“Why aren't you dressed yet? We need to get going before it starts snowing again.”
“I can't fucking feel my legs, Yoonoh. How many rounds can you go for without getting tired?” He smiled cockily, climbing the bed to straddle your lap.
“Oh, you'll surely find out when we get home.”
“Yoonoh!” He giggled, pecking the tip of your nose ever so sweetly. He was doomed. “Let me get up so I can change.”
“The bed’s looking really tempting right now...”
“Move.”
After making yourself presentable, all standing in wobbly legs, you found Jaehyun folding your clothes and fitting them into your bag. Everything about him was so endearing.
“Mom made French toasts for breakfast. Sungchan helped her, so I'm sure they're not that bad.” You smiled and nodded, extending your hand for him to take it. “My dad left early to take care of some things, so you don't have to-”
“Hey, it's fine. It's not a big deal, so stop worrying.” Your mouth said something, but your heart couldn't quite agree with it. Having a member of his family against you wasn't ideal. “Let’s go have some breakfast.”
“You’re an angel.” He murmured as you walked down the stairs. “Fuck.” His dad’s snowshoes were carefully set in front of the entrance. “We can leave and have breakfast on our way-”
“I told you it's okay, Jae.”
“I know it's not, y/n.”
“Morning, guys!” There was no other choice but to join Jaehyun’s family for breakfast once his mother found you bickering in the middle of the staircase.
The kitchen still smelled of the dinner you shared the night before.
“Morning.” You greeted everyone sitting at the table with the best smile you could put up, though it wasn't easy with Mr. Jung’s piercing gaze following you around. “Looks delicious.”
“Thank you, darling. Eat up before it gets cold.”
No one spoke as you ate. The youngest and his mother exchanged a few nervous looks, afraid the other two men could blow up any second.
Just as you finished your plate and left it in the sink, you heard a distant conversation.
“...think about it, Yoonoh. What other reason could there be for her approaching you?” Your heart clenched in realization, and you could only stand still, fully aware that every word his father spat was true. “With Seryeong, you could-”
“That’s it. This is my limit.” A chair was loudly pushed, probably by Jaehyun as he got ready to exit the scene. “I tried, mom, I did, but he's not even doing the bare minimum to fix our shitty relationship. The only thing he cares for is his goddamn empire. It's always been that way.”
“Don't you dare speak to me like that in when your guest could be listening.” Now both men were standing, the father speaking through gritted teeth.
“Wanna talk about manners? Fine. If I recall correctly, last night you didn't even seem to acknowledge her presence. Do you know how humiliating that must've been for her?”
“It isn't my fault you brought a gold digger into our family.” A first banged against the wooden table, making you jolt in your hiding spot.
“It was a pleasure seeing you all, but I think it's time for me to leave.” Before you could move, he was standing beneath you, face contorted in a mixture of pain and embarrassment. “Y/n...”
“It's okay.”
“It’s not.” He didn't dare to take another step forward. “You've been saying that a lot lately, but we both know you don't really mean it.”
“Can we not talk about this where someone can hear us?”
“I’ll get our bags so we can leave already.”
His dad had left by the time you gathered your things and went downstairs. None of you spoke as he started the car engine. Your mind was trying to organize your messy thoughts when he finally confessed what had been bothering him from the moment you stepped into the vehicle.
“You’re not what my dad says you are.”
You sighed.
“Oh, but I am, Yoonoh. Have you forgotten the nature of our relationship? A parasite would probably steal less from you than I do.” His knuckles became white as he clutched the steering wheel. “I'm the only one getting benefits from this agreement.”
“What makes you think I'm not getting anything out of this, huh? I agreed because I needed company, and isn't that what you're giving me?”
“That's not what I meant.” You tried answering in a neutral tone despite the burning sensation in your chest. “You’re not getting anything tangible out of this.” Before he could reply, you continued with a smaller voice. “If I were you, I'd listen to your father...”
