hey sis!😆💞💞 Haku is our hero.. and we both love him (We love the whole HBB family, so repeat it, haha). But I was wondering what do you love most about Haku?
Heya sis and thanks for the asking 🥰😘
hak, my handsome boy. When I started watching the series, I didn't expect to love him so much.
Tumblr media
I loved hak FIRST for his character and then for his beauty, He reminds me a lot of myself😅. He wants to protect his loved ones at any cost and will protect the weak even if he is on the different (evil) side, he also makes the same mistakes as me🙃.... He tries to do everything on his own while he knows that on his own he won't manages, he doesn't talk about his problems to his loved ones because he doesn't want to upset them.....
Tumblr media
I have a lot to say but I'll stop here☺️, I got to know hak little by little and I loved him little by little for his character. Because I know what it's like to have all these feelings🙂. That's why he became my favorite of all🥰❣️.
Thank you again sis. I feel a lot better now 🥰🥰😘

Reminder About Check-Ins
Hey guys! Just a reminder that, as when you signed up for the Big Bang to keep in contact with the Big Bang mod team, check-ins are mandatory for EVERY CREATOR! These were due yesterday, 6/11.
From the Guidelines:
Everyone is expected, once they sign up, to communicate! That means keeping in contact with the Big Bang mod team when they send out check-ins, and keeping in contact with your creative team. These activities are mandatory.
If you do not respond to a check-in or if your team is having issues with contacting or communicating with you, you can be considered MIA and your role can be reassigned to another creator or pinch-hitter. We will reach out to you at the email and social media you list only once if there are communication issues; we will not be chasing you down to participate in this event.
We had about 2/3 of our creators respond to the first check-in. Please check the email that you signed up with to ensure that you have received the check-in form.
You may respond to it late, and the due date will be extended through next weekend, 6/19.
And, as another reminder, the second check-in is due 7/3; if you have not responded to this check-in and do not respond to the next one, you will be considered MIA.
If you’ve responded to your check-in, please remind your team to do the same!

From Grow Midwives on Facebook:
From the official publication of the American Academy of Pediatrics released in October journal.
“Women and their newborns deserve quality and coordinated care at the time of birth, a vulnerable time when most preventable deaths occur. Midwives can provide up to 87% of maternal and newborn care, and when advanced care is needed, they can refer to a medical doctor.”
“In this article, we will provide a midwifery perspective. We will explore how these modules, using Helping Babies Breathe (HBB) as an example, have provided a voice and empowered midwives, have enabled growth and expansion of midwives’ associations, and have improved communication between midwives and doctors through standardized language and training, resulting in improved maternal and newborn health outcomes.”
The US has worse outcomes in maternal/infant health than many middle-income countries, and the worst of all high income.
My takeaway from decades of evidence...
We will improve US outcomes when all trained and regulated midwives are integrated into communities as contributing and critical members of the healthcare team. Our unwillingness to find a pathway to collaboration is a major contributor to poor access to needed care and assistance to receive appropriate care as needed.
Why do US physicians support coordinated, model programs outside the US yet participate or remain neutral in addressing barriers within their own country?
Don’t women and babies deserve coordinated quality care in the US too?
Tomorrow launches National Midwifery Week. Get ready to be reminded of the facts!

I saw a lot of people saying the twitch>lgbt+>anyone else order already, so I'm just going to leave that here and remind people that Scott himself is LGBT+
This wasn't some half-hearted attempt by a coorporation to earn money, this was an attempt by an actual lgbt+ man to try and raose money for charity. He already sent out an apology for not managing to find more people, including an explanation for him indeed not being able to find YouTube streamers who were LGBT, or at the very least, not partnered so they could stream.
Hell, this event even includes several non-minecrafters (the yellow yaks haven't played minecraft on the pc before, ever) because it's that hard to find people.
Personally, I had a bigger problem with all of the money going to the trevor project, when it's the main charity Ranboo, Hbb, Tubbo and more were already raising money for, instead of a charity that was active outside of America as well. ILGA for example, is active in many countries across Europe and Asia.
And I wasn't the only one, and within an hour of the community feedback on the teams, Scott sent out that he'd be looking into non-American charities also.
