Rosary of Hekate (SOLD)
This unique set of fine-quality devotional beads was created and consecrated in the name of the goddess Hekate. It is currently selling for $215.
It was constructed from beads of Black Moonstone (a stone powerfully associated with Hekate and her dominion over the time of the Dark Moon,) with counter beads made from scavenged Dog Wristbones (canines being widely considered as chief among Her sacred animals), each of which are bracketed with small Garnets (intimately associated with the mysteries of the Underworld.) There is also a drop-bead made in the style of a Belladonna Berry, using a naturally dark violet Pearl. The centerpiece is a solid sterling silver Strophalos charm, which was ritually silver-smithed by a Hekatean acolyte in Greece. The focal pendant is a 1920's Skeleton Key (keys being one of Her most significant historical symbols), which was rituallly interred at a Crossroads from Dark Moon to Dark Moon. The key was then exhumed, the elements assembled, and the whole piece suffumigated with Storax Smoke (an ancient fumigatory offering used in Her name for thousands of years.)
This piece measures approximately 24 inches/61 centimeters long, and all connecting rings and pins are made from silver-plated steel. If you are interested in acquiring it, feel free to message me on tumblr, or buy it directly through my webshop, Wending Wares Occult Parlor. If you are interested in commissioning a similar set of beads, feel free to inquire using tumblr messenger, or using the contact form on my webshop, Wending Wares Occult Parlor.

Hekatean prayer beads inspired by that described in the Hekataeon, with twenty-nine beads of bone, four brass rattlesnake vertebrae, eight volcanic stone beads, twelve garnet beads, and a brass central medallion, flower bell, and antique key.
Each piece is hand made with unique variations. No two keys, flowers, vertebrae, or beads are identical, and the hand casting techniques that produce the Hekatae talisman (the same two-sided Hekate talisman I sell individually) likewise produce unique results.
These talismans are not consecrated. That task is yours, in accordance with the Book of the White Flame or the instructions provided by your gods and familiar spirits.
Each piece comes with a box to store the talisman in while it is sleeping.

Cyrus, Katerina, Campbell
First impressions after re-reading DGM Some theories and observations Notes on Link, part 1 & part 2
Have a nice week-end!!
Again I'm sorry for the awkward english!!!!
(SPOILERS UP TO CH247!!!!)
▶ « Cyrus » and Cross
After focusing on Skulls and Link’s names, I wondered if there was something for Cross and Katerina, two enigmatic characters!
In volume 24, サイラス (‘Sairasu’), which is localized as Cyrus in the English translation, Mana and Neah’s ‘uncle’, is mentioned. This could add to the ‘Cross = Cyrus’ theory:
Cross’s name in Japanese is クロス, which is pronounced ‘Kurosu’. The ancient greek form of Cyrus is Κῦρος, pronounced ‘kuros’ (like how you would pronounce ‘hybris’).
Is Cross the name Cyrus adopted after whatever happened at the Campbell mansion (and also, a symbol of the heavy cross he has to bear for Mana, Neah and Katerina)? Though it’s interesting to note Neah calls him Cross in ch215.
Now in the French translation, his name is localized as ‘Silas’, and the Japanese prononciation could lead to both localizations so I don’t really know if this holds any meaning!
▶ « Katerina »
Katerina is a variant of the name Catherine.
The name became attached to the ancient greek adjective καθαρός, ‘pure’. Also, « Marian Cross » might be a reference to a kind of religious cross:
A SAINT, you say....................
A side note: on the miraculous medal, there were twelve stars, symbolizing the twelve tribes of Israel and the apostles. There are two hearts on the medal. One heart bears a crown of thorns — the Christ’s Sacred Heart —, the other is stabbed by a knife — the Immaculate Heart of Mary —. Joined together, the two of them represent the Christ and Mary’s love of the world.