“I thought we’d made some progress these past few days. Apparently not.” That was the last thing he said before the space around you grew silent.
Your palms were wounded from burying your nails on them, a miserable attempt to distract yourself from the tears that begged to roll down your cheeks. If Yoonoh noticed, he didn't comment on it.
A few days later, you received a deposit in your bank account. A text from the man himself arrived minutes later, explaining your company wouldn't be required for the rest of the week, for he'd be busy working on new cases. It was a brief and precise message, filled with suppressed anger and resentment.
You'd fucked up badly, and yet, you couldn't bring yourself to regret the words that escaped your lips during that misfortunate car ride. None of what you'd said was a lie, and you'd be damned if you said those thoughts hadn't been eating up your mind ever since he first held your hand.
You had no one to share your sorrows with except the lawyer, who was the one that caused them in the first place. So you decided to go to the only person that wouldn't judge you.
“Hey there.” You sat on the couch by his bed, caressing his cheek. The wounds that once decorated his perfect skin were now almost completely healed. “You’re taking your sweet time to wake up, aren't you?”
His hands were one on top of another, resting on his stomach.
“I can’t do this on my own anymore, dad. You need to wake up.” You could almost see him begging you to give up on him, to end your agreement with the lawyer if that pleased you best. But how could you not help the man who stood the entirety of your life by your side? “I miss having breakfast with you. It was always fun with you around, but lately, I've been having a hard time smiling. I thought I had finally found something to be excited about, but it turns out I might not be the best for him.”
A shadow stood behind the closed door of your father’s room, taking in every single word you said and trying his best not to open the piece of wood separating you.
“I just wish I’d stopped you from going to work that day. I keep thinking none of this would've happened had I insisted a bit more.” You could still sense the uneasiness you felt that day before he walked out of the door. “Please, wake up already. I don't know how much longer I'll be able to handle this.”
He wanted to burst into the room, to drag you out of the dark place your mind was. But it wasn't his place to do so. He wasn't your savior. Hell, he couldn't even save himself if his life depended on it. So he stood still, hearing your soft voice as you let out all of your worries and sorrows, most of them caused by him.
“Hey, I got his clinical history. The doctor said she'll be here in a minute-”
He pushed Sungchan away from the door before you had the chance to notice him.
“Let’s talk to the doctor in her office.” The eldest dragged his brother away from the door, shaking off the thoughts of you from his mind.
(...)
You texted Yoonoh briefly after meeting with your father. It was coward of you to apologize through the phone, but you couldn't bear the thought of seeing him angry again.
He didn't reply until three hours later when you received a call from him.
“Hello?”
“Hi, y/n. I got your text, everything's good.” It sure didn't feel like it. “I trust you received your allowance today.”
“I did, thank you.” You heard the slight sound of his hand rummaging through some papers. “Are you still in the office?”
“Yes, just checking for voids before presenting the case tomorrow.”
“So, listen...” He did as you said, getting comfortable in his leather seat as he waited for you to speak. “I’m sorry for the way I spoke on our way back. I acted on my insecurities and took it all out on you.”
Yoonoh drew a sharp breath.
“I can't be in a relationship like this, y/n. I won't be able to handle it if you act as you did a couple of days ago every time there's an inconvenience. Have you perhaps had the time to think of my feelings? I'm trying my best to make us work, but you seem to be committed to doing otherwise.”
“I don't do any of this on purpose, Yoonoh. Everything around me is falling apart. How do you expect me to act?”
“I know you have problems, but I do too. And I'm not going around playing the victim whenever I make a mistake. I'm trying hard to improve myself, and you should do too.” His chest was aching. Hearing your quiet sobs on the other side of the line was more than he could bear. However, he couldn't stay silent. “We can't work things out until you make peace with yourself.”
“Yoonoh...”
“Whenever you're ready, I'll be waiting for you.”
His side of the line went silent after three beeps announced he’d hung up. Now, two heartbroken fools cried, clutching their phones against their chest to try and ease their pain.