And on top of that, if a streamer didn't put their name on the list themselves, then they're automatically out, because Scott can't choose them. He can only select people who had chosen to be in it already. He had spots left because he couldn't find anyone LGBT+ who had expressed interest. (Seapeakay for example, wasn't going to be in it, but Scott still had a spot left)
So are we gonna talk about how out of 40 people in MCC, only 11 are lgbtq?? (at least who is out of the closet)
What the fuck is up with that? It's pride month and you couldn't find at least 20 LGBTQ CC's? Like, at least half of the people there should be gay in some way or trans? They didn't even have to be big CC's, they could've been smaller creators. There was literally an entire pride month event with 100 people and they were all LGBTQ+. Every single one.
I don't understand. I understand you may want bigger creators to play so you'll have an easier time getting money for charity, but only 11? Really??

Yuri makeup headcanons~~ Yuri loves feeling pretty, when he gets bored he'll do his makeup just cause he can. He strongly believes that there is no such thing as too much highlight, and his face is always glowing because of it. He loves pink lipstick, but when he wants to feel powerful, he'll put on a bright red that makes Beka weak in the knees. He's a huge fan of wearing silver/gold/rose gold liquid eyeliner because it's subtle but also super eye catching and it fits his aesthetic. (1-?)
Yuri’s eyelashes are naturally really long, but they’re super pale so he lives for a nice black mascara. He paints his nails weekly– usually it’s a pale pink, but sometimes it’ll be a more dramatic color like a deep purple or black. Yuri’s favorite thing to do it put on a bright lipstick or glittery lipgloss, anything that will smear, and makeout with Beka because afterwards Beka is just a mess of streaked color or glitter and it makes Yuri feel warm inside to know that he’s left his mark (2-3)
on Beka that. AKA Yuri loves makeup and uses it to make his mark on Beka, and Beka 100% does not mind because his Babyboy is so beautiful and he loves seeing the smeared lipstick and knowing Yuri put it there. (3-3)
everything about yuri in makeup reminds me of hbb. therefor, this is the best ask i have ever received. yuri loves pretty pink lipsticks, but when that boy wants to leave his mark, crimson red covers beka’s neck.
silver eyeliner. i think i just came. that boy is so fucking pretty. long, dark eyelashes and painted lips and highlight that could blind beka and make him say thank you. it’s rare that you’ll see beka and yuri out to a fancy event without lipstick stains on beka’s collar. babyboy leaves a mark. x

Regina as a Unicorn?
I was just wondering, has anyone talked about the fact that Regina imprisoned Maleficent in another form, beneath the library? Questioned its relevance? Because I’m about to. Let’s take it apart.
So, in my opinion the Clock Tower and the Storybrooke Library are the center, the main fixture, of Storybrooke.
When the curse was cast time stopped and that clock has been a reminder of that ever since. Of how it all began. Now time is moving again, but when I think about the curse that started it all I think about that particular clock. Then there’s the library beneath it, which means endless books, endless stories. The foundation of which could be seen as fairy tales. In the sense that the first stories kids usually are introduced to are fairy tales.
This is a show about fairy tale characters and how their stories have played out in their world and are playing out now, in the real world. It’s about using fairy tales to make sense of your own life and to give you hope for a better one.
So if both of these pieces are important, are central to Storybrooke and its stories then that stands to reason that what’s beneath it would be too.
Are you with me?
Now, Regina took a bunch of fairy tale characters she hated and stuffed them in a town with fake identities and memories, for all to see. Now this is important. Then, she took her only friend, Maleficent, and then hid her away in another form than she would have mostly known her as in what was practically a basement or dungeon. Why? She took a wolf and made her believe she was human. So why not do the same to a dragon?
I’m getting there.
So there was this season, season 2, on Desperate Housewives with Alfre Woodard’s character, Betty Applewhite, as the new neighbor. And every new season involved a mystery. A secret, usually involving love and tragedy, that they didn’t want their neighbors to know about.
In season 2 Betty Applewhite locked her mentally challenged son up in the basement, because she thought him guilty of murdering a girl he liked. She loved her son and didn’t think he’d survive in prison, so instead she kept him locked up in her home, in their basement, I believe.
