Under the Table
Bucky Barnes x Female Reader: One Shot (Smut)
Summary: During a team meeting, you decide to have a little out of sight fun with Bucky. The kind that leaves both his mind and body the kind of mess that only you can clear up.
Word Count: 1.5k (no mention of Y/N)
Warnings: profanity, dirty thoughts, exhibitionism (other people unaware in the room), handjob (kinda?), mentions of sex and oral (male receiving). 18+, MINORS DNI
-
Bucky tried to focus. Really, he did. But with the feeling of your hand delicately trailing up and down his thigh underneath the table, his attention was starting to slip.
The sensation was so light at first that Bucky had almost dismissed it entirely. A quick glance at your face showed nothing unusual, and so he tried to refocus on the meeting and the details about the upcoming mission. Tony and the others carried on, none the wiser to Buckyâs confusion at the far end of the table.
But then there it was again. Slightly more pressure, and an inch further up his jeans. No, there was definitely something going on. He looked over at you again, tilting his head in curiosity. Studying you for a moment, Bucky couldnât help but wonder. You were unusually still, your brows knitted together in keen focus. That wasnât like you at all. Any other time, youâd be tapping a pen, bouncing your knee, drumming your fingertips on the wooden table. The constant need to fidget or shuffle around in your seat â no matter how much he loved you â drove him crazy. So what was going on? He couldnât quite work it out.
The longer he looked at you, the more Bucky noticed the mischievous gleam in your eyes. It was the kind that you reserved for when you were alone together. But yet here you were, sat next to him in a meeting with some mysterious scheme running through your mind.
And then the next touch came. This time, a gentle squeeze on his crotch that was unmistakeable. Thatâs when Bucky realised that your hands were hidden, tucked out of sight.
He swallowed nervously. Oh God. It was you.
You noticed the change in his demeanour from confusion to surprise, as a small smirk played on your lips. You were brave, he had to give you that. He had to hold himself back from laughing at the idea of it all. Bucky was in disbelief at the audacity you had, but he was definitely not in a position to stop you. Keeping your eyes on Tony at the front of the room, you let your hand wander his lower body. Â
His cheeks warmed as he felt himself begin to react beneath your touch. Cock stiffening more and more, he strained against the tight fabric of his boxers. Bucky squirmed, adjusting himself in his seat. The tiny movement pushed your hand further up, lingering right on his clothed shaft. Even beneath the thick denim of his jeans, the effect you had on him was becoming a growing problem. One that he couldnât do a damn thing about. The smirk on your face grew, a fact that didnât go amiss to Bucky. You were enjoying the control that you had in this situation. His jaw clenched tight at the realisation.
Any other time, youâd be underneath him, whining and whimpering whilst he loomed over you. His dog tags would be dangling in front of your face as he took his sweet time. Heâd slip them between your lips, forcing you to be quiet as he teased your aching cunt for as long as he could stand before finally ravishing your body in the way that it deserved.
But now, Bucky was powerless. You knew his body like it was your own by now, and you didnât need to look to know the way his cock would sit in his jeans. It didnât take you long to find it, and as you did so your touch increased. You cupped your palm, cradling and squeezing as much of him as you possibly could. He sucked in a sharp breath. The chair legs squeaked whilst Buckyâs hips rutted, pushing his cock further into your touch. You swiped over the spot where you knew his tip would be, and he mentally cursed at the drop of pre-cum that leaked out. The wet bead dampened his boxers as you spread it around with another gentle rub.
It was taking all of his restraint not to visibly react to what was going on. With darkening eyes, Bucky shot you a warning glare. If you carried on like this, heâd have no choice but to drag you out of your seat and bend you over the table so he could fuck you right here in front of everyone for daring to play with him. The image of him pinning your hands behind your back whilst he kept you in place to keep you from protesting flashed through his mind. These dirty thoughts sent Bucky into a hot spiral.
You slid your hand up and down his lap, squeezing in just the right places. His cock throbbed with a life of its own, yearning for more. Fuck. You werenât even touching him and yet here he was, silently pleading with you to make him come.
Bucky rutted up into your hand, the head of his cock slipping through your grasp as you maintained steady contact. He wanted nothing more than to feel your soft hand wrapped around him, working up and down in careful strokes. To admire the sight of your pretty red lips parting before taking him deep in your throat. Heâd hold your hair back, giving your wet tongue uninterrupted access to him in his most vulnerable state.
The current topic of the meeting was long forgotten as his thoughts revolved around you and only you. His heartbeat sped up, and Bucky could hear it ringing in his ears as the blood rushed from his head to his stiff length. He didnât know it was possible to be this hard. Just from this small amount of teasing, it was nearly shameful how rock solid he was. Thin veins protruded up and down his swollen cock, rubbing against the cotton of his boxers. You were pushing his body to its limits in the best way.
Running your fingers up and down, his come swelled below the bulging tip. Bucky was so close. One more gentle squeeze of your hand was all that it would take to tip him over that edge you had brought him to.
He looked over at you, eyes glazed over, bottom lip trembling. The tension in his jaw eased as you urged him on to the release that he so desperately needed.
Please. Please let me come, doll.
You understood that pleading look in his eye right away. A subtle nod of your head was all the permission that Bucky needed. His teeth dug into his bottom lip to stifle a moan as he let go. You felt his thighs tense under the table. His hand flew to yours, the tight grip preventing you from overstimulating him in the moment. Bucky held your hand there still, and you felt the warmth of his come as it soaked through the layers of his clothing. And there was just so much of it. Streams of hot, sticky fluid coated his throbbing cock as he came down from the intimate high. For a moment, his eyelids fluttered shut as he revelled in the bliss of his emptied balls.