Trial and error as they say... Let me know what y'all think
Don't stop the Devil
(Lucifer Morningstar x Reader)
Summary: you are the immortal that Lucifer falls in love with.
Pairing: Lucifer Morningstar x reader
Word count: 2499 words
Full of angst. You've been warned
"Wow, that's a very interesting story brother." Amenadiel teased as he drinks the whiskey his brother gave to him.
Lucifer glared at him, "you don't believe me? Well, It's true! The girl walked away after I rejected her offer to make love in the backseat of her parents' car." he snapped as he finds his way towards the sit in front of his piano with a whiskey on his hand.
"It's not that I didn't want to. She just has to ask nicer rather than pushing me inside the backseat" he continued while playing a tune in the piano.
"Look, brother, I believe you... But did you ever love someone who is the same as us? Let's say...Immortal?" Amenadiel wondered as he stands in front of his brother.
Lucifer looked at him with a confused look before sipping his whiskey and putting it on top of his piano, "of course I do brother. What did you think of me? A boring angel just like you?" he joked.
"Yeah right." He sniggered and looked at his brother realizing that he wasn't joking.
"Wait... Are you serious?" he continued.
Lucifer angrily looked at him, "Do you think I'll make a joke about my reputation?" he glowered.
Amenadiel sat at his brother's sofa and looked at him like he's waiting for him to say something.
Lucifer looked at him, "What?!" he hissed.
"you're not gonna tell me who she is?" Amenadiel asked.
"Well you could've said something rather than waiting for me to talk about it." he answered as he brushed his hand against his suit. He looked at Amenadiel as he sipped the last of his whiskey.
Amenadiel sits properly and also drank his whiskey down and looked at his brother, ready to listen to whatever he's going to say.
"It was before the rebellion. Well, when I was still an angel, one of yours." he recalled as he points at his brother, Amenadiel nodded.
"She's different from the others, she's everything I ever wish for. She's perfect." Lucifer continues.
Amenadiel laughed as he hears the word perfect. "Aren't we all perfect?" he chuckled.
"You know what I mean brother. Don't act like a fool." Lucifer interrupts.
Amenadiel smiled at him and asked, "what's her name? I bet its beautiful as herself... Based on your description, of course." he exclaimed.
Lucifer smiled as he recalls, "y/n. Her name is y/n" he said. Amenadiel looked at him shockingly, "are you serious?" he asked.
Lucifer laughed as he stood up to go to his room's bar to pour himself another glass of whiskey. His brother walks towards him, "did you just told me that you liked one of the fiercest warriors in heaven?" he asked, startled.
"well, I suppose... Yeah, I liked her... No, not like- I loved her." he concluded.
Amenadiel looked at him sadly, "I'm sorry. I should've not pushed this conversation" he sighed seating on chair at the bar.
"No brother, It's fine." Lucifer insisted before sipping on his glass of whiskey as he pats his brother's shoulder.
"She was elegant, perfect and everything that I hope for... She was my everything." he continues as he walks towards his balcony looking at the big view of the city while sipping his whiskey.
Amenadiel looks at Lucifer. He knows that he still mourns for her after all these years. If he only knew about Lucifer's feelings towards her, he could have saved her.
He could have stopped time and saved her.
"It all started when we're still adolescents, still training and prepping for the Armageddon... She wanted to fight me because apparently, she hates me more than any of you." he chuckled.
Amenadiel smiled as he remembers those days... How they always train with the warriors and the way he beats every single one of them except y/n... And Lucifer, which he never fought...
"And still she never wins." Lucifer murmured with a smile on his face.
"Neither you." Amenadiel continued.
Lucifer glanced at him for a second, then looked back at the view.
"That's when I knew that there was something... That I am willing to get tose over and over again if it means that I get to see her in her best." he continued as he sips his whiskey.
Amenadiel walks towards Lucifer and patted his back. "I never knew you care for her brother... Please forgive me." he sighed.
