first we have unleash the archers' "northwest passage" (Explorers, 2019), a cover of stan rogers' song.

and in the same vein of taking traditional(-esque) songs and making them rock out hard, we have the dreadnaughts' "hej sokoły (zal za ukraina)" (Green Willow, 2023), a cover of the polish and ukrainian folk song.