Finally, he released your hand and you pulled away. Whilst his boxers had caught most of the mess, a few stray beads had seeped through the material and onto your thumb. It shone under the harsh lighting, and Buckyâs eyes fell upon it at the same time that yours did. You looked up at him and without missing a beat, brought your thumb to your lips and sucked it off. The gesture happened too quickly for anyone else to notice, but it was all Bucky could focus on. How your cheeks hollowed out as you cleaned off his come. How wet your lips were as you licked over them. He chuckled softly at the whole ordeal. You were amazing.
His flushed cheeks returned to their normal colour as he relaxed. Letting out a slow breath, his shoulders fell back down, and his quick heart rate steadied. Sitting there in the mess you created, he couldnât wait for to get you out of this room.
Not soon enough for Buckyâs liking, the meeting came to an end. Everyone began to gather up their things and clear out, but Bucky stayed there. Leaning back in his seat, he watched you talk mindlessly to Natasha like you hadnât just gotten him off under the entire teamâs nose. You said goodbye to Natasha as she left the two of you alone.
âSo, what are we doing for the rest of today?â You asked casually, absentmindedly getting ready to leave yourself.
After a quiet moment, Bucky stood up. His hands slid over your hips and pulled you back into him. You gasped a little as he spun you around, keeping one arm tight around you. Lifting his other hand, he cupped your cheek, tearing your focus away from your bag on the table. Tension built in the quiet room at the small gesture. A cool metal finger traced over your bottom lip, sending a shiver down your spine.
âWell, youâre coming with me, and youâre going to clean up the mess you made.â

Daniel Park with Unhinged F! Reader
You, the peak of the verse with a list of supposedly strong and powerful men to kill meet.
Gun Park | Goo Kim | Samuel Seo | Samuel Seo Part 2 | James Lee/DG | Jinyoung Park | Eli Jang | Tom Lee | Ryuhei Kuroda | Eugene | Vin Jin | Charles Choi | Daniel Park
I had a request sometime last year on Unhinged F!Reader helping out Allied. Soooo- this is my response to it...
'Why are you following me?"
You turn around in the alleyway to see a guy approximately the same height as you. Unremarkable if not for the way he has managed to pick you out from the shadows and keep up with your steps.
"Please, I need your help."
Help? Does this person have any idea who you are?
You arch an eyebrow at his request as he continues to stare at you with wide eyes.
Honestly. Did he think this puppy dog look was going to work on you? Of all people? You don't say anything, letting the silence add pressure until he spills out his guts.
Something about the Four Crews and HNH, which vaguely rings a bell.
You start to examine your nails as he rambles, quickly losing interest. Damn, is that dried blood underneath? You really must clean them better post fight.
And tch! Another chipped nail too. Ugh.
Oh. He's still talking, huh.
You've already tuned him out but the sound of his voice grows irritating and you cut him off, just as he starts to mention the Ten Geniuses or whatever.
You thrust a palm out at him, inches from his face and clever boy, he shuts up immediately. "Why should I help you?"
"Um." He hesitates. "I can pay you?"
"Not interested."
"I.. I can copy moves? You can teach me to be your masterpiece-"
"Cool," you say, stifling a yawn. Wasn't that crazy old doctor also a copy user? You dispatched him without difficulty.
"Let me guess-" You start ticking off each point on your fingers.
"One. You donât move like youâre a natural, so you do have a master but they're not cutting it anymore- " He nods.
"Two. You've somehow found out about me and managed to seek me out-"Â You don't tell him you're reluctantly impressed at that part.
"Three. Then hoped that I would help you because I have such a good moral compass-" You roll your eyes at this. What is it with pathetic men expecting women to clean up their mess?
"Four. So you've come here to ask me to help and promise me riches as a sweetener but sorry to break your heart, I don't give a shit-" He recoils, taken aback by your bluntness.
"Anyway, which mediocre fool has been teaching you?"
"One of the Ten Geniuses I mentioned. The Learning Genius."
What a lame title. "Who?"
"Gun Park."
You have a vague recollection of this person and gesture for him to tell you more as you pull out your small slip of paper. The one with the list of crossed out names, that you hunted down and defeated one by one until only a few remain.Â
Oh wait... the name Gun Park is here-
"Um. Black eyes, half naked all the time, tattoos on his arms, smokes-"
"Right!" You click your fingers. "That loser! The Learning Genius, did you say?"
He widens his eyes at you insulting his master but nods anyway.
"Pfffft-" you stifle a laugh unsuccessfully. Goddamn that is funny.
"Learning Genius!" You squeal, letting out a cackle that leaves his hairs standing on end. The more you think about it, the funnier it gets. On what planet is that guy qualified, good enough, to teach anyone? You laugh and laugh, clutching your stomach as he backs away awkwardly.
Wiping away tears from your eyes, you make up your mind and ask, "What did you say your name was?"
"I... I didn't. It's Daniel Park,"
You dig out the pen in your pocket and add his name to your list.
He's undercooked. Maybe fun in a few more years but now Daniel is nothing but a baby. It'll be fun to crush him eventually.
"Listen," You fold your note carefully, slipping it back into your pocket. "I have zero inclination to help you. None."
He opens his mouth to argue-
And you cut him off again with a shrug. "Mainly 'cause I don't want to. Anyway, I'll find you once you're ready to fight. It'll be a shame to kill you any sooner, but-"
You lunge at him, slamming Daniel into the wall with a hand on his neck before he has had a chance to react.
"- Follow me again and I won't hesitate." You smile sweetly, like butter wouldn't melt. Smile stretching further, turning monstrous and unhinged when you feel him attempt to free himself from your grasp but to no avail.