Lucifer glanced at him then smiled, "Very well then. Now that I told you I loved an immortal before... I just proved you wrong" he exclaimed as he drinks the very last of his whiskey.
"So what did I win?" he asked while walking towards his piano to play
•chorus of Not about Angels•
Amenadiel looked at him as he plays, "I guess you're right.. Your ego not getting hurt will be fine as a prize right? Hey! I think I should go now before I get late for my dinner with Linda." he babbled.
"What did you just tell me-.. Yeah yeah, go on!" Lucifer yelled as his brother run towards the elevator.
He continues playing the piano.
After he's done pouring out his emotions and Amenadiel already left his penthouse, he walks towards the bar to pour another glass of whiskey.
He sits at his sofa and waited for hours to drove by...
"It was really my fault... I'm sorry my y/n" he whispered
---------------------------------------------------------
"Lucifer?" y/n asked as she opened her eyes.. she heard someone entering their room.
"Did I wake you up darling?" Lucifer asked anxiously for he might have woken up y/n as he peeks at her from their bedroom door.
"No, It's fine." she smiled as she pats the space beside her in their bed inviting him in.
He smirks at the gesture and sat at their bed beside her.
"So how did it go love?" she murmured as she sat up and caresses his face, he looks at her worriedly before looking down holding her other hand.
She nodded having an idea of what happened, "Did not go quite well I see." she resumed.
"They were not what they used to be y/n ... Dad was too busy making humanity and then Mom... She-... She was too busy hating them! They forgot about us, love... Their children... Me Amenadiel, Azrael, Uriel- Everyone! The one that they made together!" he shouted as he looks at her frustratingly.
She touches his chin and made him look at her, "I know Luci... I know that all of these are overwhelming and hard to understand, but...You are the light bringer, My Samael... You can give them the light and show them what they are doing is wrong... That they should not forget about all of you, their sons and daughters." she concluded.
Lucifer took both of her hands and holds them together as he looks at her
"I never even got to tell them about you." he sighed as he looks at her hands again.
"What's important is that we have each other. That's all." she smiled as she caresses his hands.
They looked at each other longingly and smiled.
Lucifer opened his eyes and saw his big view of LA, it was almost night time and it looks like he's fallen asleep at the sofa because of too much whiskey and reliving memories. He stands up and felt his head hurt, he slowly walks towards his bathroom to shower and also to forget.
He closed his eyes as the warm water starts dripping down his body. His mind starts recalling the memories.. Memories that he chose to forget because he has a new life to live.
------------------------------------------
"Why are you becoming distant Lucifer?" y/n asked as she looked at him entering their room. He looked at her with a blank expression and continued walking. She followed him and saw him packing his stuff.
"Are you leaving me?" she mumbled as tears from her eyes began falling.
Lucifer looked at her after packing and tried his best to hide the fact that he's breaking. He doesn't want to see her like this, broken and crying but it was the only way to protect her for what he was about to do.
"Yes, y/n. I'm leaving you." he answered blankly as he pushes her away from his path and continues ravaging his stuff from their room.
"So this is where it leads then?! You leaving me after all that we've been through!?" she shouted as she weeps sitting at the end of their bed.
With his back against hers, he was doubting his plan. He didn't want to hurt her but look at what was happening, it looks like he is hurting her.. But it was the only way, to protect her.
"Yes." he answered again with a blank expression.
He was about to walk out of their room when y/n stood and block his way.
"That's it? Without explanation?" she cried. He didn't look at her in the eyes, he just looked at the ground and think about the consequences of what he's doing.
"Look me in the eyes Samael!" she shouted with tears streaming down her face.
Lucifer looked at her in the eyes, he has to be strong to do it or she'll be in danger.
"Tell me you don't love me anymore and I will stop." she whispered with her hands touching the sides of his face.
"Tell me you don't love me and i will- and I will let you leave." she repeated as she caresses the sides of his face.
He doesn't want to but.. It was the only way...