On the TV Show Lost Girl, the main character Bo, who was powerful even by succubus standards took an elevator down to the Underworld and it helped her uncover the mystery surrounding her conception, birth and paternity, a storyline that was central to the show. Bo’s lineage was the answer to who she was, all the powers she had. And who her father was was at least 1/3 of that answer. It was a secret no one wanted to talk about or cared to remember.
My point is, when people or things are locked up in basements, even more, basements that take an elevator to get to, you know it’s important.
The only reason to lock something away is if you don’t want anyone to find out about it. Either because you’re ashamed of it. You don’t want to be reminded of it. You want to protect it.
If we look at Regina and Mal’s relationship, they were friends. So why would you want to lock away your friend? You don’t leave them behind in their world. You take them with you and then you lock them up.
On top of that, Regina said at one point that she should know better than to trust blondes. Which gives the impression that she was angry at Mal for betraying her trust and wanted to punish her. She then sends Emma down to kill Mal. But then when Mal gets resurrected she isn’t even angry with Regina. She doesn’t retaliate. Even though she was locked up by Regina for 28 years.
Instead, they pretty much pick up where they left off. With a friendship that, just like when they were younger, speaks to having been something more at one point. They’re right back to betraying each other, even as they are supposed allies. Regina truly allies with Emma and Snow and betrays everyone else she has to in order to keep Emma safe. When Mal and the others find out, Mal leaves Regina to Rumple’s mercy.
In the end, what I’m saying is that Regina’s past with Mal, their history, is important to the current story. It’s important to Emma and Regina’s friendship.
And given how gay it read, especially in flashbacks and how it led to Regina taking Mal with her but locking her up and trapping her in a different form so she wouldn’t have to be faced with the physique of Mal she most likely knew best, tells me something about how Regina views that relationship.
She wanted to hide it, lock it away, make it unrecognizable and never think of it again. But at the same time, she didn’t want to let it go. She took it with her, just like she did Daniel. Who was in her vault, another underground dwelling.
I think there’s a good chance that Regina loved Mal, but was ashamed of it. There was definitely emotion involved even if it wasn’t love. Maybe adoration?
I have said this before, but I truly believe Regina has been aware of her sexuality for quite sometime, most likely because of Mal, but that it was fine as long as she could exploit it. Use it to her advantage. Use it against others by recognizing others’ sexuality. She was the Evil Queen and she did whatever and maybe whoever she wanted. And that was fine because she was using everyone and everything and made sure her feelings didn’t get involved so it didn’t matter. Her actions didn’t matter. They were all a means to an end. A little slice of her own happiness. A little bit of peace.
But I think Mal was different. She practically came before. And I think she was the one person that couldn’t make Regina believe the lies she told herself. That she didn’t care. The one person she couldn’t stay impartial to. And so she treated her the worst. Ending in locking her away. Mal can be very reliable, but we’ve seen Regina screw her over. Didn’t she threaten to kill Mal’s treasured unicorn? Again, with the gay symbol.
Then there is this
Unicorn Colloquial; Synonym for hot bi babe or HBB, often derogatory, condescending, or ironic. A bisexual person, usually though not always female, who is willing to join an existing couple, often with the presumption that this person will date and become sexually involved with both members of that couple, and not demand anything or do anything which might cause problems or inconvenience to that couple. The term is often used to be dismissive of a couple seen to be only superficially polyamorous. Because of the demands that this type of couple places on the woman (that she be single and not take on any additional partners, and become involved with both members of the couple equally, and often "complete" their family as a surrogate mother and housekeeper and/or breadwinner and not do anything that may threaten or disrupt the existing couple), many in the poly community call this type of woman a "unicorn", as in mythical and not likely to be found, even though there are plenty of bipoly women around. Sometimes the unicorn is expected to not develop any emotional attachment and is strictly there for a sexual relationship (equally distributed to both members of the dyad) and/or is prescripted as a secondary. This term is used as a reminder that bipoly women are people with their own desires, needs, and pre-existing lives, and not fantasy figures or pets. See related prescriptive vs. descriptive
(x)
So unicorn is not a gay symbol. I’d say this definition from urban dictionary confirms at the very least that Regina is bisexual. In case you missed another post of mine, I pointed out in that one that the first heart Regina was told by Rumple to crush was that of a unicorn. Which, I think is symbolic of her own heart, because by the end of the episode, when she doesn’t want to do it, he does it for her, by taking away any belief she has that she’ll be able to bring Daniel back.