You give his throat one more squeeze for good measure as he chokes and claws at your hand before releasing him. âSee ya!â
Daniel drops to the floor, gasping desperately for air and rubbing at his neck. Thinks that this has been a grave mistake and now he has a target on his back.
He watches you, humming to yourself and sashaying away into the night, melting into the shadows once more.

đđđđ đđđđđ 'đđđđđ' đđđđđ đđđ
đ đđđđđđđđđđ
⸠PAIRING: Simon âGhostâ Riley x fem!Reader; 18+ only ⸠BANNER CREDIT: cafekitsune ⸠OTHER GHOST NSFW HEADCANONS: here & here
⸠BLINDFOLDING: obligatory, a deal-breaker especially early on in the relationship; lots of things he has planned for you that involves his mouth, and while he could pull up his mask as far as he needs to, just have the hem of it resting on the bridge of his nose, sometimes he prefers to do away with it all so as not to become an obstacle that's impeding on his fun â hence, a blindfold (maybe a spare military scarf that he's got lying around or any other scrap of fabric that'll suffice) to block out the visual of his face â the temporary deprivation of sight has your other senses heightened, with tactile being the most obvious as you become extremely responsive to his touch when youâre not sure what to anticipate next (â Should tie you up too, tease you 'til you canât stand it anymore. Howâs that sound, sweetheart? â)
⸠RECEIVING HEAD: likes it almost as much as giving; will never turn it down when the opportunity presents itself
(1) deepthroating - you need the practice since you couldn't get it all the first time he fed you his cock, couldn't quite accommodate the girth of him no matter how hard you tried that night; so, you've been working up to it, finally able to get your mouth full, throat fucked, just your wet heat encasing him and he can't help but apply light pressure, palming the back of your head to push you down on his dick and letting out a guttural groan whenever you occasionally gag while taking him down to the base (â Breathe through your nose, love. Choking on my cock like this... fuckin' hell. Don't go hurtin' yourself now.â)
(2) when he's sitting with his legs spread wide, you kneeling in between them and looking up at him through your lashes - doesn't rush you, tells you to slow down in fact, so he can enjoy the sight of your lips wrapped around his dick for longer, how you're so enthusiastic about making him feel good - about cock-worshipping - practically drunk alone on the pleasure of sucking him off as if this might be more for your benefit than it is for his; you start working him with your mouth - gently licking at the seam of the sensitive head and lapping up the prespend there because you're a good girl for cleaning up the clear and sticky mess gathering around his slit before pressing a kiss to the blunt tip, or when your tongue runs wet along the length of him before trying to swallow him down your throat (â So good to me... love this almost more than that pretty pussy of yours. C'mere, sweetheart. Gonna return the favor and spoil that liâl cunt with my mouth. â)
⸠PARTIALLY-CLOTHED SEX: can be impatient when heâs in a rush, certainly has little to no tolerance for undressing you or himself for a shag somewhere inconvenient (itâs called a quickie for a reason but heâs only interested when thereâs a high probability that youâre already wet before heâs even laid a finger on you, e.g. eye-fucking him across the room for the last hour while lightly chewing on the tip of your pen and dragging it across your bottom lip before pausing at the corner of your mouth, or verbal foreplay throughout the day where youâve been dropping dirty comments about how you much youâve been thinking about him just slowly rubbing at the entrance of your cunt, having him fill you up with his fingers or his cock); honestly doesnât want to waste time sliding into you after all of that â the most heâll otherwise do is ruck your shirt over your chest to paw at your tits, knead at the flesh and pinch/roll your nipples between his fingers while pounding into you from behind (â Move these panties to the side before I rip âem off you. Really donât think you shouldâve been bloody wearinâ any in the first place. â)
⸠SQUIRTING: riding him, leaning back slightly with one of your hands grasping at his muscular thigh to stay upright â and the view drives him crazy, how youâre bouncing, fucking yourself down on him over and over, along with these desperate little rolls of your hips; youâre doing so good for him that he makes the executive decision to assume control now, thrusts up into your aching hole, bruising â almost punishing, but he canât stop when heâs got you moaning even louder now and gasps spill from your mouth when you take him to the root â cockhead brushing against the front of your cunt at this angle every time he drives inside you (â Right there, huh? That the spot? Fuckin' know from how goddamn wet you're gettin' meâ â) and he keeps going until you start coming hard then, soaking his cock so bad that the fresh rush of slick pools across his thighs, leaks down his balls (â Christ, got you gushinâ all over me. Let's see it again, câmon. â)
⸠DEGRADATION KINK: light on the insults, doesnât necessarily mean it in a literal sense but knows that they have their time and place during sex; he equates them to something affectionate â prefers to use the ones that possess a more positive connotation in lieu of/alongside praise based on the situation and really enjoys how your cunt involuntarily clenches upon hearing that sort of stuff
â Yeah, can feel this cunt pulsinâ around my cock. Such a cute liâl fucktoy â jusâ canât help it, can you? Need you to stay still for me, though. â (e.g. cock warming)
â Taking me so well⌠being so good, aren't you? Careful love, donât want âem hearing how loud you are; they might get the wrong idea about you, moaninâ like a whore and all that. â
â Whereâs my dirty girl want me to finish? Inside, is that it? Fuckinâ Christ youâre a naughty one, sweetheart, lettinâ me fill up this cunt. Greedy for it, like a bitch in heatâ â
â I know youâre more than a cumslut, love. But you beg me to fuck you stupid, damn near let me abuse every single one of these holes of yours, andâc'mon, you see why I might have a hard time believinâ myself, right?â
⸠HAIR-PULLING: if he finds out you're into it, then heâs very much in favor of grabbing a handful of your hair, fingers spanning over your scalp and slightly tugging so that he tips your chin up â not enough to hurt; usually only does it when heâs trying to get you to look at something (bent over the sink, and you need to look at your reflection, donât want to miss that, of course) or he just wants something to grab onto (when youâre on your knees while heâs face-fucking you, gotta make sure you maintain eye contact); accidentally discovers you share this kink when his intention is to give you a low warning for teasing him, bringing your ear close so you can hear him properly without him having to raise his voice but you just end up letting out a soft moan in response
(1) if your hair's long enough - he likes wrapping a ponytail around his hand, and will appreciate a nice plait, but he's not choosy

Answering some bulk questions
I am getting the same kind of questions in my inbox and instead of answering them all individually, I thought I would just make one long post. Hopefully that can clear some things up.
