He said that I was a failure, and that I couldn’t do anything in life. So.. I strived to become the world’s youngest doctor, and I did, I believe. I was at least the youngest in my town. Being able to help people was just a bonus..”

He smiled a bit then, turning away to begin cleaning his tools.
