C: If they had to pick one sport to play/watch which would it be?

I’m going to say the gym. Because I feel like exercising lets out a lot of steam for her and keeps her in shape enough to do her assassin work when she’s not living her double life with Lil by managing their bakery.  Her happiest places are with Lil and the kiddos at the bakery or at home, of course. But her other happiest place is the gym because she just likes to move move move.

L: How often do they post on their social media accounts?

In this specific verse with Lil, I’d say she updates social media a lot. Not only because she is a Daviau and she has appearances to keep up with. But also, because I don’t think she’s ever pictured herself so happy with someone who truly accepts her, you know? Like Lil loves her for her. 

A: Who are their exes? Do they still keep in touch?

Her exes are Jackson Kent (her ex-husband, who sucks) and a lot of random other people Cloud just kind of got bored with? She’s the type who will flirt and tease, but she never really gave in much before Lil. But then she met Lil, and that changed. So, uhm, yeah – she really has a trail of exes who either love or hate her. 

U: Would they rather be single or in a relationship?

Is it safe for her to have a family dynamic that makes her feel this happy? No. She kind of is a danger magnet. But the same could be said about Lil. And Cloud also knows that with her and Lil around, no one can mess up what they have. So in this situation, she’d say, she’d rather be in a relationship.

D: What time does their day usual start?

Cloud wakes up so early. She’s so annoying. I’d say 5am, just cause.

I: In general, are they organized or messy?

Organized to an over-the-top degree. The same could be said for Felix and Amya. I think it’s something they picked up from their adoptive father. 

A: Do they have any pet peeves?

Claudia has a lot. For one though, she doesn’t like when people – especially men — speak over her or interrupt her. Drives her bananas. 

D: Are they religious?

She was raised in a multi-religious household where she got to choose her faith. She leaned towards her father’s faith, but eventually just decided she didn’t believe in anything except her wife when religion felt confusing to her. I don’t really think her and Lil raise their kids on any religion. I do see Cloud doing what her parents did and letting them choose their own paths though.

A: What color are their bedroom walls?

Probably white? Unless Lil and her paint them like a light blue or a….soft soft sigh….Violet. 

V: They’ve been arrested, who is their one phone call to?

Yes, but it was never on her record due to her father’s money or Delphine just deciding she needed to look pretty on paper. And it was usually for her defending someone. Though I do see her spending a good week in jail for some random shit in her uni days. And being mad about it.  

I: How they feel about tattoos? Do they have any?

Claudia has nothing against tattoos. She thinks they’re neat. But they could potentially identify her when she’s putting on a disguise for work, so she doesn’t really have any. She would have Lil’s name though if she could get one.

A: What is their full name and how do the feel about it?

Claudia Evangeline Adina Daviau. I mean, she thinks it’s too fucking long.

U: Do they have a criminal record of any kind?

She should, but it’s clean for work reasons and rich father reasons….Sooooo.

both versions of her tend to wear gloves. she doesn’t have an aversion to germs or anything, and she barely likes how they look on her. for her, more-or-less, it’s like a thing where she does not want to touch people because she was often poked and evaluated as a child by doctors and scientists too. like to it’s her way of having a sense of control. and when she takes her gloves off for someone, she really gives a damn about them. enough to be close enough to touch.

tw: death, genre related violence. this is 'the palms verse'. the kids are taken in post 'the sign'. but marta and rory are born before 'bury me deep'. and marta was even stolen for the first two stories. and the kids she adopted she took in from the lab that stole them, whose parents were killed when they were taken from them, sooo. Ford - Power Mimicry

Echo - Reality altering

Nephele- Blood bending

Naomi - Intuition (Essentially Cloud's powers, except she can use them LOL)

Like, I love these fools. I feel like Cloud adopted Ford & Echo & Nephele specifically because their powers were dangerous and she knows most people would be weary of them because of that. So she decided she'd take them in. There were other kids from the Aveternity labs who were misplaced, but like, these specific children were the most dangerous. But she honestly just was like "Oh...that's my child now...so...." and it took a long while for her to get them, but she got to go through loopholes due to her parents being who they are and also cause she's the daviau heir, so.

Elisabeth Mclean: Future Spouse after Alexander. Beth was left at the alter a little before she met Claudia and didn't expect to fall in love with her. I feel like their love is incredibly passionate and fulfilling.

Alexander Roscoe: Future husband, but he goes missing while they're married and is never seen or heard from again. She moves on when his body is found two years later. I feel like this is like Claudia's purest relationship but mostly because Alexander is temperpedic mattress soft as a person.

