Im having modern day au alver x ogcale thoughts :,)

The setting is sort of like a earth 1’s korea except the catalysm happened waaaaay before like decades before, so fighting the monsters is way easier and more normal tho its still considered really hard and dangerous work (barely any deaths anymore but injuries are p common)

The soos all work at the company together. Cale (22 yrs old) is estranged from his family and also works at the company (hes happy to watch his little brother and little sister succeed from afar). Cale and kim rok soo constantly get compared bc theyre both serious and hard workers who tell people all the time that they wanna quit/slack off (they will never actually quit or slack off). Bc cale isnt actually in his familys life anymore he doesnt need to pretend to be trash and hes smiley like when hes krs in canon

Bc kim rok soo isnt as traumatized as in canon from losing his only friends he manages to make more friends (taylor sten, cage, eruhaben, he obvs manages to find his kids, choi han is also here and not as traumatized he just got kidnapped by monsters for like 10 years and is back home now, the whale tribe the wolf tribe the jungle queen the- you get the point. Kim rok soo is basically the companys information network at this point)

Idk if i should make krs and the other soos 36 etc still or if i should make them younger? (Like in late twenties, just a little older than when the soos minus krs died in the og timeline). In any case somehow its still cale nagging krs abt staying healthy and eating well and exercising, not the other way around

Alver (27 yrs old) has inherited his fathers trillion won company and is a repressed workaholic CEO (or maybe his father has a rlly succesful company and alver has become rlly succesful in politics instead?? Tho what ive seen the rlly succesful companies’ heirs in korea are lowkey treated with the same importance as a politician so it doesnt rlly matter)

Tasha pressures alver into taking 1 single day off. He obliges and almost gets assassinated by the mob (the white stars gang, and yes they do have powers). They decide to hire alver a specialized bodyguard. Cue the company: cale gets chosen as a guard while a few others (including kim rok soo) work on figuring out how to take out the white stars little group

Idk what power to give cale yet 👀 i wanna say either smth to do with time or smth to do with plants BUT i can also just give him both?? Or a power that combines the two?? I will look up symbolism to decide later lol

ANYWAY smiley bodyguard cale x repressed ceo alver. Cale falls first alver falls harder. Cale surprising alver with loyalty and cunning and with how he goes out of his way to take hits meant for alver. Alver being perfect and cale doing his best to goad alver into letting go of that mask every moment theyre alone

Multiple specific scenes im thinking:

- alver is goaded into taking a day off by tasha again a few months after the assassination attempt, this time with cale. They go to a café and have cutesy talks together (cale is just constantly being glib trying to trip alver up while alver is annoyed and into it)

- alver has to go to a high-end event. Cale comes with as his bodyguard/date (the date part is just a cover but they both wish it was real). They meet basen who is in complete and utter shock trying to hide it (he will do a full report back to the henituse family later)

- i need the company to go to a karaoke bar every friday bc i love karaoke. Cale sort of likes it and puts up minimal resistance every time. Kim rok soo does NOT want to go but he ends up napping the whole time every friday so its not that bad. During his bodyguard job with alver cale has to decline a few times. The company manages to wrangle cale into just bringing alver with him to karaoke (the repressed ceo of a trillion won company going to a shitty karaoke bar with a bunch of rowdy office workers/sort-of-soldiers is funny to me)

- at some point it gets serious and cale takes a bullet or otherwise rlly damaging attack that was meant for alver. He has to go to the hospital and alver realizes that oh shit its not a good idea to develop feelings for someone whos job it is to take bullets for you. And then he realizes of shit i developed feelings wtf??? And then he thinks i should stop feeling this way. And then he looks at cale again, whos passed out in the hospital bed and hes like im not gonna be able to stop feeling this way, am i. Fuck. Shit. Damnit

- they have a summer wedding 🥰

- neither of them are even involved w the white star mob. They just suddenly get a call from krs like “hi. I did the job. The others want me to tell you that im in the hospital btw.” Cale and alver visit him in the hospital and cale comforts krs by saying “dw, one day youll have your farm with the other two idiots. One day. Maybe.”

