Figured I'd upload it here too as it's deeply personal thoughts I think are worth preserving.

Heavenrend is something I knew for over two years, but the impact they jad on me was immense. I was introduced probably late 2021, a bit before km0d0 graduated at the start of 2022, with Juliet Winters being the first one I've watched. I was a Senior in college at the time.

I had tossed some internal thoughts around about doing vtuber stuff while watching Arktoons, a phenomenal artist y'all should follow, who introduced me to HR, but seeing the girls made me realize this could be a thing I could do. So I started making my own model, bg, music, ect. with what free time I carved from college assignment which was a big ask since they were mostly high level courses, including my senior project.

Come August 2022 and there I am, watching Juliet, Haruna, and the recently debuted Rurumi from two months prior. Two month later my own debut, Juliet announced her graduation for health reasons. I finally joined the discord, the first time I joined a largish community discord, and try interacting with the deeper community and celebrate Juliet. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner.

That graduation was the first to really shake me and it did so in a way that affected the way I thought about streaming. It was still for me first and foremost, but I also understood the connection created now and wanted to just sorta always be there. A presence that's there. Even if I streamed to nobody, the idea that anybody could watch and enjoy was enough for me.

Heavenrend cemented my desire to stream and without that experience, I may have graduated during my sudden job search induced hiatus. I wouldn't have seen the true value of the light at the end of the tunnel and not had the strength to endure and reach it.

So this is important. Juliet, Haruna, km0d0, Rurumi, and all the staff at Heavenrend, my deepest thanks for providing a great place to be, for giving the girls a chance, and inspiring me so deeply. Please take care and may your paths lead to great things. Thank you.

Juliet Winters of Heavenrend graduated today. When had the inkling of CowboyTuba, it was just a model idea and that was it. Watching Juliet from the sidelines and seeing her passion, her storytelling, her ideas, all of it inspired me that there could be more. The high initial aim for my debut was a remnant of that and what happened earlier today only solidified my desire to tell stories, to dive deep and with passion. It carries my memory of her, as I promised I would.

Short Reflection: Symphogear XV OVAs

Is there any more perfect image for this franchise to end on than Hibiki heading out for Antarctica, promising Miku she’ll be back soon as casually as if she was just heading down to the convenience store? No. No there is not.