Robin Hiroyuki: High School Sweetheart. They were in a very long honeymoon phase from like 10th grade until they were Junior's in college. They kind of did everything in sync and believed the other was their world. Then Claudia met Jackson and Rachel and things went downhill from there.

Rachel Temperance: Basically her mirror and opposite. They are essentially soulmates but in a bad way. So like, the worst person to ever enter her life.

Jackson Kent: Shitlord First Husband. Claudia divorced him after having an affair with Alexander and having his child. She could not deal with Jack's problems anymore.

marta is not like luna, delphine, or cloud. she just cannot handle mysteries, which is why she’s perfect for her story. cause she sees into some ancient hole in the fabric of the universe and she does not tell anyone what she sees, because it just seems like a lot to deal with. so, uhm, she just kind of keeps it to herself until the end of the universe becomes a problem she has to fix.

her occupations tend to have to do with puzzles in any verse she's in and it doesn't matter how i work her. whether she’s a detective of some kind, a journalist, or working in art, she likes putting the pieces of intricate puzzles together for the sake of solving. she gets such a kick out of it. even if it’s a really creepy puzzle or mystery, she wants to solve the puzzle – whatever it is. it’s her one big problem: her need to find answers.

cass used to play 'clue' with her sister a lot and watch the 'clue' film a lot growing up. she was into all that agatha christie stuff and sherlock holmes was someone she'd jokingly call her best friend. so like, cass is a mystery lover. thing is though, she's not into that armchair detective stuff unless it's got to do with magic stuff, and even then she is a bit irritated by it. in her verse with john and your stuff she's like hella into what he does, despite knowing things will go sideways if she's not careful, due to who he is. and in her main story, she just tries to help as much as she can even though she knows her best is sometimes someone's worse day ever.

Claudia expresses romantic love through her actions. Like, her love-language is acts of service. She will save your life, take care of you while you are sick, pick you up from a bar when you're piss drunk, before she tells you she loves you.

I feel like expressing romantic love through words is incredibly difficult for her, unless it’s through a letter or text, and even then she feels incredibly stupid afterwards and could retracts the words later on.

And that could lead to something of an argument because her adoptive mother Susana was the type who would use words that were kind and affectionate against the kids when they were younger to get what she wanted, so Cloud just kind of recoils at certain things when she feels like vulnerable. SHE IS A WET CAT ESSENTIALLY.

And while romantic love is way different from familial love, there’s a lot of layers of trust that Claudia has to work through with someone before she can speak of her emotions. Or even just sit back and have a mature conversation about her feelings with, without her feeling like she’s going to be attacked or verbally harassed or manipulated for having feelings of her own. 

I do believe Cloud fucks with love heavily though. She believes love is the only thing keeping everyone from going off the rails -- her especially. Her love for her children, for example, is something that shows that. Or the love she has for her friends, lovers, and the family members she does decide to speak to. I just think it's really hard for her to reach the point in loving people due to her heavy trust issues with people. She does love pretty hard though, and is incredibly loyal.

With Ester - Morally gray, but trying to be good. Does good for the most part because Ester needs someone responsible in her life.

With Paris - More of a friendship, but she is good due to her influence.

With Alex - Morally gray and more often than not in the bad zone. Mostly because he eggs the behavior on with their shit talking and general hunger for power. But also good at times because of Ari's influence.

With Cleo - Really good? Like really really good. More empathetic towards others due to Rosie's influence. Cleo is warm so she tries to immitate that warmth as well.

With Anthony & Jacob- Morally gray, but more often than not making bad decisions. Anthony is an awful influence and eggs on her bad behavior. Is good though due to the kids and Jacob's influence.

With Lili - Morally gray and good, but also pretty awful since they are vigilantes.

With Matt- Depending on the verse, evil bitch or morally gray trying to be good.

With Audrey: When she was younger she treded the path of morally gray, but ended up becoming good as she grew older

With Miya - Generally good because I didn't give her any of her traumatic experiences, but not great since she's willing to go after a married woman 😂😂

claudia enjoys anything vanilla flavored? especially if it has whipped creamed frosting. the only exception to this is when she's stressed, then she's eating a mud or oreo flavored caked - little gummy worms or bears and all. cause, like, i've always thought about the oreos being her little comfort food for some reason that goes back to her childhood and maybe even her brother ivan? but i haven't thought that far. it's just something that's been a headcanon that's stuck, i guess?