So folks, Regina is the unicorn. Which isn’t surprising since a lot of probably all thought this even before we knew this definition of it. I mean, she’s amazing, seems to be the only of her kind or at least very rare and all that.
And if Regina is the unicorn and Mal refers to hers as a pet than that could be the reason Regina doesn’t trust blondes. There is also a reference to Snow’s wedding night in that scene that is apparently going on at that same moment. So it could be Regina was invested in her and Mal’s relationship at first, but that Mal saw her as a distraction of sorts. Saw it as a game. But it also means that in her own way Mal loved Regina. (Hell, she protected the unicorn from Regina killing it. Regina literally ended up using Mal’s love for her against her.) Just not in the way Regina maybe wished.
Then there’s the fact that Snowing touched both a unicorn and a tree in order to figure out that Emma would be/is gay had a darkness within her that they’d best not want her to have. Both symbols that I now link to Regina.
So I think Regina’s aware of her sexuality, but I don’t think she accepts it, just like she doesn’t accept the Evil Queen part of her. On the contrary, she loathes it. And would much rather hide it away, banish or kill it if she could.
The other things that are also central to the story, because of their presence below the library are the diamond fail safe and, true love’s kiss. The most iconic symbol of it also had its place below the library. Snow’s glass coffin. Anyone who looks at it will recognize it as such and think about the iconic moment that gave it its popularity. True Love’s kiss, the kiss that can restore life. Wake someone up from a nightmare.
Opposite it is the diamond, it’s the one thing that can put an abrupt end to the story, that can undo what has been done, wipe Storybrooke off the map in a violent way.
Both are symbols of things that lead to endings, but one leads to an ending one would want while the other...doesn’t.
*Bonus:
There is also another “basement” that took an elevator to get to. The one in the Underworld. Emma and Hook went there to get the fruit that would allow him to return with Emma. The whole “true love test” happened there. So the question is, what is the mystery here? What is the secret?

I tihink you are so cool.
Orang lain aja bangga sama kamu, masak kamunya sendiri engga.”
“Just be proud to be yourself, jangan selalu melihat orang lain yang jelas-jelas emang punya kemampuan yang tidak relevan dengan kemampuan yang kamu punya.” –Habibie
I can say nothing but thank you and so grateful to have met you two.

5 Inspiring Examples of How to Wow Your Customers with Personalized Video
Forget Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead. For those of us in the real worlds of marketing and customer experience, winter has already come and our enemy is much scarier than a pack of bloodthirsty zombies. We’re in the thick of an epic battle that few will survive: The Battle for Attention and Engagement [insert dramatic music here].
Okay, maybe it’s not that dramatic. But few will argue that it’s harder than ever to get the attention of customers and prospects and to build the kinds of relationships that turn them into true brand advocates. Amnesty International Canada: Thanking Our Donors to the Tune of an 83% CTR
In late 2017, Amnesty International Canada wanted to send a year-end “thank you” message to 25,000 monthly donors to share their appreciation for their ongoing support. With the goal of increasing donor satisfaction and retention, they produced an engaging and emotional personalized video that included each donor’s own name throughout the story to really hit home how their contributions were impacting change. For example, a donor named “Jesse” would have received the video below:
Thanks to their creative execution, this campaign saw an incredible 83.1% click-through rate and more than 75% of those who viewed the video watched all the way to the end. Responses from donors were so great that they expanded the campaign to single gift donors as well.
“All the responses we’ve seen have been positive and there have been no complaints or cancellations. We’ve received positive responses from other charities, fundraising agencies, and especially monthly donors themselves,” says Erin Jones, Monthly Giving Coordinator of Amnesty International Canada. “All the feedback we’ve received demonstrates that the video made them feel glad to be part of our work, that it’s a great reminder of how they’re helping, and that they feel proud to be part of it. We’ll definitely be using personalized videos in future campaigns of this nature.”
Axonify’s Operation Red: A “Thank You” so Good They Thanked Us Right Back!