"I don't love you anymore y/n. I'm sorry." he murmured as he removed her hands and left the room leaving y/n collapsing to the ground, crying and begging for this to be a dream..
Lucifer opened his eyes as he sees that he's been in the shower so long that people in the Lux would think that he'll never show up. He turned the shower off then wipes himself out with towel and puts himself in some ravishing tux.
He gets down his penthouse and into the Lux. He stays there all night to find some ladies that are willing to have fun with him tonight. And well, of course, many ladies would like to have fun with Devil.
As the Lux was bombarded with party people. Ladies, one by one, enjoyed their fantasies with him and sleeps in his bed after. He was always left awake to remember.
Tonight, as the last girl that he made happy, sleep in his bed. He finds himself alone, thinking, Or maybe remembering. He walks towards his penthouse bar, in his lavishing robe and pours himself a glass of whiskey.
After drinking some of it and pouring more, he finds himself looking again from the view of his penthouse down to the city of LA. Maybe the talk with Amenadiel today was terrible, he made him remember her.
------------------------------------------
"Brother you don't have to do this!" Amenadiel shouted as he looked at Lucifer from the other side.
Lucifer started a rebellion against his own Father.. His own family.
He convinced almost half of the angels to join his agenda for free will, the power to act, choose and think voluntarily.
Y/n was on the side of Amenadiel and seeing Lucifer start a war was everything she never think of.
"Don't be a liar brother! You know that I'm right! We deserve to have this!" Lucifer yelled at his brother as the angels on his side cheered him trying to influence the angels on Amenadiel's side.
"No brother. This is not what Father wants!" Amenadiel answered as he ready himself to fight.
"I don't care what he thinks anymore." he sneered as he looks at Amenadiel then to y/n who looks at him angrily as she draws her sword.
Lucifer wants y/n to resent him. He was trying to push her away so she will never have to fight alongside him, he was trying to put y/n in his father's side so if he's rebellion fails, she'll be safe.
So the war began...
The bad angels were stronger than what Amenadiel thought. They really wanted what they were after for. Many good angels were dead and Y/n was pissed about it, so she ignites her sword and started fighting without ease.
Amenadiel used his powers and beat up some bad angels but it wasn't enough.
Lucifer and his gang, on the other hand, are winning. They were really motivated to get what they want but then Lucifer looked at his side and saw her. he saw y/n using every power she got to win.
Then Johnson, one of the good angels, saw Lucifer looked at her with passion.
One of the Bad angels rushes over y/n and fought her. They clash their swords at each other but the bad angel got y/n drop her sword, so she fought the bad angel without a weapon.
The bad angel got y/n beaten up but been stopped by Lucifer with a blade in her chest.
Y/n shockingly looked at Lucifer knowing that he still cares about her but out of nowhere, the very own sword of y/n was stabbed into herself, from her back out of her stomach.
"No no no no no" Lucifer begged as he caught y/n before she falls to the ground.
He removed the blade that was stabbed to her and watches as y/n bleed to death.
"No y/n stay with me!" he plead as he thought of ways to stop the bleeding.
Y/n puts her hand in Lucifer's face as she bleeds to death, "Lu...ci..fer-" she mumbled.
"No... Im sorry. I am so sorry" Lucifer whispered as y/n caresses his face.
"Luci-"
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
"Y/n? No no no y/n, please! No!!"
---------------------------------------------------------
Lucifer looks down at the floor and up in the view. It was his fault. Maybe he should've not done the rebellion so that y/n might be here, alive and well.. But he was too selfish, too selfish to not even think of a better plan to save her.
He pushed down his throat all the whiskey he pours at the glass then sat at the sofa. He looked at the ceiling of his penthouse..
Maybe he deserves the punishment.. Well, he put up to that for eons to find redemption for what he did. But he doesn't want to be part of his father's plan, he doesn't want to be one of his father's pawns...
He looks at his watch and saw that it was already 4:25 am, maybe he can still get some sleep.