Why is m!pen white and f!pen black?
Mostly because the character of Pen is death. They have no form. Not a real one. Much like the MC, the image they are presenting is a construct. So, when I thought about that, I kind of thought it would be fun to play around with two very different aesthetics (I think in the final edit I might even write them a bit different). I did this for two reasons. One, because I haven't really seen this in ifs. And two, I kind of liked the duality of it. Opposites, really. It sat well with me for the character of death.
2. Why does nothing bad ever happen to Milo? Stop playing favorites.
Bad things have happened to Milo. More so than the other characters, I would argue. I have a feeling this is more from people annoyed that a very specific bad thing won't happen to Milo. Because Milo has watched Malcolm and MC die. Was beaten as a child. Orphaned. Didn't know where his real home was or who he was. Has a ghost for a sister. (who he also watched die). Has been responsible for keeping his best friend sane for quite a few years. And got the shittiest job in the world. He has also been stabbed at quite a bit. Betrayed. And used.
I do a lot of bad things to Milo. Favorites would be if nothing bad happened to him. And defending your characters decisions is not playing favorites. It is just knowing your characters as a writer.
3. Who is your favorite RO?
I have said before that Milo is not my favorite to write. So inevitably I get asked who is. I don't answer this question because I don't want the complaints.
4. Why don't you have stats?
Because I don't like them. I come from much more of a storytelling perspective than a game mechanics one. And don't get me wrong. People that do game mechanics are awesome. I admire them a ton and enjoy their games (though my field is more video games). But that's never what I wanted the Night Market to be. I just want people to be immersed.
5. Do you feel you have to have inclusivity as a writer?
I don't know why I've been getting this one a lot. Might be something going on in the community. The honest answer is no, I do not. I have never felt pressured to have a certain representation within the Night Market. That all being said, maybe I don't feel that way because I tend to have an organically more diverse cast of characters? But I can't say I have ever felt like I have to put a certain representation in. And I don't believe writers should feel pressure for that. Because a lot of times, if you are just putting in a token character to do it, it becomes a bit problematic.
6. What are your favorite IF's and do you have recomendations?
I hate to say this, but I don't read IF's. I've dabbled occasionally in the past but I find when I read IF's, it messes with my head and my ability to write. Now, I read a lot of novels. That is my preferred vehicle of reading. But as for IF's, I probably won't read a lot of them until I am officially done with the Night Market. I struggle to enjoy stories when I feel like it is a part of my day to day job.
7. Why don't you ever speak out politically?
Because that is private for me. I don't want to. I want to provide an escape from the world. Not add to discussions that are being had by people far more adept than me. I leave my political feelings and responsibilities at home.
8. Why can't you provide (insert numerous topics) to the route?
Because coding and writing are a bitch. There is a lot of work that goes into this stuff that isn't always fun. And sometimes, as much as I would like to put something in or have a new route, I just can't. I am one person. A person who has a pretty hefty personal life. I am doing what I can.

seeing your clowns made me go feral since my fixation is cringe and clown flavored
Who let you cook like that who let you cook AUTHHFFH UR ART IS SO COOL IM BEING DRAGGED AWAY
Youâre hatching is so fucking inspiring since itâs soMETHING I try to do in my own work I LOVE UR ART
would it be fine to ask what brushes you use? I love ur values also, youâre so so good at shapes and form WAAAA I LOVE UR STUFF. I did dig up an old ask you made iirc, but Iâm not sure if itâs changed
Hey! Thank you very much. I'll go through the brushes I use for each program: Drawpile
From what I understand most of these are MyPaint brushes... but I only know them as drawpile brushes because that's what I use. Main ones I've used lately is Irregular Ink and a default brush for coloring
I don't really change the size of irregular ink much and the pressure doesn't matter that much. It has high stabilization which I haven't changed, but I'm sure you could get away with lowering it. For the other brush I'm pretty sure it's a default one that I slightly tweaked (drawpile is a bit bad about communicating what brush exactly you are using to you.) I quite like it because it feels like playing with clay, makes it easy to map out the volume. I use it for those lineless pieces I do from time to time too. I change its size a lot while drawing. I've also used these two, one of the pencil brushes and a second one I stole from Jokioro that I have no idea what is called
I used the first one for the D'arce I did a while ago and the recent VTMB piece. It's great at emulating sketchy graphite pencils, I like layering it to do multi-colored hatching rendering. The second one I don't know how to use super well yet but it's probably my fourth most used as of late. It works very weirdly so if you wanna figure out how to make it work I recommend looking at how Jokioro draws. Clip Studio I bounce around a lot with all the brushes, but I use a loooot of stuff from the Frenden pack. Mainly Meeko Leako for lining and even coloring, it has a great texture to it, very fun
This has been my most used brush for years. It's great for super straight lines and produces a great difference in value between quick lines and thick lines. I haven't used it as much since I picked up drawpile more recently, but it's amazing! Other than that I use the default G-pen when I just want simple lines without much texture
It's a bit ugly at a glance but I think if you lock in it's great for super clean lines, just trying to get the point across without much noise. I also like coloring with it at times, when I'm going lineless. SAI Binary pen. Use the binary pen. It's the best brush ever made
It just feels super right to draw with it, it's so simple but it makes your lines look super slick, and it's just a binary pen. I guess they just got the behavior down perfect for it. But yeah, love this brush. IRL I've always used these archival ink pens in different sizes for basically everything I've done traditionally, and of course just a simple number 2 pencil for sketching and such. I've used a bit of charcoal recently, and been wanting to deep into darker pencils for detail, but this is still the default. I also will probably try out dip pens sometime
That's all I can think of immediately, but I always like to mess around to try and find another great brush, and you should do the same even if you end up using these a lot.