Axonify is changing the way organizations think about and deliver corporate learning. They create personalized learning experiences that fit into existing employee workflows so that they can build knowledge to achieve business goals. This past holiday season, Axonify wanted to send each customer a personalized holiday message to applaud their learning results in 2017. Known as Operation Red, the personalized holiday video was a huge success with their customers garnering nearly double their average for customer communications.
“We knew we needed a way to thank and impress our customers in an unexpected way this year. The video that we created would have stood out on its own—but when we added the personalization it made the video that much more engaging and really impressed our customers. They genuinely thought the video was created individually for them,” says Carrie Cote, Senior Manager, Customer Marketing at Axonify. “Customers went out of their way to thank us for the personalized videos, even those at the executive level, with many claiming this was the best holiday wish they’d ever received. This campaign was an astounding success for our team and went a long way in furthering our customer relationships!”
Boston University: Inspiring Action with a Customer-First Mentality
Boston University was already investing in video a better way to connect with students and alumni, and Personalized Video seemed like a perfect fit with their “customer-first” mentality. They decided to make personalization the hero component of their big spring donor participation challenge: Boston University Giving Day. With the goal of driving high engagement with potential donors and inspiring new donations, they produced a fun and approachable video that proved to be irresistible:
“When it comes to quantifiable metrics, we use appeal codes to track all fundraising activities with a unique tracking code for each effort. So for our initial trial of personalized video, we could get a real sense of our marketing ROI,” says Stephanie Quinn, Director of Annual Giving at Boston University. “The impact of our personalization efforts were huge. The email with the personalized video had a 49% open rate, more than double the average for the higher education industry, and a 7% click-through rate, triple the typical 2.3% average. The immediate next step for 15% of our viewers was to make a donation for BU Giving Day. We were absolutely thrilled with the results and it was great validation of the power of personalization.”
Quorum: A Holiday Message that Got Us on Our Customers’ Nice List
Quorum Software develops solutions and provides services to manage operational, administrative, financial, and transactional business processes for the oil and gas industry—a market where relationships are vital and recommendations are taken very seriously. This past holiday season, their marketing team wanted to share a “Happy Holiday” message with their entire customer base, but they were concerned that like many communications around this time, the email may come off as being too salesy or self-promotional. Since one of their campaign goals was to attract and engage a broad audience, including millennials, they decided to create a personalized video for each recipient that would help to strengthen their existing relationships while showing absolute gratitude to each individual. Take a look at the holiday message that a customer with the name “Jesse” would have received:
“People are always expecting a sales pitch, so it was especially important that we didn’t try to be a wolf in a sheep’s clothing here. We needed to be very honest about what we’re doing, and in this case, it was simply to send a genuine Thank You,” says Aisha Ghuman, Director of Marketing and Field Enablement at Quorum. “The success of this video was off the charts! We saw a 93.5% click-to-open rate, with more than 80% of recipients watching all the way to the very end. We’ve never seen this type of engagement before. As part of the video, our CTO dressed up as Santa and did an office tour. So not only did our customers get to meet the developers, sales, and marketing teams, they also got an office tour and a peek into our corporate culture. It was a huge hit. Our customers really engaged with us. It was like a personal touch–their personal portal into our world. They got a glimpse of our culture and the people behind the scenes. I truly believe people buy from people. In that moment we went from a company they do business with, to real people–fun people–they do business with.”
YMCA: Touching the Hearts of our Donors with a Uniquely Personal Message
The YMCA relies heavily on their donors—not just the donors who donate millions of dollars and get their names on buildings, but also the individuals who donate $10 or $20 per month. When the YMCA wanted a personal way to thank these donors, they worked with the team at Media One Creative to create a heartfelt video that spread their message of support in a meaningful, personalized way. The video showcased successful YMCA programs to thank donors for their previous contributions.
“One of the things we really wanted to do with this project was to personalize our Thank You, and when we shared this idea with Media One Creative, they suggested personalized video,” says Kyla Kumar, VP of Marketing and Communications, YMBC HBB. “We were able to work with Media One on a storyline that integrated this technology, and it really came together in a way that was meaningful to the people who received it.”
The personalization in this video kept 82% of viewers engaged fall the way to the end of the video—far above the average for a video marketing campaign. The campaign also achieved a 76.4% click-through rate, well above industry norms.