I don’t know if it’s relevant or not, but in ch121, Lavi managed to get out of Road’s dream by stabbing Allen’s illusion in the heart, which ends up piercing through Road’s own heart. And volume 13’s cover features a colorful focus on Lavi and the knife spilling blood in the foreground, which contrast with Cross, two crosses and the coffins coloring the background.
Not to mention:
1) Grave of Maria accompanying Cross: her dress is adorned with roses which are associated to Mary, sometimes represented with a rose crown (the rosary also originates from them). The ‘saint’ from Luberrier’s family is drawn wearing a (presumably) white rose, symbol of purity, innocence and devotion. The black ribbon that covers Maria's head ends up in a butterfly-shaped bow. In christianity, butterflies symbolize rebirth after death like the Christ’s spirit. Though rare, Mary has been represented with butterflies (I also saw that butterfly in spanish is 'mariposa' and its etymology was sometimes supposedly linked to Mary, I wish I could read in spanish ;;).
2) The association of Maria to what looks like a memory of Katerina:
3) In volume 13, Allen says Maria is the corpse of a parasite-type accommodator that is now controlled by Cross’s magic. Though it’s a forbidden spell, he was granted an extraordinary permission from the Order.
On the other hand, Cross suggested that Allen searches for Katerina in the mansion. This leads to the belief that she's pretty much alive, so perhaps Maria and Katerina are unrelated and Cross just remembered Katerina because the two are similar in personality. Their association is really tempting, though.
Especially since her whole face is concealed by her ribbon and we were recently given this page linking the two together!
Or who knows, maybe her soul got separated from her corpse or some other magic happened? We know so little so anything could happen!
It's a great stretch in all this, but Katerina’s name origin has also been linked to Hekate, a goddess of, among other things, liminality between spaces/worlds (entrances, exits, city walls, doors, gates, boundaries and crossroads, the living and dead realms ; one of her epithets was Enodia, ‘she of the road’), the underworld (she was considered the guardian of Hades’s keys, served as a guide), witchcraft (eg. in greek tragedies) and the night. Throughout history, she was also sometimes confounded with other divinities eg. Demeter, Artemis, Persephone. The dog was one of her sacred animals (represented accompanying her and also her sacrifice).
She wasn’t originally associated to the moon, but it became one of her main attributes with witchcraft later, as well as ghosts. In wicca, she is related to the Triple Goddess, which is associated to the archetypes of life (birth, death, rebirth), the Maiden, the Mother and the Crone or the moons (waxing, full and waning).
She was also later said to have a great knowledge of plants, especially to make poison.
The story uses these symbols a lot. The symbol of liminality especially reminds me of Road. (Of course I don’t believe there must be a correlation, references can just be references for the sake of it and highlight meanings, but the research was very fun!)
▶ « Campbell »
A CROOKED mouth…...... ? It’s THE telltale characteristic of the Noah’s memory, while Noah’s physical appearance features golden pupils and stigmata!
Now I don’t know where the story is headed with the Campbells, but I’m really curious to learn more, especially their link to Mana, Neah and the Noah!

