gift me (HeavenSuffered / Gifts from Emma, Dean, and Cas please!)

Christmas gifts from- 

Dean:  Hmm, Dean is pretty sure that he’ll never manage to top that birthday gift he gave Claire that first time, the lore book on angels basically representing his support of her choosing to hunt, but he tries his best.   His gift comes in two parts - the first half for fun and the second half for practicality.  Since she’s not a tape deck kind of girl, he gets her the full discography of Led Zeppelin on CD, cause everyone should have an appreciation of the classics.  He also gets her a Colt 1911 Government Model Series 70 with black mother of pearl grips.  It’s a workhorse of a gun and one that has served him well in all the many years that he’s been hunting and he wants Claire to have something reliable and good quality when she’s out there on her own.

Cas:  With Dean and Sam’s permission, Cas gives Claire a key to the Men of Letters bunker.  That way she always have a safe place to go to when she needs it, even if they aren’t there at the time.  He also gets her a gas station gift card so she always has gas money.

Emma:  Emma gets Claire a good quality knife, one small enough to be easily hidden on her, because one can never have enough weapons. She carves a few Greek sigils on the handle that are meant to protect the one wielding it and keep them safe from harm. (There’s a note in the box detailing the symbol meanings and citing her sources, cause Emma is that kind of nerd about these things).  The package is tied with a ribbon that has a Wonder Woman keychain tied to it as a decoration - because Emma thinks that Claire has the inner strength and smarts to be an Amazon... but the good kind, like Diana Prince, not the evil kind like her former tribe.

Hunting is scary , no doubt about it. Charlie knows this from experience , as on top of their game as a hunter may be , it’s still so easy to get OVERWHELMED.  Not all monsters are feral beasts that just lunge at their prey , some are smart , and they definitely don’t attack one at a time like they do in the movies.  It’s FORTUNATE , then , that Charlie should arrive just at the right time , one girl versus four werewolves is just unfair.  There’s still some struggle in the following fight , but the two of them manage to come out on TOP.  Once it’s all over , the redhead has to bend over to catch her breath , before wiping her silver blade on her own jeans and TUCKING it away.
