Pt 2 of gifs from the Here Come the Brides episode “Mr. and Mrs. J Bolt”. Prospective bride Peggy (Mary Jo Deschanel) has written her uncle saying she’s married to Joshua Bolt (David Soul). She did this because, although she wanted to go to Seattle, she didn’t have his consent to make the trip. As a minor, her uncle is still her legal guardian.

Now he's coming to visit and will surely find out she lied and take her home. Unless...

Joshua and Peggy pretend to be married while he’s in town.

A weaselly, schemer of a man who already squandered her inheritance, Uncle Jebediah is all too happy to hear Peggy married into a family with a flourishing business. He attempts to squeeze his way into the Bolts’ logging operation, threatening to sue them for taking Peggy to Seattle without his consent if they don’t agree to cut him in.

Things get infinitely worse when word of the fake marriage spreads first, to Captain Clancey and, via him, Aaron Stempel.

With the prospect of losing their business and Peggy being forced back into her abusive uncle’s custody looming, Josh and Peggy elope.

In the end, they’re able to send Jebediah away, save their business (and Peggy’s freedom) without she or Josh having to get married. Not realizing they only got a marriage license but didn’t actually go through with the wedding, he leaves.

Peggy keeps the license because it’s good for a year and she might need it.

Isabella was currently in her bedroom at the hotel near where her and Colbi were about to get married. They had spent the night apart because Isabella is a huge traditionalist and didn't want bad luck by seeing one another before the big day. Even though it had only been one night she has truly missed her fiancee and can't wait to spend the rest of her life with her. Mason was sat down on the bed in his little Tuxedo playing video games with Billy while Carmen and Alex were helping Isabella with the finishing touches to her attire. Santana was sat down on a chair glaring at her through the mirror. "San, please can you be at least a little bit happy?" She asked sadly. She knew her big sisters still didn't approve of her getting married so young but at least Alex and Carmen weren't showing it, unlike Santana. "You're my baby sister. I'm not just going to pretend I'm okay with this" she said storming into the other room. Isabella's Mom walked in "she'll be okay" she mumbled to her daughter who was finally ready. She was dressed in a white wedding dress with cute little diamonds, it wasn't too long or too short and had a vail. Her hair was cascading down her shoulders and she was wearing high heels with a garter on her thigh for her fiancee to take of with her teeth.

"You look beautiful" her mother said and Carmen and Alex agreed. Taking a deep breath she took her flowers knowing Colbi and their guests would be waiting for them. "This is it Mase" she breathed out watching as he smiled widely. "Let's go get married" she smiled taking his hand as they all went downstairs. Reaching the big doors she knew Colbi would be on the other side of waiting down the aisle for her. Her father grabbed her arm because he was walking her down the aisle. Mason and her sisters and mom walked in first and then she heard the music play.