Hekate Dog Blessing Ritual
Sorry on how long it took me to get this up guys,
So this here is the Hekate Dog Blessing Ritual I've been blogging about,
The New Moon happened to fall on the 17th during the afternoon, any time the New Moon falls in the afternoon I do my Hekate rites the night before, so this was done (Sun) July 16th 2023 around 11:30 PM
So I began this Rite as I do every New Moon, I started with a Ritual shower, cleanse off all the ick,
from there I proceed out the back door to the corner of my property where it connects to the property behind and to a small alley,
my own small crossroads
and the only place I can leave out a food offering,
I always put out dog food with whatever I'm offering Hekate this month,
-as I feel like Her Hounds should get a treat too-
I have been becoming increasingly attuned to Hekate recently and felt strongly compelled to toast Her a frozen waffle, served with a pat of butter and honey drizzled atop,
I use two tortillas as plates,
-something I read from someones blog, because your supposed to leave the plates and not take them back inside, so this way you don't end up with a giant stack of plates outside-
After saying my prayers while trying not to get mosquitoes in my mouth as they utterly swarmed me,
-The Way Of The Witch Is Truly Charmed Life-
I headed back inside,
After letting ma know I was back inside -she worries-
I head to my room and begin finishing my set up,
I'd gotten some of it done earlier,
Specifically I made the Petitions earlier, which was good planning on my part as I had a good few to do and my Petitions have evolved into little charms or talismans,
I got the idea from KitchenToad sometime ago, and made my own adjustments,
I start off with paper, one of these days I will be able to get all the paper cut to the same lengths alas yesterday was not that day,
From there I start with the dogs name I write it over and over across the paper,
Then I turn the page and across that I write what I want to bestow on the dog,
- those that had passed into the next life I scrawled Peace and Love across their names over and over,-
I finish with turning the page once again writing Hekate across all of it,
I then fold it in a way that creates a little poch, on the outside I wrote the dogs name and username of their human, to keep track,
Now from here I unfold the paper and I put a mix of crossroads dirt and tobacco into the center refolding it and sealing it with wax and a rose petal I kiss and place at the back
-I am not entirely sure why tobacco I was going to use Mugwort for both mine and Hekate's connection to it but, I don't know I HAD to use the tobacco,
-roses from my own rose bush-
-the crossroads dirt and tobacco are both connection to Hekate and offering, payment for the Blessings I'm asking of Her-
For the dogs who had passed I also added a penny,
I have always liked the idea of placing a coin with your loved one to make sure they will be able to buy their way across the River, I don't remember when I first heard of it but I always found it lovely, and while I don't believe there is any afterlife that would require such from animals I've started putting coins with my own animals when I bury them, so I felt it right to do the same here,
Setting up the Altar I brought Hekate from Her main Altar and sat with Her the Wolf card as Wolf is our beloved dogs Ancestor so I called on the Wolf as well for this blessing,
I placed my Rosary that I've been using in healing work
-@lailoken 's handy work-
I carefully stretched it out into a circle and then,
In the center I placed a candle with left over crossroads dirt and tobacco
-thought the dirt would keep the tobacco from lighting on fire int did not so note, use seperate dishes next time-
And then placed the Petitions within the Rosary circle,
I pressed the end of the Rosary the hagstone against Hekate's statue,
I set a Black moonstone next to the circle,
And last placed an Offering of Water and Frankincense on either side of Hekate,
From there I began by lighting three bay leaves and wafting the smoke about the Altar,
I called on Hekate, I called on the Wolf,
I asked them to Bless these dogs I spoke each name aloud I asked that those living dogs have good healthy, happy lives, that they have peace and comfort and are able to live good long lives with their people, and that their people always have enough to support them, with food and vet bills and such,
I asked for them to be protected from any harm this world has to offer, from malicious people, from the heat, from the cold, from fireworks and thunder, from cars,
And for those passed, I asked for them to be safe and at peace, for them to feel the Love their people feel for them and for Hekate to lay a hand of comfort upon the shoulders of those people who are grieving the loss of their dogs
I sang this song over them
youtube
Before I ended the Rite I asked for Hekate to come through into this world and Bless All Dogs, and to in Her facet of Brimo to set Her icy finger down the spin of those who intend harm to dogs that they are scared off,
I felt like I should record that part and I did so but apparently Tumblr can't handle a 7min video so,

thank you so much for tagging me!! :) I have so much to say about this!
I absolutely agree with all of this! I believe it’s more than fine to combine elements of Catholicism with a luciferian and/or Satanic practice. Working with demons and angels and saints simultaneously is very possible. I also agree with keeping those spaces separate! Lucifer has their own space on my bookshelves, while Mary has her own table altar. I also have an ancestor altar that I do keep my saints on and go to them as ancestors (not the archangels, they have a separate space). And I also consider Mary to be much more of a goddess as well, so that’s why she has her own space! Mary and her syncretization with goddesses is fascinating and a whole other thing I would love to talk about in it’s own post! I actually use Madonna Mary figures that are decorated and painted as my statues for Diana and Hekate.
