Hope is an optimistic attitude of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes related to events and circumstances in one's life or the world at large.[1] As a verb, its definitions include: "expect with confidence" and "to cherish a desire with anticipation" =================== According to WIKI THE above is a definition for the word #HOPE And maybe it's just me wanting things to be a certain way and the desire and determination to pull through my injury but all I have right now is #hope, #faith and #determination . The pic on the left was today the one in right bottom is the day after I injured myself. I'm posting it because I want to share my journey of keeping faith that it's healing by keeping positive . In the mirror i see the swelling outward is now minimal in comparison to the day after injury, I can't say what it looks like from the inside but I'm pretty sure its still as fucked up but with the right set of mind and positivity and determination it's remarkable what the body can do to heal even though sometimes I catch myself in sadness I have to remind myself to snap out if it . So if you're feeling down or sad about the shitty things that sometimes happen in life remember you're still 6 feet above ground ,might not be rainbows and sunshine all the freaking time but at least were still alive and still have our health . Now I might not have my shoulder @100% functioning but I still got my health and a roof over my pretty lil head 😋so for that am grateful 🙏😉 ========================== #positivevibes #positiveenergy #positivethinking #healingmindbodyspirit
