Charles Hornig edited just two issues of Louis Silberkleit's SCIENCE FICTION QUARTERLY. Here's his second and final number, dated Winter 1941 and sporting a Frank R. Paul cover painting. Inside, the magazine featured another reprint from Hugo Gernsback's SCIENCE WONDER QUARTERLY, plus stories by Earl and Otto Binder, Raymond Z. Gallun, and Helen Weinbaum (one of eight stories credited to the widow of science fiction great Stanley G.