We also do not have to do whatever the hell the church says ever. Like never ever. Folk catholicism is mainly the needs of the folk in different cultures working with those catholic spirits, the use of catholic tools and prayers, influence of the pre-Christian practice and religion creating its own practice, magic, traditions. It’s more than fine to use catholic imagery, go to Mary and Jesus and saints, and not have a catholic or Christian path. You can be devoted to Mary and still do work with Lucifer, you can be devoted to Lucifer and still pray to Mary and have a relationship with her!
I’m also soon going to writing a post about reconstructing and rewriting novenas and catholic prayers. On working with and having relationships with both Lucifer, Mary and the saints, I’ve found that simply respecting both of them in their own right, being mindful of who I call on when and how the energy of different spirits compliment eachother, it’s gonna be fine!
A few the ways I include catholic elements and change them up in my practice is rewriting traditional catholic prayers, like the rosary, and doing novena style prayers to spirits other than saints, like Lucifer and my deities. I make my own catholic style prayer cards for my deities with my own prayers, I also make my own saint cards with rewritten traditional prayers. My work with and devotion to Mary and the saints is just kept separate from my relationship with Lucifer! I also make rosaries, and have rosary style beads for Lucifer and Diana with my own prayer system for them.
Your relationships with Mary, Jesus and Lucifer won’t be the same as mine or anyone else’s. In my experience with Mary she is incredibly loving and motherly, protective, and has so many more deeper aspects than meets the eye. Mary knows love and tenderness as well as she knows sorrow and death. She’s a beautiful spirit, I also feel that she’s very welcoming! As someone who had to take a lot of time to become comfortable with Christian elements again, Mary was very patient and gentle guide. My work with saints and Mary and my folk catholicism is also heavily influenced by my ancestors, which is also why I started going to Mary in the first place. But, with all that being said, you should go for it and do what you want and what feels right and spiritually fulfilling, listen to the spirits and where your heart is pulling you!
what are your thoughts on being a luciferian/satanist while also using catholic aesthetics and imagery? I don’t want to be disrespectful to the Christian faith, but I’m just so in love with the symbols and rituals of Catholicism. I’m also obsessed with mother Mary and Jesus tbh, though I’m more drawn to the human, Jesus of Nazareth.
I'm an ex-Catholic and Polish, so Catholicism is part of both my upbringing and culture. To me, including and recontextualizing some Catholic practices and imagery, or subverting them, is an act of reclamation and defiance in face of of oppression. Because the Catholic Church is an incredibly oppressive institution and whenever it gets enough political power, it uses it to force its ideas on people (for example here in Poland it both supports and influences the decisions of the right-wing ruling party). Catholicism is a major factor in Polish queerphobia, it is also a religion that actively proselytizes and has itself adopted lots of elements from other religions in the process of christianization.
Mother Mary veneration in particular was shaped by syncretizations with various goddesses. She is not considered a goddess herself, though my Catholic mom says she "functionally" is lol. At the same time, she was a feminine figure people could connect with in Christian cultures throughout the ages (and though sweet, she actually was not just a delicate flower at all). In my experience, she is a really kind and welcoming entity, accepts me as I am and has never stopped acting loving and motherly towards me. Out of respect I do things for her separately from my demonic practice, and when I properly print my Rainbow Madonna picture, I will just put it on my ancestor altar which not only doesn't involve demons, but makes sense with my family and cultural heritage. She also often appears in Polish folk magic though, which makes me very happy as a witch, especially since my practice with her is mostly rooted in local Folk Catholicism (I have already worked with her as a witch, just had a break).
I have also recently approached Hildegard of Bingen, in the context of more religion-neutral ancestor veneration rather than Catholicism, we will see how that one goes.
I don't worship Christian God (Jesus included) for various reasons, so I won't be saying much here, though I know there are people taking more of a dual faith approach here.