Experimentation
//CW: Bright Colors
Been feeling unmotivated in what I wanted to draw so I decided to switch gears and draw @circusinarun and some of their ocs (a bit of rambling as usual)
original ver.
alt. ver.
Renders of Kobi's persona
Doing more experimenting with my rendering. I found my halftone brushes after losing them somehow & decided to try and use them. The top one was the original, but it wasn't as intense as I wanted it to be, so I messed around with filters and stuff
& draft
Moving onto sketches; I started using a no pressure pen to work on my sketches for my renders (and found it really frustrating) so I tried it with just sketching on their own & found it easier. So it might become my doodling pen lol
I saw your sona in a star poncho & I am a sucker for anything space themed, so I drew it
First character is Mx. Slimax, little slinky slug, very cute. They're smaller than how I drew them here, but I thought it'd be fun to make em bigger
Didn't have much to go one for the other character, just did a headshot since I got no ideas
rock.
Then these two I might be the only one, but looking at the ref, they just reminded me of Alphys & Undyne- They are also my least inspired I've made out of the characters
I do have more sketch pages, but I am resting my hands, & they're the ones I'm looking to most forward to actually
#cw bright colors#i feel better after doing these#but have no pressure does slightly bug me lol#hello kobi!#moonâs sketches

Glowstick Danny
It's been a few days since Danny's accident, and, for the most part, he feels fine. Sure, yeah, he can see how to some other person the accident may have been horrifying or disturbing or something, but for Danny it seemed like just another day in the life of a kid with ghost obsessed parents.
The ghost powers are a little bit weird, but honestly, having superpowers has been pretty fun. Sam and Tucker have been coming over for sleepovers every night since the accident to mess around with his new abilities, throwing wads of paper through Danny's intangible chest and drawing on invisible skin with pen.
It's during one such sleepover that Danny, Sam, and Tucker are hunched over playing Doomed, having gotten tired of watching Danny walk upside-down on the ceiling while tossing a ball back and forth with Tucker. It's approaching one in the morning, and Danny has been sitting in the same position for far too long. His back is starting to ache and he feels like his bones are fusing together, so he reaches his arms above his head with a yawn and leans backwards as far as his chair will allow.
As he stretches, his spine lets out a series of small pops. Danny lets out a sigh of satisfaction as the tension in his body eases slightly.
"Dude, that was a nice one," Tucker remarks, leaning backwards to stretch his back as well.
Sam screws up her face in disgust. "Guys, you know I hate the sound of cracking joints, knock it off."
Danny throws her a shit-eating grin, and without breaking eye contact, he quickly presses down on the fingers of his left hand with the heel of his right, releasing a satisfying snapping sound from each of his knuckles. He braces himself for a punch to the shoulder from Sam, but it never comes. Instead of the trademark gross out expression he was expecting to see on Sam's face, her eyes are widened in wonderment.
"Dude," she whispers, "do that again."
"Uh, what?"
Tucker nudges Danny in the side. "Crack your knuckles again."
"Um...okay?" Slowly, cautiously, Danny moves to pop the joints on his right hand. This time, instead of smugly staring at Sam's face, he looks at his own hands. With the slightest amount of pressure, his knuckles release a small sound. This sound is accompanied by a faint green glow surrounding the knuckle, emanating around the joint before slowly fading, like a light shining through his skin. It seems his body has learned bioluminescence, but only in small doses.
"Woah," Danny murmurs.
"Do it again!" Sam encourages him.
He is more than happy to oblige. He walks over to the floor length mirror in his room, Sam and Tucker at his heels. He places his hand along his jaw and twists his neck. Once again, his joints crack, and each vertebrae in his neck is outlined in an unearthly green light.
"Dude!" Tucker exclaims. "That is so sick!"
"How does that work?" Sam muses. "I mean, I guess that cracking joints is bubbles popping in the fluid that lubricates your joints, and we know that your blood is some sort of weird ectoplasm blood hybrid now. Maybe all of your bodily fluid has a little bit of ectoplasm in it? And the light is from bubbles popping in the ectoplasm?"
Sam turns to look at her best friends, only to see that they are both staring intensely at Danny's hands. Danny is flexing his fingers with a sort of reverence.
"Tuck," Danny says as he locks eyes with his friend, "are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
"Absolutely," Tucker says with a nod.
In unison, they both shout at the top of their lungs: "HUMAN GLOWSTICK!"

Hi! I wanted to ask for advice on finding an artstyle, I've been drawing for sometime but I still dislike my style.
Thank you in advance :D.
Hi hiii
Whenever my artstyle gets kinda boring to me, I try asking myself questions to figure out what exactly is it about my artstyle that I donât like. Things like what is it about my art that feels boring to me while this otherâs artistâs work excites me? What makes me most insecure about this piece? What do my favorite artists do in their artworks that I donât do?