He walks towards his bedroom and lies beside the girl whom he granted desires from. He waited until the sun shines so he can start his day with the detective and forget about y/n...

Unexpected Can Be Beautiful
Presley had only had a couple hours of sleep when suddenly she was awoken bright and early by the natural light that peeled through her tall windows. She hadn't gotten much sleep last night. When she couldn't rest she went down to her kitchen and unpacked almost the entire kitchen. She assumed it was sleeping in a new house that was keeping her up last night. She considered it a win though because she got most of the kitchen done. It's the little things, she thought. Presley started to feel a bit of anxiety about getting the house put together before the house warming party next weekend.
Presley stretched and pulled herself out of the warm cocoon that she had formed within her blankets. She was determined to be productive today. Presley did her best to choke her anxiety down about finishing this house. She decided she would make an affirmation that today was going to be productive and good. Today will be GREAT and I will be productive with my tasks!, she exclaimed. Presley's therapist, Lukas, whom she saw three times a week, was pushing her to make affirmations each day when she arises. Lukas swore by this technique. He states, "One affirmation a day keeps the therapist away." Whatever that means, thought Presley as she rolled her eyes. Lukas annoyed her sometimes with his silly little quotes, but she felt heard by Lukas. Being heard made Presley feel cared for.
Presley used the restroom and made her way to the kitchen. Eggs and toast sounded delightful. She pulled the eggs from the fridge and the bread from the bread box, and began to cook. She was excited to cook on these custom stove ranges. Her friend, Clementine, recommended them. Clementine was married to a wealthy broker. Clementine was always remodeling her home with the newest appliances. That bitch has too much money for her own good, thought Presley, but she does have the best recommendations.
As Presley made her way to her bar to eat her breakfast. It dawned on her that she hated the design on the kitchen walls. What was I thinking when I picked this design?, she thought. She immediately grabbed her phone and called Katie. Katie answered excitedly. She wanted to hear all the details about Presley's first night at the new house. Presley explained to Katie that it was a rough evening adjusting to her new surroundings. "Katie, can you please have the painters come and paint the solid color I picked for the kitchen instead of this dreadful print?" "I'll get them right over!", Kate advised. Presley finished her breakfast and headed back upstairs and changed her clothes and her wig. She had a new short blue wig that she was dying to try.
Moments later, Presley's security system alerted her that she had a visitor. To her surprise, Katie was standing on the lawn, as well as the maid who was arriving for her first day of service. Presley became annoyed the maid service sent someone to clean today when she specifically told Katie to schedule it days ahead. Presley opened the door and greeted the maid. "Hey! I'm Presley, the owner of this home." "My assistant was supposed to advise your company not to come for a few more days." She asked the cleaner for her name. Annie Lynn Caper, she replied confused. "Annie, what is your SimoApp?, Presley asked politely. "I'm going to send your some funds for your trouble." AnnieLynn42, Annie replied. Presley pressed a few buttons and sent Annie a tip for her trouble. I'll see you bright and early on Monday Annie, Presley declared.
Presley feeling overwhelmed felt relief wash over her when she saw her favorite person, Katie. Kate made her feel safe, taken care of. That was one of the qualities that Presley loved most about Katie. Katie made her way up the stairs and hugged Presley. "Girl tell me everything!", Katie screeched. Presley's eyes filled with tears. "I didn't realize how hard and overwhelming this move would be, Kate." Kate embraced Presley once again. "Remember what Lukas explained to you, this is all temporary.", Kate reassured. Katie felt relieved that she was there to help her friend get through this overwhelming time.
"I was going to wait until after the house warming party to ask you this, but I just can't wait any longer.", Presley excitedly stated. "This house is entirely too large for just one person, would you want to take the entire second level?!" She explained to Kate that she had full creative control over her space, all covered on her dollar. "I feel in debt to you for your hard work and PR, Kate." "You've shaped so much of my career for good, and I want to do this for you." Katie was surprised by this revelation. Katie quickly said yes to Presley's offer. "I'M MOVING TO OASIS SPRINGS Y'ALL!", Katie yelled in excitement.