@saint-stanthony you are a Luciferian who also practices folk Catholicism, would you share some thoughts if that's alright with you?

Devotional Garland of Hekate (For Sale)
This set of devotional beads I am currently selling was created and consecrated in the name of the goddess Hekate.
It was constructed from beads of Jet (a stone powerfully associated with both death and magic), along with counter beads of hand-carved Cow Bone (bovines being among Her sacred animals), which are bracketed with small Garnets (intimately associated with the mysteries of the Underworld.) On one end is secured a silver-plated steel Strophalos charm (an ancient symbol deeply associated with her cult, also called Hekate's Wheel.) On the other end is secured a vintage iron Skeleton Key (keys being one of Her most significant symbols.) Both endpieces were hallowed in a chthonic ritual beneath the Dark Moon (under which propitiatory rites have been undertaken in Her name for thousands of years,) and the entire piece was suffumigated with Storax Smoke (an ancient fumigatory offering that has, likewise, been used in Her offerings for thousands of years.)
This piece measures approximately 24 inches/61 centimeters long, and all connecting rings and pins are made from silver-plated steel. I am selling it for $69 + shipping, so if interested, either reach out to me through tumblr messenger, or use my webshop to place your order directly.

Two-sided Hekate devotional talisman featuring an image of Hekate carrying two torches on the front and a Tudor rose on the back. This image represents Hekate as a Gnostic hyper-cosmic goddess, a salvific force both personal and universal.
Originally commissioned by Chirotus Infinitum, the Sorcerer Poet, as a part of his personal syncretic work and made available to all through his generosity.
* Made of solid .925 sterling silver or shibuichi (an art metal alloy made of 3:1 copper:silver), yellow brass, or bronze.
* Available as a coin, with an upeye for use as a pendant, or with three jump rings for use in a rosary-style necklace.
Each piece is hand-made to order in my home studio, with unique variations and defects as a result of the fabrication and casting process.

May have a found a jinx/hex/curse. Advice on disposal beyond my own?
Story:
A month or two back, somebody stole the rear view mirror out of my car, alongside my tools, reusable bags & other stuff. What the culprit missed however was that the mirror had a rosary on it given to me by a family member (they’re Filipino, very superstitious), and a charmed Moon Tarot keychain. It was swathed in Hekate oil and created to be a protection charm.
The person took the mirror alongside my rosary & the Moon Tarot keychain. Pretty sure this upset Hekate, and I could feel her wrath on the perpetrator.
Today, I came into my car to find… a rusty nail cross, very intricately decorated with colorful beads, sitting pretty on the driver chair. Nothing like bones or herbs attached to it, just plastic beads. The overhead light was turned on but nothing was taken.
I couldn’t tell if this was a dedication to Christ/Emmanuel or if this was intended to curse. (I also can’t tell if this was a remorseful, apologetic return to their theft of my items lol). Either way, it is NOT entering my home and stays in my car. My intention, either way (whether the cross is positive or not) is to seal the cross in a pouch with a bunch of repellent herbs like mandrake, black salt, etc and bury it or throw it away.
Does anyone else have further advice on banishing a possible curse? Or not upsetting another God in the process? Of course I intend to cleanse myself of miasma after this, and protect my home further after this incident.

Closed Spiritual System” LMAO!
Lately pagan groups, in particularly WICCANS, have been posting memes and notes here in Tumblr, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and gods know where ever else about “Closed Spiritual Systems”. And seriously the amount of hypocrisy behind it is hilarious beyond reason. Wiccans are the LAST people to tell anyone not to take/borrow practices from other faiths; The man that created Wiccan stole spiritual and magical practices from all over the globe: Greece, Roman, Aegyptian, Thracian, Germanic, Keltic, Norse and Finno-Ugric. Even elements from Voodian, Native Americans, India, China and Siberian. The whole Wiccan structure is based on taken elements from other cultures from all over the world.
