absolutely! being married is definitely a goal for yosuke. he’s got a lot of love to give! the idea of being in  family again, even if in a different role is super appealing to him. not to mention his father was one of the ‘family line’ types. he’s not going to hace that as a reasoning going around but it does have a subtle influence

Would my muse ever date/marry/sleep with someone because they were rich?

he wouldn’t admit it but absolutely he would. if they were offering at least. he’s not going to beg but he’s one of those folk who would think on it and come back with a “it’d be financially irresponsible not to”. he’d try a ‘fake it til you make it’ approach as far as the person themselves goes tho. he’d feel guilty enough for getting into the situation so if he can turn it around on that front at least he’d feel a little better about himself. he wont but lying isnt new.

At what age did my muse lose their virginity?

16 and its a whole fuckin thing and i need to take some time to figure out how exactly im gonna flesh out the whole situation. his relationship with sex in general is weird but he’s a teenage boy and thats a very difficult internal struggle to deal with.

Yosuke definitely would. It’d just be a matter of time. and nerve. and hyping himself up. a whole bunch. at this age he’s way more passive as far as romance (and socializing in a casual format in general actually!) goes since he’s practically

and older yoosk is definitely better than he was. he’ll still get nervous but its not external. the way he masks that though is going at things more in a business like manner. so if it sounding like a professional inquiry counts then yeah he’d ask folks on dates

im gonna talk about souji

ive only ever passively mentioned this sl set up cause im lazy and never wanted to think fully on it if im being honest. now tho im gonna NOT be that

snarks growth through souji is a lot of focus on doing things as a unit. or just not alone. throughout his time growing up with his parents he’d always been encouraged and on occasion made to be independent and self sufficient and for th most part he tends to excell at it. between them teaching him on the job to being an only child to having been homeschooled opposed to put somewhere public where they could control the method he learns in, the idea of depending on other people isn’t really on the table for him. 

this really shows in the whole “oh ill just go to this town and handle this case myself” and , “i’ll get myself kidnapped and handle this” (yes i really am gonna keep that). that element also shows in that the elements he uses are bufu and mudo. with luck he could handle an encounter alone. 

that same thing goes for his actions outside of the tv too though, is what he doesn’t quite get. it’s luck thats gotten him to where he is. 

through souji he learns a man isn’t an island and all that stuff and learning to lean on other people. he kinda lets go of the ‘cool hardboiled’ ideas in his head from the movies an starts seeing himself a bit more realistically though. 

that said, he does still deal with the Yosuke™ brand inferiority thing and given he has other things to deal with, that issue sort of sticks for him to just deal with on his own. it’s a lot easier to not notice with the inflated ego that comes with the independence thing and also a ‘senpais so cool’ doesnt really spur him into action if that person who is so cool that he’d rather be is older than him rather being in the same position he is.