- that one scene in adventure time with bonnie and marcy and bonnie leans against marcy and closes her eyes and is like “wake me up in like 20 minutes.” Them. Them. Them. Them-

- cale slowly connecting with his family after him and alver met basen at that one event. First its deruth just calling (most painful and awkward phone call in the world where deruth very obviously avoids talking abt anything important and cale is just too confused abt why hes calling to pick up on any of it.) Then basen and lily start texting him. Then lily just shows up at his house to visit. It all snowballs from there with just little awkward moments of the family trying to rebuild a bridge with cale and cale just being confused abt what they want from him and why theyd wanna see him (its bc they love him bc hes family and theyre worried abt him)

- eventually deruth visits his house in person. This is also the moment where they finally actually have The Emotions and deruth acknowledges the abandonment and emotional neglect and cale confesses it was all an act but that he also actually thought they really didnt want him and that he thought he was ruining his fathers perfect new family with his presence and that he got rid of himself bc he thought it would make them happier

- cale goes to therapy.png. The family rejoices. The company also rejoices. The company stops rejoicing when he starts badgering everyone else to also get therapy (they really really all need it)

- the confession happens after cale isnt alvers bodyguards anymore. Cale has managed to talk alver into meeting every week at alvers place and just talking or playing chess or whatever they feel like doing. Theyre just doing their weekly catching up and cale is being especially wonderful talking abt his kid and alver being especially sleepdeprived just kisses him right on the mouth. He immediately backtracks and tries to be glib abt it like “im so sorry i dont know what came over me-“ but cale just kisses him back and then the next scene they wake up no clothes in bed together. They have been pining for at least a year by this point they deserve this

- alver goes to therapy after they officially get together bc cale pushed him to. It actually helps a little??? He is absolute shit abt opening up but the therapist has some generic tips abt managing his overworking problem

- most of the groomsmen/bridesmaids (or groomsmaids??) are part of the company. Tasha is alvers maid of honor. Basen is cales groomsman or honor or however the hell thats called lol. Cales niece is the flower girl and raon is the ringbearer. Cales family is there and robbit and his wife are there too + obvs alvers maternal family.

caine and wren get along, caine recommends him books to read - wren found him very unsettling when they first met, now just sees him as just a guy trying to keep everyone occupied and happy

wren hangs out with kinger in his pillow fort more than a few times when he was feeling burnt out (turns out he just needed to sleep smh) (on less sleepier days kinger tells him about insects to go to sleep) (<- it worked now he asks for insect bedtime stories)

zooble and wren also get along surprisingly well, mostly bcs both are artists, he lets her hang out at his place sometimes. she rants alot and he listens

usually the one fixing up gangle's mask, even though he has 0 idea on ceramics ("Gangle you really need to switch to a wooden one ceramics always break easily-")

has attempted to knit / crochet once, failed horribly (ragatha is patting his back as he bawls over his wonky frog) (personal hc ragatha crochets in her free time)

definitely dislikes how jax treats the others but sometimes finds them funny if it's towards him (is also allowed to stay at his place, just as long he doesnt take any of his tools with him to mess with the others) (they send eachother memes sometimes) (has attempted to teach him woodcarving - somehow worked out really well???)

when pomni arrived, safe to say he stepped up to older brother figure (despite being younger), helps her calm down during her panic attacks (made her do painting with him as a calming / bonding activity yippee)

TAASH & FIORE: even from the start i think the both of them kind of connected a bit as the two youngest members of the gang--i thiiiiiink taash is a few years younger but its nice to know someone your own age. taash sometimes looks down (feefee is the second shortest member of the gang! this is important to me!) and sees him as an excitable puppy running around in circles and think to themselves: 'huh. guess this is what it feels like to have a younger brother.'

they do friendly wrestling matches and yes the incredible height difference makes it very funny to watch.

while its not super apparent at first glance, i think they bond over having multiple parts of their identities: taash and their dual rivaini/qunari heritage as well as figuring out themselves, and feefee being a city elf and a grey warden (and being from southern thedas). its not a 1 to 1 thing but its a nice bridge where they can meet and understand each other a bit.

on a more lighthearted note, when taash finds out feefee actually knows how to swim and loves swimming, its GREAT. time to hit the rivaini beaches and start a splash fight with whoever else tagged along. they even show him a passing by rialto greenback from a distance, which is always very cool.

as for each other's 'important people'; feefee does get a little bit how complicated their relationship and feeligns about shathaan are--his own parents were Not Super Thrilled about him joining the grey wardens in the past and all. for taash's part--well, they already gave him a little bit of a shovel talk, but they already figured he and lace were a good pair. they do have a working pair of eyes, after all. as for his admiration for the inquisitor.... well, taash is thankfully very blunt and practical. they would probably point out that inquisitor lavellan is just a person and she probably had enough of people treating her like an idol.

