Posted a video earlier today about a 3D body analysis I had done on Monday where I asked you all to guess my body fat and weight . Thus far I had quite a few views but only 3 guesses. While #thebonhamexchange was celebrating its 37th anniversary I thought it would be awesome to celebrate it with them 🙌🏼 especially since I hadn’t gone dancing/clubbing a lil over 10 Years😊 not much has changed 🤣.... young people still being young and carefree on the dance floor, celebrating #LIFE . Anyways, A little history about The Bonham exchange , its a popular LGBT dance club located in the heart of downtown San Antonio just two blocks east of the Alamo, and it was marking its 37th anniversary this weekend with a special 🎊 celebration party as well as The building is also home to the Happy Foundation, San Antonio’s LGBT archive. At the end of my #nightoutonthetown came to an end I was extremely happy I celebrated #mybirthday with #family and #theBonhamexchange 🙌🏼👍🏻👏🏻

While I was on vacation last week, I sooo took my packed ice chest of prepped meals (see blue ice chest behind me) on that cruise 🚢. Even though there was an array of food (buffets galore including desserts 🍨) every couple of hours on that cruise 🚢 I stayed the course and ate only breakfast there which was egg white spinach omelet and plain oatmeal as well as dinner which was either bass, grilled chicken breast and or iron steak with steamed green beans or broccoli 🥦 for dinner. While the rest of the family was gorging on all the various foods the buffets had, I stuck to my plan. The saying goes if you want it bad enough you’ll do what it takes to meet your goals. I never look at it as being deprived of good eats because what am eating I consider as good eats so there is no deprivation feeling. BTW, I also took my #ossurcoldrush for my #icetherapy which is sitting on top of my ice chest 😉and my #airrelaxrecoveryboots /#shoulder sleeve too continue #compressiontherapy while on #vacation • • #trainlikeanathlete #eatclean #goals #preppedandpacked

#workthatcore #absolutely a must do but the real work is the #nutrition • • • You can train insane have a great workout routine and it won’t matter if the nutrition is not in place. All the sweat and tears of working hard in the gym won’t matter if ya ain’t eating healthy and in a caloric deficit. Sure you can have strong abs if you work with them out diligently just like any body part , you can add weight to your ab workout just like your biceps or triceps or any other body part , the muscle will grow but it won’t show if you keep eating processed foods and or having too many cheat meals unless you’re some genetic freak ☺️which am not but I do know what it takes to get abs of steel😉to show. It’s taken me 8 weeks thus far to achieve it for myself as my own personal goals to celebrate my 51st birthday on the 21st of July . You can do it too just takes commitment to eating healthier and making good choices every day all day , i know not everyone wants to deprive themselves of food eats just for the sake of having ripped abs and I know it’s not for everybody but that doesn’t mean you cant live a healthier life... you can!
