me when i call into my job cuz i absolutely despise the dude i’m working with tonight he makes me wanna kms in front of him for fun
#this fucking guy bro#has been working with us for maybe 7 months now#i’ve been there for over a year#HE GETS MORE HOURS THAN ME#anyways literally all of us have complained about him even the other guy who was hired at the same time as him complained about him#he overtakes my sales. he takes incredibly frequent bathroom breaks that are all around 10-15 minutes each and we ALL know what he’s doing#dude if you can’t go like 6 hours without the penjamin you’ve got a problem#he hovers over you as you’re actually trying to get shit done#doesn’t clean either like i literally do everything and come 8 or 9pm depending on when we close#that’s when he’ll ask ‘is there anything i can do🥺’ no dude we close in an hour i’ve already cleaned everything#and our manager will. not. fire him for some reason and then has to cut hours cuz we just don’t have enough for everyone#BUT WONT FIRE HIM.#‘meh i’ll just cut EVERYONES HOURS instead of firing this dude that everyone including customers have complained about’#maybe and hear me out here if you fired the pest on staff we’d have a few extra hours to give out#i think our store is gonna shut down and that’s why hours have been cut but what do i know i get 1-2 shifts a week#i would rather sacrifice the very few hours i get at work than work with Mike#snow speaks