overall, theyre friends!!! on the surface they seem like a little bit mismatched of a duo but when you look closer they have a lot of similarities that makes them connect with each other. though they officially stay with the lords, when its all over taash accompanies fiore when he finally returns to wycome. after all, he was there for them, they'll do the same in return. :D

Taash: So. How'd you get those? Fiore: Huh? Get what? Taash: Those scars on your face. Unless you don't wanna' talk about 'em. I'm not gonna' force you if it's a bad memory. Fiore: Haha, you know, I kind of forget they're there a lot of the time! Weird, right? I'll be honest, I don't really remember a lot when I got them--apparently I was mostly out of my mind with fever or somethin'. Taash: That sounds rough. Was it Grey Warden stuff? Fiore: Nah, I got this when I wasn't even a teenager--Ventori set up some plot in my hometown and I accidentally dislodged a piece of red lyrium that exploded. Pretty crazy, right? Haha, luckily Keeper Istamaethoriel was able to heal me up. Taash: Oh. That sucks. That Ventori did that I mean. I'm glad you survived it.

other rook bits:

-hakiem and taash sometimes have "important Lords business" which is just him experimenting with their fire breath to make more stuff explode. its scientific because he (sometimes) writes stuff down.

-in the beginning, dorothea would default a bit to treating taash like dietlinde, since the two are a little similar.

-dietlinde and taash routinely arm wrestle in the dining room.

-bacchus is extremely tickled by taash's admiration for the crows and the stories shathaan told baby taash. he also the main source for Fun Crow Stories, being completely willing to share embarrassing annecdotes about everyone he knows.

-vehris and taash have similar ways of speaking--though vehris is more quiet and taash is more to the point/not mincing words--so they get along well.

-cvetka ends up a little bit as the Cool Advice Giver like she was with feefee. many shenanigans are to be had. taash opens her eyes to a new career in dragonslaying, if the blights are ending.

-taash very bluntly tells dionysus his guitar playing and singing suck. he thinks this is so funny he falls off of his chair. they'll also toss him as a combat move.

BEASTMASTER

playing with names. zh'ang, bastardization of the romanization OF a translation meaning warsong, but i was just trying to find something that could sound gith so that doesnt really matter! he never goes by this tho, as his subordinates just call him master, sir, or boss. i think he would be very private about his life before joining a company (one i havent plotted out yet, though i like the idea of whatever mercenary crew he’s apart of following the idea of using assigned nicknames or titles in place of true names, even amongst the non-magic users, just for their safety or rather the integrity of the company so that their private information can’t easily be used against them).

yiz'shi, same bastard deal, this time im thinking beastmaster could be something he gained before joining a company and he just translated it to common. im not sure if the gith would have a need of surnames. i assume they’d be like uh ‘conan the brave’ or whatever, a sort of similar idea i’ve establish for my goblins where their surnames are based on trade and can changed based off merit, and their first names are given after a personality begins to appear. i think gith may be given names, then a ‘the brave’ or ‘unholy’ may follow depending on how they choose to live their life. 

zizshangi --> yizshangi --> some sort of mix between warsong/beastmaster. perhaps his true name is obscured and not even his minions know it!

im thinking he will be a shadow monk who uses his telepathy to rise in the ranks! i dont like multiclassing but i also really want to incorporate aspects of a whisper bard into this character or at least one of his underlings. i think after coming out of slavery under some mindflayers, he joins the company that frees him and starts using his monk training from the astral plane to...not convert, but to translate into the way of shadows. he would recruit the help of those who others overlook, such as kenku, kobolds, gnolls, and goblins. he’s very quiet, very observant, wears a mask often and even when he doesn’t he pretty much as a complete poker face. He chooses his words carefully but does relax around those he knows/trusts, and has a sort of dry sense of humor. Despite his psionic abiliities he’s sort of like, an idiot socially and can’t actually read people all that well. he relies on his extrasensory input and Maud (explained below) to navigate relations mostly. I’m not too sure what he looks like yet! I do want him to have the sort of vaguely asianic features a lot of githzerai have however, and i have a monk outfit in mind based off some Absolver outfits. He’s worked his way up in company rank enough to become a sort of espionage expert within the troops! This has earned the ire of some other company members, but for the most part i think this mercenary group would be pretty civil and view each other as respected associates and comrades. 