And seriously folks, what cultures has NOT taken elements from other cultural faiths? Christianity took from the Jews. Jews took it from the pagans. Romans took their faith from Etruscans, Greeks, and Aegyptians, Greeks took their faith from Minoan and Phoenicians. Egyptians took their faith from Assyrians. Its just a steady ladder down a wide path of cultures and times, back to when mankind first looked up at the sun, screamed “OOOOOOH HOT!” and wanted to please their prehistoric divinities. You think those holy beads and pagan rosaries are Pagan? Nope, you stole then from Christians that stole then from the Hindus. What’s that? You changed them to suit your pagan needs?? Well, talk about desecrating a spiritual system!
And seriously, there is no such thing as a “Closed Spiritual System.” If there was, then said culture would not create books, classes, retreats, seminars, websites, on-line courses and so on about their faith. They would not allow outsiders to attend their scared rites nor record them. Go to any college library and you will find a shit load of books written by some well known Native American authors and spiritual leaders, detailing their religious practices. HARDLY at all CLOSED Spiritual System. Do these books state “do not practice our faith.”??? Nope! No more than the Bible says “Do not follow nor practice unless your are a descendant of the Holy Land.”
Of course then there are those that say “You should only worship the gods of your background.” Again I bellow out a hardy LMAO! So I am part Hawaiian, part French, part Greek, part Dutch and part American. So do you wanna sit and explain to me exactly how that is suppose to work??? Or are we all suppose to just go back to Paleo Religions??? I mean seriously come-on!
Looks I will worship and practice how I want and neither YOU nor anyone else is going to deter me from that. If I want to “sage” myself I am going to. Because I got some news for you Holier-Than-Thou Wiccans: The act of Smudging/Saging is practiced in Asia, Europe, South America and Eurasia. “Sweat Lodging” is also a practice in several places around the world. You would actually be shocked to find where some religious practices come from if you ever picked up a REAL history and social studies book. I have a Dream Catcher over my pillow and I DO burn Sage. And if you dare try to take it away from me or tell me otherwise, you will be arguing with a rapidly approaching chainsaw.
Instead of telling me not and how to practice Magick and my faith, its sounds like you best do some research on your own faith. And NOT with some crappy revamped-for-the-one-billionth-time Llewelyn Magick book. You want to talk about desecrating a cultures faith??? I have never seen so many cultural “prettified” tweaks and mistakes in my like. No, Zeus did NOT marry Juno!, No Hekate is NOT a goddess of Witchcraft. Tyr is NOT a god you want to invoke, Maui is NOT some surfer-dude god of awesomeness, No Sedna is NOT some sweet loving flower goddess, Minerva is NOT a goddess of the Gypsies, Osiros is NOT a name of the Aegyptian pharaoh-god-king of the dead and Fairies (no matter how you spell it) are not tinkerbell sparkles and wish givers.
If you are going to demand others to respect the faiths and cultures there-of, then you best make sure you are doing the same. Do not be some “Do as I say, not as I do” Wiccan.

Devotional Items
Two quick things to share, since I have really missed the ritualistic and routineness of prayer cards, daily devotional books, and rosaries. My husband got me a pagan prayer book that has really helped me start to build a devotional book that fits me. I’m still working on it, but eventually I do hope to have a collection that’s organized and helps with building a routine.
Same with prayer beads, after looking into the multiple cultures who utilize them (and my slight over-obsession with beads, string, and shiny things) I have made a couple of my own and plan on making more. So far I have 4, one for Apollo, Juno, one for both Hekate and Asteria, and one for Venus and Aphrodite as well. They’re just some hemp cord and beads with lots of knots!
For prayer cards, recently, I have found a shop that scratches that itch on Etsy, WyrdCuriosities. The shop features currently 357 prayer cards among other items. I still haven’t finished combing through but I seriously recommend them to anyone looking to add devotional items, especially ex-catholics or catholic/christian polytheists who have other deities as well! Beautiful art on one side and an amazing prayer on the other side as well.
I will share some stuff in regards to this soon!
Stay well, and I hope your journey is blessed <3
