And what if I said Porter is the fantasy high equivalent of DDLC!Monika. What if I said he was staring down the barrel of being a pawn in the story he’s written into and he decided that that monotony and lack of choice that comes of being an npc wasn’t enough.

Why not be evil if it makes things interesting for a player or the viewer. Why not force change. Why not play with the other NPCs like dolls. Why not rewrite the narrative in blood, as long as you get to play God.