His main crew consists of two kenu, two goblins, and a tabaxi. He’s known the tabaxi longest-- im thinking she was also an underling in the company who helped him get back on his feet when they picked him up. She was a teen looking to hone her skills as a rogue and he helped her learn the art of stepping lightly and always keeping an ear to the ground. Looking at tabaxi names I’m thinking she probably has some dumbass one like ‘quick of paw’ but they just started calling her Maraud, which turned into Maud LOL. She’s all black and has short, sleek, shiny fur, brownish/maroon irises, pointed ears and big paws with her claws usually unsheathed. She’s become a mastermind rogue who trains two (also totally black, yellow eyed) kenku twins as a thief and scout under Beastmaster’s tutelage. She’s very streetsmart and has a gravelly sort of raspy voice from years of working as a slave (able to rise as a slavemaster who was tasked with yelling orders to the other slaves and cracking the whip). She’s a bit matronly, very wry and slinky and coy, and very good with people. Typical scorpio but with a flair of aires determination and single mindedness. She’s very driven, but has the life experience to keep herself grounded and logical. She’s beastmaster’s most trusted associate and essentially the brains behind his crew, at least second to him. She’s the boss when he’s not around, but while strict, she has a HUGE softspot for her sort of adopted siblings. She gets along well enough with the rest of the company.

The two kenkus are fraternal twins, a bit younger than Maud, named Lasher (girl) and Bowstring. Lasher is the thief and Bow is the scout. They were orphaned and picked up by the company shortly before absorbing the refugees from the Mindflayer slaveship so they never really had birthnames afa the company was concerned. They speak through sign language, body language and gesture, facial expressions, and a sort of quick-hand morse code they’ve developed from both thieves cant as well as the company cant. They can’t easily speak to people outside the company, and even within the ranks they have trouble communicating without parroting, which they don’t seem to like doing unless it’s to mock someone. Their inability to speak, however, lends to their spy nature as people often underestimate their intelligence and perception. Though they can’t fly, they’re quick when racing across building tops and through tree canopy and prefer high vantage points to preform their work. Beastmaster is a very silent person who gets along well with these two, using his telepathy and patience to forge a mentor relationship with them and cultivate their infiltration and investigative skills. Lasher loves to read anything she can get her feather little fingers on, and often steals what she can’t buy. She’s not too girly but does enjoy fantasizing about the high life noble ladies lead and likes to collect trinkets she thinks represent this such as bows, perfume bottles, bits of mirror and buttons. Bowstring likes to help his sister with her plights but is much more grounded and serious. he’s dry and sardonic and takes himself a little too seriously. even for a mute, he’s very silent and a little shy and prefers to hide behind Maud or beastmaster or even Lasher. He get’s his name for his skills as a ranger, whereas lasher gets hers from her talons and tendency to use them when people get too close to her or her brother. she gets along better with the rest of the company however, and likes to be seen as cute even if she feels she’s being condescended on. she and her brother work spectacularly together, along with beastmaster and maud, and don’t mind being separated for missions or otherwise.

The two goblin (identical!) twins’ names are Fritz and Racket and they are, respectively, a storm sorcerer and a storm barbarian! obviously they’re not as subtle as the rest of the gang despite being gobs, in fact they get their nicknames from their quirks of being loud, aggressive, and favoring a sort of berserker approach to confrontation. Fritz is the caster, Racket is the muscle, and both feed off each’s other whole uh, storm bullshit. they both worship an elemental goblin deity but very very casually, it’s more of hero worship, and beastmaster sorta thinks they might have a touch of wild magic and a fixation on LOUD and FLASHY shit hence the storm kick. they’re very loyal, very brave, and only a little stupid. they both have tempers and don’t like comments about their height. very easy to bait into confrontation especially if they’re together. they’re not the kinda twins who walk together in unison and finish each other’s sentences (like the kenku twins, who similarly work off each other’s energies for their work), but they are usually together and look almost exactly alike. Fritz is a bit slimmer and taller, a bit pointier and a bit more spastic and shrill. He’s weaker than his brother but is smarter. He also has a worse temper and despite not being a melee fighter, will not hesitate to tackle anyone and just use his claws and teeth. Racket is a bit calmer but dumber, more gullible, and a lot stronger. He’s only a tad quieter than his brother but is also more physically aggressive and tends to stomp and throw shit around, hence his name. he usually follow’s frtiz’s lead if beastmaster isn’t around, but the both defer to Maud for instruction. They’re technically younger than the kenku twins if you account for the fact that goblins age quicker than kenku, they’re only slightly older! they’re more immature, however, and usually need more corralling than anyone else. unlike lasher and bow, fritz and racket dont like being seperated, but usually dont have to be since they don’t do much espionage. if they are dispatched for such tasks, it’s usually a matter of blending into busy, or sketchy environments rather than being silent and shadowy. they’re useful for intimidation, distraction, firepower, and muscle.