Presley and Katie shared their excitement together for a few more moments then they retired to their rooms to do some unpacking. Presley was already hours behind schedule. She was determined to get her room done today. Sleeping in a cluttered room isn't good for the mind, she thought. When she made it upstairs to her room, she was delighted by the greenish-teal paint on the walls. I should pinch myself, she surprisingly thought.
After a few hours, Presley emerged into Katie's room. Let's order some pizza, I'm famished. Katie agreed, it was time for some dinner after all their hard work unpacking the house. Katie ordered their pizza on the Don's Pizza Palace app. The app gave a delivery time of an hour. Katie decided to go downstairs and set up the table for dinner. Presley decided to call it a night and take a quick bath before dinner was delivered.
Presley fell into the grey stone tub, hot water moving up her body. Her muscles needed this after all the lifting and hanging. She closed her eyes and quieted her thoughts. The steam filling her nose, she felt a heaviness in her breathing as the warmness soothed her. A warm breeze blew into the bathroom from the arched open doorway, the sheer white curtains following the direction of the breeze. Presley was reaping the benefits of her hard work and the pay off felt intoxicating. A few moments later she heard a knock at the bathroom door. Kate was letting her know the pizza had arrived. "Thank you for letting me know!", said Presley. "I'll be down in a few moments." Presley bathed herself and dried off quickly.
She was starving and ready to devour pizza with Kate. Presley ran down the steps and met Kate on the back porch. The smell of the pizza filled Presley's nose, her stomach growling, she hopped onto the chair. "This smells so delicious, get in my belly," said Presley! Kate giggled at Presley. She was always the comic relief in the room.
They enjoyed their dinner as they chatted about the future. Kate reminded Presley there was a formal dinner for MatchStick's new game release this weekend. Presley replied excitedly, "I am so excited for that event girl, I've been waiting so long to play Lost Avenue PlotTwist2!" Katie quickly grabbed her phone and RSVP'd to the event. Katie was scrolling through her calendar checking events and commitments. All of a sudden her phone notification went off. Presley looked at Katie as she began to have an annoyed look upon her face. "What's wrong Katie?" "It's just this guy that I've been seeing for a while," Katie said. "He's so kind and has been extremely consistent in showing me effort," she explained. "I'm just not feeling it," Katie confessed.
Presley listened to Katie as she expressed her predicament. "Kate the only thing you can do in this situation is communicate," she said lovingly. "You are strong and confident, use those tools," "Lukas says we should always confront issues head on," Presley said proudly. Presley felt proud that she felt emotionally knowledgeable for a moment. "If he's any kind of man, he will understand that you aren't ready for a relationship with him right now," Presley said convincingly. Presley's advice soothed Katie and they finished their dinner after a bit more conversation.
After dinner Katie and Presley made their way to the studio. Presley needed to make an appearance on her channel tonight. Kate knew if she didn't follows would drop exponentially. Presley logged onto VideoStitch, immediately viewers started pouring in. They were very interested to see how Presley's move went. Viewers expressed their excitement that she was back on Videostitch. She explained that the move went well, but had stressed her out. To much of their disappointment tonight's cast wasn't going to be centered around any games. Presley lovingly told her fans that her next stream would be two nights away, as she was planning an eight hour stream. "Keep a look out this weekend for my stream, I'm going to be debuting MatchStick's new release," she exclaimed! During the stream, Kate tiptoed out. She was exhausted from the day. She went to her room, changed her clothes and hopped into bed. Presley logged off from Videostitch an hour later and changed into her pajamas.
Today was productive in the most unexpected ways, Presley thought. As she laid in bed and thought about all the things she was thankful for, it dawned on her that she loved doing life with Katie. Whatever that meant at the moment. She considered doing something nice for Katie to thank her for her support. I'll have to think more about that, Presley pondered. She drifted off to sleep after some thought about gifts.
