I finished the last season of infinity train....I’m really gonna miss this show

Why you should help get Infinity Train renewed and how:

If you’ve been following me for a while you’d remember how obsessed I was about the pilot for the CN series Infinity Train.

I was not the only one. The pilot gained many fans who were hoping it would get picked up to a full series. There were petitions, subreddits, and videos praising it.

And eventually we got our wish when Infinity Train was announced aired a 10-episode series in August 2019 

And it was even more amazing than the pilot. A weird and fantastical story, but at the same time touching and extremely personal. Beautifully animated and acted.

But much to everyone’s surprise, the show wasn’t over yet. Infinity Train isn’t a one-and-done miniseries, but rather an anthology.

Soon Infinity Train Book 2 was announced. Telling a new self-contained story with a new cast of characters.

And in my opinion it’s even better.

Book 2 was part of the initial batch of episodes ordered by Cartoon Network. After it aired to similar praise as Book 1, the show was moved to the Warner Bros. streaming service HBO Max.

And soon, a third book was announced and aired in August last year.

It was a lot darker than the previous two seasons (which were already dark) but just as good.

After it aired, fans have been waiting for the announcement of a fourth book. However, no such announcement came.

Instead there were news of the team disbanding, followed by rumors that the show will not be renewed.

So it seems like we’re back at where we were after the pilot, and need to campaign for the show to be renewed.

But this time we can make our voices heard with our wallets as well as our keyboards.

If you have an HBO Max subscription, please watch all 3 books on there. Not only are they amazing, it’ll also be a message to Warner that demand for more Infinity Train exists.

If you don’t have a subscription, you can get a free trial, binge watch the entire series (each season is less than 2 hours long), and then cancel it.

If you don’t have the ability to sign up for HBO Max, you can buy the DVD for Book 1 in various retailers. Books 1 and 2 are also available for streaming through Amazon Prime.

And of course, you can let the executives know how much this shows means to you and how much you would like to see it renewed.

I truly believe this show is a masterpiece and a modern classic of animation. Something I will show my own children one day. I don’t want it end up being incomplete for the rest of time.

The Infinity Train fandom is trying to get it trending again to get Book 5 released, and hopefully Books 6 thru 8 too.

I love how the fandom keeps on chugging along with every intention to reach its final destination.

Now that HBO Max is released in more countries like Latin America, plus the less expensive subscription plan with ads, maybe the execs will see the numbers for Infinity Train they’re looking for and renew it.

I really want the show to finish on its own terms. I want to see how Amelia took over the train. I want to know the name of her turtle denizen and what they can do. I want to know how Amelia and Hazel’s stories end.

I want to see Books 6 thru 8, which would have been about Guilt, Revenge, and Acceptance, respectively. There’s so much about the train we have yet to learn and could learn if these Books were to be released.
