Freya is Scottish

In the original dream that inspired Wick's End, both Freya and Glen had become Retired. This was changed before I drafted the pilot chapter -- I thought this dynamic would be funnier.

Elements of her design are inspired by Blackrose from .hack which is one of my favorite franchises haha. Mainly the spikes and heavyblade. She's the definition of a strong barbarian character that fights with her feelings.

i'm no lunar runner who knows every strat ever but this is my usagi power ranking so far:

S:

- assassin (refreshing invuln on demand every 4 secs is indispensable for hard mode)

- dancer (every build feels good somehow. easiest to optimize dps while sparing most of your attention for enemy patterns, because her charge rhythm is straightforward and you get an audio cue for every special. garnet rabbitluck special for all allies seems bonkers)

A:

- spellsword (seems to have the best upside for solo, one time i got obsidian rod + ruby special + nova crown and was doing 14k-22k per hit (see below))

- sniper (it feels hard to build out her special but any speed-boost defensive is ok in my book. vega spear is very funny on her)

- bruiser (it feels unnatural that she wants her primary optimized more than her special but when it works it really works. not to mention multiple use speed-boost invuln)

B:

- defender (special recharge feels awkward, probably ok if you can find opal special, but at least has speed-boost defensive. ally invuln is fun on coop with a less skilled partner)

- heavyblade (defensive feels awkward and special's forced movement is awkward too, but at least special invulns on demand. becomes very silly if you find the mermaid scalemail)

C:

- wizard (has great dps but really wants to stand still a lot, doesn't feel tenable for hard mode. garnet rabbitluck special might be redeeming, but dancer has it too)

D:

- ancient (very awkward to build for; the emerald and garnet secondaries are incompatible with most specials. more importantly, managing where your familiar is really sucks against mobile bosses)

- druid (secondary field has the same placement problem as ancient, and also having speed reduction on both primary and secondary is actively tilting)

I defaulted to Heavyblade Bnuuy because I'm a Big Sword Big Damage type of guy.

However, I failed to consider that Rabbit & Steel is still a bullet hell. I play Reimu, so I should be playing a character class whose DPS doesn't care too much about their position. So now I'm Wizard Bnuuy. Tragically, she does not have a Reimu-y palette.

Rabbit and Steel is very cool. I think the main thing it needs is more sound effects but otherwise its real good so far

We did two runs and beat the second. I was playing the Heavyblade or whatever, that shit is just Dark Knight, its really good. It has a move that makes everyone invincible for 2 seconds and I was not using it well but my DPS was pretty absurd for being effectively a tank. Assassin and Mage seemed pretty cool too but I may need to do solo runs with all of them to get a better feel for it all. The character designs are all incredible for the characters and bosses too its soooo cute

Alt-Mode: Owl Jet Occupation: Elite Guard member (fighter) Weapons: Heavyblade Powers: Dark and Shapeshifting

Bio: Before being reincarnated as a Transformers, she was a school girl who has difficult life die in school shooting and reincarnated as a mage in the fantasy medieval world but sadly again, she died in execution. This time, after reincarnated as nameless transformer she woke up from protoform pod in the strange area without any memories at her birth. She discovered that she had an ability to transform not just her alt-mode but different creatures. she wandered the world and turned into other animals to try and fit in with the wildlife, but none of the creatures she encountered accepted her until she encountered Solaria as a child by oak tree and turned into a human for the first time. After seeing NyxPhos, Solaria immediately welcomed her and the two became best friends, and Solaria was accepting of NyxPhos's true form & her powers. However, the other citizens of Solaria’s village, including Solaria’s parents, believed NyxPhos was a monster after discovering her true form and her shapeshifting abilities. The villagers attacked NyxPhos with torches as she accidentally kill a mewman with her laser, which accidentally set the village on fire. A confused and fear Solaria became hostile toward NyxPhos, telling her to get out. 

Alone in the forest after being betrayed and abandoned by Solaria, a distraught NyxPhos questioned herself why does everyone hate her. Then, she was found by Autotroopers and takes her to Cybertron where she was given name by Team Athenia. During training in bootcamp, NyxPhos spotted an innocent decepticon sparkling bothered by a group of bullies. She transformed into Skeledirge to scare off those bullies away but accident ended up scaring a sparkling. The crowd surrounds NyxPhos, murmuring in anger and disgust as they about to report to The High Council to sentence her in prison. However, High One came and step forward to defended her, grabs Ruby and escapes to the area where Team Loki lived. After being accepted into Team Loki, NyxPhos felt she have found a true friend.