This isnât to put yourself or your work down, make sure to go out of your way to still note anything you like or are particularly proud of in any of your artworks, you work hard on your art and that deserves to be appreciated, even if your artstyle isnât quite at where you want it to be yet! But this is mainly what I do to try to address reasons my artstyle isnât giving me as much joy, and what changes I can make that might make me happier. Most of the time I canât really put my finger on what it is that I dislike about my art, so I keep these questions in the back of my mind while I try experimenting through doodles and messing around with my style in each one. Have some doodles dedicated to things you dont normally try in your artstyle. Varying eye sizes and distance from each other, some doodles with different ways of stylizing noses, trying varying levels of realism vs cartoonishness when drawing characters, and trying different brushes if doing this in digital art. If any specific doodles jump out to you as kinda neat, take note of whatever you did in that doodle and try it more often!
(Sorry i was doing this in a hurry but definitely couldve utilized more full body shots, varying poses, face at more side angles, coloring styles, would 100% reccomend experimenting with that too. But this is mostly what those batches of experiment doodles usually look like for me)
As always, it doesnât hurt to also study other artistsâs whos stuff makes you so happy and figure out what it is about their art style that excites you so much. Whatever that may be, think about if its something you want in your own art style and try replicating and practice doing it if you do want to take your art in that direction.
Quick example from me but november 2023 i remember starting to feel super uninspired with my artstyle. I asked myself what felt like the most unrewarding part of the process for drawing and realized the answer was my lineart. At the time I was seeing a lot of @/bixels âs artwork of drawing mlp characters as humans from the 1920âs americana and was so delighted by their lineart. I kept experimenting with brushes in my doodles and realized that using the gel pen reminded me somewhat of bixelsâ art, so I took that and ran. It was a neat change after a while of having thicker lineart and actually having fun with pressure sensitivity and how the brush is able to taper.
This is what i found works for myself so im not sure how well it applies to other people or if i worded everything well, but I hope its at least a bit helpful in some way!
#tldr main tactic for is asking myself questions on how i feel about my art and why i think i feel the way that i do#asks#moth talk#love u abi. she is one of my oldest ocâs and usually the one i draw for art experiments

Can we get Sera x Exorcist!Fem!Reader?
I thought Sera could have some love from the reader, so let's shower her with kisses on the hand, wrist, and all that cute stuff.
I agree she does deserve all the love~
Warning(s): one spicy comment but it's all fluff and SFW, soft hint of angst, first kiss
Gonna be a bit shorter then usual Maybe im sorry I hope you like itâĄ
Sera x Exorcist!fem!reader
Stress was everywhere. In the mortal world. In hell. Heaven is not much different. The higher rank you are? The more stress you realize is actually around. Its not as relaxing nor as calming as everyone thought.
You obviously knew, considering not only are you an Exorcist. So, of course, you're full of stress from the pressure to fight. To train. To keep the sickening secret of why your a thing to the rest of Heaven.
But more so of your secret lover? Mate? You.. weren't sure what your status with Sera was truthfully. Frowning leaning back, watching the High Leader herself stress over the work for some upcoming meeting you weren't aware of. Sighing, you got up placing at god forsaken mask on the table "..High leader?" You spoke up watching her jump looking up at you
"..my dear~ you know in private your allowed to say my name~" she hummed, putting the pen down to give you her full attention despite how utterly tired she was. Humming, you decided to try that thing you read up on. Without a word, you gently held her hand, kissing her knuckles, watching as her wings puffed up her extra pair of eyes popping out to watch in shock "my- my dear what are-?" The words cut in her throat
Humming, you turned her hand around to kiss at her palm "I read in this book.. to help..others-" resisting the urge to say lover or more embarrassingly utter the word mate to her clearing your throat "kisses help relax them" kissing any skin you saw on her hands in a slow respectful manner
Humming flushed wings, "i see? Go ahead then, " she purred out, pulling you onto her lap, easily knowing you'd never do so on your own watching you kiss both her hands showering her in love and attention
Glancing up at her face, you debated. Should you truly test your luck? Kissing her face? Or should you stick to her hands? Sighing, you bit the bullet. Might as well since you're finally this close to her- "excuse me Sera-" you stuttered out, ignoring her curious flushed staring softly as you cradled her face, moving up, press soft kisses along her face "you should rest. You're always working -" you whispered wings, fluttering
Humming Sera couldn't help but let the grin appear on her. Holding your waist softly leaning into the kisses- the soft touches she herself taught you how to do. Feeling your cautious touches as if unsure "It's ok, little angel~" You're free to kiss me, " she purred out teasingly pushing where your wings met drawing a moan against her cheek "sorry sorry~" laughing at the flushed glare "couldn't help it~ always get your feathers ruffled when I mess with them huh?" She smirked softly
Moments like this brought joy to you. Which was an odd emotion to have for an exorcist. Having Sera explain it to you was also a hard thing from how amused she seemed to be when hearing you got like this with her. Around her. Constantly. Humming as you pressed kisses along her face, more watching the stress, the worry melt off her. You felt like an actual angel in moments like this- like two teenagers in love- you shook the thought away humming, kissing the corner of her lips making her gasp inhaling sharply.
Fearing you overstepped, you moved back. Apologies, falling out of your mouth quickly makes her hum and cradles your face, "you missed~" purring out softly, kissing you properly gently groaning softly "if your gonna kiss me.. kiss me properly no~?" Smirkinf against your lipstick covered lips watching you nod with a hum she stood up cradling you gently in her arms not minding how you wrapped your legs around her waist clinging to her over towering form
"Where are we going Sera?"