the last notable character i’ve cooked up is a kobold, the youngest (but again due to kobold age, its not like hes a baby technically) named Rak! he’s not very skilled in anything but he considers himself an inventor and makes really pathetic little stick contraptions that use like. shitty venoumous bugs and stink bombs LOL. i dont even know what class he’d be. no magic skills, too dumb and loud for espionage. he’s sort of a little mascot for the company and everyone treats him like a pet, but beastmaster took pity on him and lets him tag along with them. fritz and racket think hes funny and usually just throw him in a bag or like, if they have to fight, put him in a pocket till theyre done. he doesn’t get in the way too much and every now and again is a bit useful to get into super small places or to do errands like deliveries or shopping or cleaning. he got his name bc he makes a sorta RAK sound a lot when scared or startled or hurt or excited or mad. like a mouse goes EEK but he’s a stupid lizard guy so he goes RAK!

okay besties here i come. call me boring, call me basic, but out of my 37? characters, 11 are human. and i sure as hell will use this post to showcase ALL of them!

starting off basic with my main, my commander, my most beloved, aurora (she/they), who is a guardian and basically any elite spec i enjoy playing at the time. shes a noble and of elonian descend, full of emotional damage <3 i love them a normal amount <3 <3 <3

dean skygleam (he/him), warrior and berserker, whispers agent, GAY LOSER!!! hes had a rough past, some noble family drama, you know it, his stinky step brother stabbed him in the face with a torch. typical human things! now hes a spy, technically under the order of whispers, though he does work closely with kryta and the crown.

i made him because everyone on instagram liked handsome human males and i wanted to be Cool And Popular too but hes quite a cool and deep character now and i enjoy him very much <3

hwang yoonsu (he/him) is the newest addition to the human gang! hes a just some commoner in kaineng, but is also a singer with a "healing voice". he was first created in a completely different (modern) universe but i decided that his "canon", original origin is gw2 :D he'll be my virtuoso some day but right now hes just. a little level 23 guy.

indigo willowgloom (she/her) also known as tyrias best explorer and worst guild leader <3 shes like seen all of mainland tyria at the tender age of 19, she was the first character i got 100% world exploration on so i wanted to add that to her lore. shes a lively positive person, loves adventure, traveling with friends... she is the leader of a guild without a name and she is kind of a bad leader but a lovely person nonetheless! shes a ranger and her greatest goal is to pet every cat in the world see everything the planet of tyria has to offer!

julia flame jue (they/she) is a work in progress at the moment, both their name and looks need some work (which is why im not gonna give them a tag here for now). theyre the younger sister of violett, and they like fire, toxic chemicals, big hammers to smash things. they were cast from their noble fancy shmancy family, forced to live with her other outcast family member, and treated like they never existed in the first place.

they decided to become an engineer due to a fascination with... fire... explosions... all those pretty colours... shes my beloved mad scientiest, and also really evil, and awful, and terrible, and i love them with all my heart even though their story sucked so much when i made them so many years ago.

Léandra Rose "Léa" Grey (she/he/they) used to be my bucket of angst. when i wanted pain i put it on them. shes had a rough childhood like so many of my characters, never getting to meet her father, and being left by her mother, who eventually died when kralkatorrik rose.

léa had to deal with heartbreak plenty of times, and he rarely knew how to really handle it. falling in love with the commander aurora just to break up with them again just a few month later, developing a very complicated love/hate relationship with logan thackeray (that "love" part was very onesided, the "hate" more mutual), and lastly falling for their best friend- yeah. the whole romance thing left some scars. made her weaker. relationships always made her weaker. theres so much i could tell about léa that i wont be able to fit it in here but id love to just spill all the backstory out one day!

anyways, theyre a bounty hunter and hitman, and while hes a specter ingame right now, id like to think that shes kind of a mix of deadeye and specter!

