I'M SCREAMING ☹️
So you guys know how Iruma is canonically 158cm (5'2ish) and Kiriwo is 162cm (5'4ish), so they're only 4cm (2 in) apart in height
YEAH THAT'S BEFORE THEY BOTH GREW APPARENTLY
We don't know how much taller Iruma got (it was probably only a little bit), but I just remembered this panel exists and I was like "HUH????? SINCE WHEN DID KIRIWO GET THAT MUCH TALLER THAN HIM????"
Tumblr media
So I did the math and,,,,,,
Tumblr media
Ignore that they're so far to one side BUT KIRIWO IS BASICALLY A FULL FOOT TALLER THAN IRUMA NOW??????????? (And yes I did take into account the heels on their shoes and adjust accordingly)
If you can't read my shitty handwriting it says "188.4cm (6'2)?!?!" pointing to Kiriwo and "159.1cm (5'2½)" pointing to Iruma
I'll literally never recover

Unbreakable
Unpredictable. Unquestionably so. What exactly did a demon like Sullivan gain from a contract with two humans? Did it really matter, though? A deal was a deal. You would just have to handle whatever was thrown your way.
You would have to be unbreakable. Of course that reminded you of a song. Something that you heard a while back but... it suited the situation you currently found yourself in.
☆You've got a good heart, but I know it changes. A restless tide, untamable. You came my way and I knew a storm could come too. You'd lift me high, or let me fall~☆
You stared silently at the scene outside your window. Completely unsure of what to think of the demon spinning Iruma around in the yard. Could you trust such a wily creature?
☆But I took your hand. Promised I'd withstand any blaze you blew my way. Cause something inside, it solidified. And I knew I'd always stay~☆
A deal was a deal. You had formed a contract with a demon. You had accepted his hand. You would take whatever hell threw at you.
☆You can build me up. You can tear me down. You can try, but I'm unshakable. When the fire's burnt. When the wind has blown. When the water's dried. You'll still find stone. My heart of stone.☆
You turned away from the window and walked slowly out of your room. Down the long corridor. As you kept thinking.
☆You say we're perfect. A perfect family. You hold us close for the world to see, and when I say you're the only one that I could love, I mean those words truthfully.☆
You adored Iruma. It was hard not to love a child like him. One that was precious. And you could tell. He was important to Sullivan as well... although you weren't 100% sure it was love the demon held.
☆But I know.... without my son, your love could disappear. And though it isn't fair, I don't care cause my love will still be here.☆
It didn't really matter what Sullivan thought about you personally. His love wasn't something you needed, be it real or false. But what about Iruma?
You were never planned for. You were more like a bonus prize. But there was no doubt in your mind that he would not have taken you if he didn't have Iruma.
☆You can build me up. You can tear me down. You can try, but I'm unbreakable. You can do your best but I'll stand the test. You'll find that I'm unshakable~☆
You make your way down the stairs slowly. It seems that your steps echo in the house. It was a strong sign to you. One that screamed that you didn't belong here.
It didn't matter. Iruma wanted you here. So long as that child needed you, you could endure anything. Even being left alone often in these silent halls.
☆When the fire's burnt, when the winds have blown when the water's dried, you'll still find stone. My heart of stone.☆
You would be a foundation. A rock. You weren't going to budge. Not yet... you just had to stay a little longer. Even if you were slowly fading away.
Humans weren't meant to be in hell, after all. And while Iruma was thriving here, you weren't. He was adapting to everything well.
But it wasn't the same for you. You were an adult. Magic didn't really connect with you. Death seemed to be around every corner for you. Just waiting.
You glanced up at the large portrait that Sullivan had made Opera hang up in the parlor. A family portrait... admittedly, it was very sweet to see it hang in the place of honor over the fireplace.
☆Soon I'll have to go. I'll never see him grow. But I hope my son will know, he'll never be alone~ cause like a river runs dry. And leaves its scars behind. I'll be by his side. Cause my love is set in stone~☆
Yeah... you leaned against the wall. Your head turned at the sound of the door opening. You smiled warmly, opening your arms as both Iruma and Sullivan crashed into you.
☆You can build me up. You can tear me down. You can try, but I'm unbreakable. You can do your best but I'll stand the test. You'll find that I'm unshakable~☆
You chuckle as you and Iruma are lifted up and carried to the dining room. Listening to the pair babble about their day. As long as Sullivan made Iruma happy, there was nothing to worry about.
☆When the fires burnt. The wind has blown. The waters dried. You'll still find stone... My heart of stone.☆

So, I just saw the newest chapter of Kalego Gaiden and it turns out "Dali" is a permanent position at the school. Much like the Naberius clan, the Dantalion family sends someone to Babyls and they take up the name as a teacher. Not sure how that person is chosen, but there is always a member of the family at Babyls and the one in Gaiden is the direct predecessor of the current Dali. Really makes me curious of what the guy is truly capable of and what the Dantalion family's deal is.
Yeah i just read the chapter and i think i misunderstood?? Something???
Because I think they said that this pathetic dude??
Tumblr media
Is My Guy dali
Tumblr media
And i am 80% sure that i misunderstood something because no. Dali wasn't that pathetic in school. Also the horn placement is wrong so im probably wrong
Anyway this chapter told me that Dali doesn't steal faces or eat demons which is sad, and while it doesn't dismiss this theory it also takes it from Yes to unlikely So! I'll be sharing my other theory that revolves around this one panel
Tumblr media
Dali's ability is to explode. And that's it. Bubye, sayonara, see in the next life.
They explode with so much force that it destroys everything for miles away. And they’re there, they were hired and asked to be there as a last resort. Sullivan saw how unstable the netherworld was becoming since the disappearance of Delkira, and he feared that soon this unstableness and aggression could target his school, teachers and students, so he asked of the Dantalion family for one person to come teach at his school, just in case, swearing up and down, left and right, with his heart and horns and wings that this idea of his will be the last, last last resort after Ifrit clan and Naberius clan and Sullivan himself
A resort that seems more and more likely to be needed as the school keeps getting attacked again and again by a bunch of terrorists
And, you know, I kinda see this series ending with a bang. A fight to to death between the six fingers and the teachers of babyl, between baal and Sullivan, between Iruma and Kirio
And maybe demons will be lost in this battle, and maybe to minimise the casualties, to at least ensure that baal won't be able to get his wicked ways, won't become the king, maybe sullivan will keep some teachers behind, order them to evacuate the vicinity, and soon Dali will come onto the battlefield with a wicked smile. He'll look at balam and kalego, opera and sullivan and all the other teachers he befriended who refused to let him die alone, and with a final laugh, he'll activate his bloodline ability, and all everyone will see is white