Humming she reached down a free hand grabbing your mask as she placed yet another kiss to your lips peppering you softly so your face was covered in her lipstick smirking in approval she walked out the door "to rest my angel~ I'm going to my room.. we may kiss there freely and much more comfortably ~" she hummed out making you yelp out when you saw her about to leave her office, making her to freeze
"Look at me! Look at you-!? What will they say when the high leader is caught carrying an angel? Covered in her lipstick marks-!" Your face burned at the rumors that would cause. She hummed watching you carefully her wings fluttered in thought
"Would it bother you?"
Shaking your head 'no' made her hum softly yet again before smiling "then let them see. Don't mind it. After all~ they should all see who I wanna court no?" Without a word or glancing at you. She left. Ignoring the looks of others combined with your voice asking her to repeat herself
Or to explain herself.
She ignored it. Cause wasn't it obvious? Since the beginning. Your feelings. Have been returned from Sera. Now she needs to work on making it..offical

I might start doing something different with my finished art moving forward?? Not quite sure yet, I'll have to see how it looks when I actually test it out, but-
I really enjoy drawing out original sketches for my pieces of art, and some of the things I'm most proud of drawing are traditional pieces of art that I just conjure up.
I started as a traditional artist who almost never did line art, line art isn't my particularly favorite method, but I very much enjoy doing penciling and widdling away at going from light to dark lines.
BILLY LOOKS FUCKING SICK
My work has always been gritty with repetitive linework, and I find it really cool. It's always been my style to draw with more lines than necessary, never really erase my guidelines, AND IT WAS FUN.
While working on the last update for the first chapter of Issue One, I was so frustrated and just wanted to be done that I don't exactly have a sit back and admire my work moment for those pages. I think I need to stop concerning myself with "making things professional" and trying to fit myself into being an artist that has neat and perfect lineart, solid coloring, and generally, make myself avoid drawing because it's not enjoyable.
PLUS my comics would be made so fast if I just... draw in the way I'm most comfortable. They'd look cooler, it would come out more efficiently, I'd enjoy it past the sketch stage, and it would give me a lot more time to mess around and experiment and LEARN for Christ's sake.
So, in summary:
Gonna do more of this
Just gotta get my pen pressure right on Clip Studio...

Unrelated to twst but I absolutely adore your art. Your lines are so crisp omgg, do you have any tips on how to keep them clean? :>>
Thank you!!! I put a lot of effort into my lines because I admire a lot of artists with beautiful linework, so I'm really happy to hear that you think so đĽš
Obviously steady practice & time will naturally help you improve, but here are a few tips that I personally found helpful!
Try being more confident & fast with your brush strokes - I find that the more that I slow down and hesitate, the more wobbly my lines end up being and it doesn't retain the same "crisp" feel (unless I set stabilization to high, but then the brush starts lagging so I tend to leave it on the lower side). Try drawing a line really fast then doing the same thing again slowly and comparing them, and do it with lines of varying lengths since itâs likely more apparent with long lines than shorter ones, but I hope that makes sense!
If you work digitally, one thing that can help with the above is zooming out - it might feel easier to draw a line on a smaller-looking canvas because you move your hand less, vs. dragging a line across a really big canvas.
Use your whole arm, not just your wrist - think of it like changing the tool you use depending on the type of line you need to draw. Smaller, shorter ones are ok to use your wrist for, but youâll likely have a harder time if itâs a long continuous line, in which case try using your elbow or shoulder to help. Itâs a bit hard to explain without you trying it out for yourself, but with enough practice it should become muscle memory.
Play around with brushes & brush settings - Yes, I know artists shouldnât expect a brush to solve all their problems, but itâs no lie that some brushes feel like utter crap in my hands and nothing I draw looks or feels right, whereas other brushes feel like they were meant to be. My guess is that it just really depends on your habits, like your speed, how much pressure you use, etc., that mesh well with some brushes and less with others. I myself seem to enjoy brushes that have less variation with pen pressure, so itâs worth messing around in your brush settings or downloading new ones just to see if they feel any different to use! It wonât be as influential as just practicing your technique, but itâs an extra little thing that could help you.
I havenât done much of it myself, but doing targeted practice where you just draw lines over and over (like you're just cross-hatching) has been something lots of people recommend for improving linework & hand steadiness, so you can try doing that when youâre bored e.g. doodling in the margins of your notes, on scrap paper, etc.
Hope some of these tips help, and have fun lining! â¤ď¸
#asks#anonymous#sorry I took so long to answer btw!#been busy and really needed to think about how to answer this ww

(once again these are personal headcanons idc if the historical canon says other wise đ these are just fun)
Laurens
very poor relationship with his family (especially henry). part of the reason he joined the military was to get away from him and his expectations. he's closer with his mother, but it's still strained. he adores his siblings tho, even if henry kind of pitted them against each other
he's a skilled painter and spends his spare time sketching. he once tried to teach alexander, but quickly realized that it was one skill hammy would never possess (this would make such a cute fic ngl)
his favorite season is autumn because he likes the colors and the crispness of everything
he's protective almost to a fault
Eliza
in my mind she will always be a beyond talented pianist! like to the point she's like a virtuoso. she writes her own music and secretly dreams of publishing it. she pens music after major life events, and it sort of acts as her diary (after she met alex, when angelica moved to london, when she had philip, after the affair.) she's basically taylor swift
smells so incredibly good (shhh I know it's the 1700's but let me live) but she smells like expensive perfume (you know the type) sugar, and strawberries
she's a cat person!