léas been my favoruite character since the very beginning of my guild wars 2 journey back in 2014 and she still holds a very special place in my heart <3

raja crystalwing (they/them) probably doesnt fit in here that much since theyre not really human. theyre a dragon-ish creature that is somehow connected to glint. i havent really worked much on their story because i used to be kind of afraid of doing something that wasnt canon compliant but (thanks to tumblr) i dont give too much of a shit anymore so its time to work more on them and give them the proper cool story they deserve!

sin jisoo (she/her) is a young scholar and student. she loves reading, researching, daydreaming, death, exploring- wait-

shes seen as a little weird by other students for her quietness and fascination with death, but that doesnt bother her all too much. she knows so much more than them after all. the one that does appreciate her knowlege of magic and death is indigo, whos invited her to join her silly little guild. theyre now guildmate girl best friends <3

sophia (she/her) is a magical girl and shes cute and pretty and amazing and i love her!!! thats it thats all ill say about her

violett flame (she/xe) is evil and beatiful and will overthrow the throne.

she is jues older sister, and for most of her life, she was supportive of her younger sister, staying in contact with them even after the family decided to just cast her out.

jue and violett both have this obsession with fire. and also both are kind of evil but also moreso on the kind of morally grey side of things.

gosh id have a lot to say about xem and jue but i kind of put all my energy into this already and i dont think i can form any more coherent sentences??? so another time i think.

the last one is wilhelmina "mina" wolfsblut (they/she) but i sadly cannot add their pic... shes pretty just trust me on this. theyre a ranger, léas former best friend, deans partner in crime/partner in spy. they were my first main, first character on level 80 and one of my most beloved characters <3 i dont have much more to say <3 i just love her <3

sorry if this was like insanely incoherent and messy and rambly, and nothings proofread, but give me the opportunity to talk about my ocs and a little goblin in my brain wakes up with glowing red eyes and starts mashing on a squeaky type writer for two hours straight before falling into a coma again.

well if any of you are interested in his movies ill talk about them below the cut. in general, the movies try (and fail) to make statements about topics that are very serious, and i feel thats what will probably upset viewers if they are going to be upset, that and breen obviously being an older dude pairing himself with characters played by much younger actresses for the female lead, who his character generally has a power balance over

usually its stuff thats so badly written that the viewer is able to ignore, but messed up if you think about it for 5 minutes. all the things described are delivered through a medium that is almost impossible to take seriously

double down -- okay, firstly this one is really hard to get through because its incredibly slow and boring, i dont recommend it for your first breen movie. the tuna scene and stuff is funny but the funny parts arent very often. uhh the scene where his wife dies and his entire nutsack is visible is truly something, theres also a scene where theres like a marriage under dubious circumstances and he acts deceitfully so he can kill them. this one focuses mostly on grieving a lost loved one

i am here....now -- i recommend this one the least tbh, a bit faster than double down but not super funny and hte last 20 minutes are a drag. this movie focuses a lot on gang violence, drug & sex trafficking, also like.. a badly played cancer patient? in general, dont watch the first two movies, theyre bad and not really entertaining enough to make up for it

fateful findings -- this is the one i show people if theyve never seen a breen movie, its got some of the funniest moments and is when breens more outlandish plot threads start forming. suicide is a major part of this one; there are two separate scenes where at least one character commits suicide. one of these characters, breens wife, is addicted to prescription drugs. neil breens character not only doesnt treat her situation compassionately, but also cheats on her and she is never mentioned again after she dies. finally, there is a really awkward scene where an ambiguously underage girl comes on to breens character, and he strongly rejects these advances

pass thru -- this ones pretty funny, the female lead's overacting and some of the scenes add to the dramatics of it all. breen gets a greenscreen and a drone for this one! as for cws, a prevalent plot element is human trafficking. also, breens megalomania really begins to show here. see, righteous mass murder is part of almost all the movies leading up to this one, but in this one his character kills millions of people who "deserved it", which has troubling implications

twisted pair -- definitely the funniest one, as breen had discovered movie maker effects and uses them a lot. most notably he plays two characters who are twin brothers; one is good and one is evil, and the evil one has fake facial hair. this is so neil breen can commit mass murder and be unambiguously morally correct simultaneously. as for shitty things, both the twins' relationships have violent moments. the good twin has a scene where he & his partner do like... an assault roleplay? its weird because it doesnt even lead to a sex scene. but the viewer has no clue this is a roleplay scene until the scene completes. then, the evil twin is shown hitting his partner on at least one occasion

this is what i remember of it, ive watched all at least twice? but its been like a year or two, so i could be missing stuff
