've gotten my fair share of hate. Sure, I've seen more pointless drama than I care to admit. But through it all, I just really wanted to say thank you. Thank you for being there for me. Thank you to the many who have entered my ask box and befriended me. I appreciate you more than words can express. This last year on Tumblr has been an interesting one for me. I have been through really dark times and most of my summer was characterized by a crippling loneliness and depression that I probably wouldn't have made it through without you guys. Hell, when I posted this message four months ago, I wasn't sure I was going to make it out of my first semester. But I did (and with a 3.4 gpa holla) And now, here I am. I'm the happiest I've ever been. I'm working hard in University in the communications major, working on declaring my photography minor. I have the world's greatest boyfriend who I'm fairly certain is *~ the one ~*. His entire family loves me. My dad and I are actually getting along. I don't live with an unending cloud of depression hanging over me and I'm going through recovery. I'm making plans to make a move into the dorms next year so that I can further my responsibility. Overall, things are really looking up for me. Thank you for being there for me. Thank you for sticking through it. 

A special thank you to Pat, Austin, Eva, Mary, Sparrow, Andrew, and the countless others who helped me to see that all you need to change your situation is a positive outlook and support system that won't allow you to quit. You are the best people I could've ever asked for and I wouldn't be here without you. 

I'm going to continue on my semi-full hiatus until the end of this semester (the first week of May is our finals week) so that I may focus wholeheartedly on obtaining a spot on the Dean's List. Wish me luck!

Finally, I would like to do something special for my 9k mark and my blogiversary(sorta). Come on in to my ask box and help me out.
