I feel so much better than back then. I used to be a sloth and crawl from back pain. I feel healthier getting sun and miles in! My weight has moved no where on the scale but my body including my face has changed so much! It's amazing what the mind can do when you try beyond your own belief your body can handle. I am terrified when I don't have sun so available to me come winter. I'm already in so much from the rain this week but I will get above the depressive moods!