she has an aptitude for mathematics, and that's why she would act as alexander's advisor so much. she's educated in literature, philosophy, and history as well, but angelica has always been more vocal about it, so she doesn't get a chance to shine as much as she should
Burr
oh my beloved burr :(((( he has a lot of unresolved trauma. from the pressures of his family's legacy, to his (canonically) abusive uncle, and the religious trauma of being jonathan edwards' grandson, he has a lot of pent up sadness that he won't let himself feel. he's an anxious mess most of the time, and all of these reasons are why he feels like he can't rush into things and make mistakes.
also a cat person. he loves cats so much. he dotes on them. he would have twenty if he could. in the war, he would go out of his way to feed any strays around and would protect them, sometimes sneaking them into his quarters in his coat if it was particularly cold
he's a hopeless romantic, even if he's not vocal about it. he wants to be loved and to share the love he never got to give anyone. he wants to do all the courting things with someone, and make a life with them. his love language is practically all of them
after alexander's death, if he would go to any tavern or party or anything where there was music, he would request they sing how stands the glass around because that was what alexander sang at the last party they were at together. it's a form of punishment, but it's also because he can close his eyes and imagine Alexander is still there, even for just a moment. sometimes he thinks he can hear his voice interweaving with the others
Madison
he and dolley are a power couple. everyone wants to be them. they are the only really healthy relationship in canon. they are each other's best friend and madison's favorite place is by her side. he's not afraid to admit that she's the better half of him. (this is probably not true lmao but I'm too tired to look it up)
he very much has "gifted kid burnout" if you can call it that in the 1800s. he's tired. he's unwell. he just wants everything to work out for everyone, and for the people around him to chill and stop yelling for five minutes. he's like a long-suffering parent, and all but keeps jefferson on one of those backpack-leash combinations that kids wear in malls
actually doesn't mind hamilton that much. he doesn't agree with him on most things, and thinks he's annoying, but he still feels a bit worried about the man he once called friend. they were pretty close when they wrote the federalist papers, and they would often have dinners together where he found he actually enjoyed the company
he prefers the quiet. he finds it comfortable. he doesn't find it awkward if conversation lulls into silence (though it rarely does with the company he keeps)

hey what brush do you use to draw in digital and traditional (if that doesn't bother you!đŚ)
No worries! I don't mind. :3 The answer isn't so interesting though ww
I just use the pencil tool in MS Paint & the binary tool in SAI 2. Default settings. Most of my art is done this way. I often sketch in MS Paint, and complete in SAI.
(a few examples)
I find it's easier to work within the simplicity of MS Paint, but I do like SAI's features, and sometimes I need the flexibility of pressure sensitivity to really chip away at my thoughts... I find myself relying on it more recently, as I got into JSHK. Human characters aren't actually my forte, and it takes many passes for me to get something legible... Trying to mimic Aida-sensei's ability to render clothes is also breakin' my back lol.
(just taking you behind the scenes :p)
Oh um ... Hm, I draw in my phone notes more often recently as well, so that's the only other variable at times. If you see something like this:
It's just me using the notes app on my samsung galaxy. I use it to jot down ideas for future me. Or... sometimes I'm just passing time. Nothing special about it, I would say, aside from the fact that it's more robust than the previous phone notes app I would draw on. I was fingerpainting back then, but now I have a stylus.
Edit: Wait I feel like an idiot for saying all this and literally posting a piece I made in CSP... SORRY!! My brain is small. That's what I use to animate as well!! !!! Sorry, I just use it once in a blue moon...
On CSP, the brush I like the most has been this one.
As for traditional, I use an assortment of things! It's a split between mundane art supplies (dollar store mechanical pencils, ball point pens, etc.) and some fancier stuff I've been gifted. Currently I have a set of prismas and a couple of ohuhus I use for commission work often. I also have some faber castell brush pens. I prefer inking pens with a flat tip, basically I disprefer fine points/microns etc. (I... um, have a bit of a harsh grip, so I'm prone to crushing them...) My traditional stuff varies a lot more so I'll just paste examples directly. For fun!
Mechanical pencil!
Sharpie!
Faber castells! (The greys are as well!)
Ball point pen and highlighters!
Crayons!
Woodless color pencil! (+inking pens, pencil...)
Ohuhu markers! (+pencil)
Prismas!
Overall, I like having an assortment of things to grab and mess around with, for different moods. I'll draw on any scrap of paper also (to the burden of my wife, who scans and edits ALL!!!! of my art, lol.) If you're at all seeking for a similar experience, I recommend playing with whatever odds and ends you got in your possession. It's not really a matter of skill... imo, cuz, I don't really feel as though I use anything very 'well', I just use it. Perhaps all equally sloppy, and for fun. Just have fun. âŽ(âŻâ˝â°)â

I don't know if you've been asked this before, but what program and pens do you use? I'm very curious specifically at the pens you use to line and color your work. :-]
i use clip studio paint and procreate for art :) pens r in the images though a lot of them are very personally modified with pressure/sensetivity etc... one specific thing i started doing is to always have pens with color jitter on them to mess around with the hues it puts out, really makes the coloring look more fun & extra! (edit ignore the typo on the procreate ones it was supposed to say "these" instead of three lol

October wrap-up
So! October is at an end! And I have not finished Spocktober/Trektober. Let's see how I did!
My goals for the month were:
To have fun :3
To get used to finishing drawings
To get used to posting them, too!
To have fun :3
To improve my sketching and lineart skills
To end up with a bunch of finished drawings (of Spock!!!) :3
To let go of a bit of my perfectionism
TO HAVE FUN :3
So how do I think I did?
Having fun:
I had a lot of fun with it this year! In previous years, I've pretty much immediately devolved into an anxious mess because there were too many options and I bit off more than I could chew. This time around, thanks to my guidelines (only inking, not spending too much time on each day, sketching and thumbnailing in advance), it was a lot easier to let loose and have fun thinking up ideas and enjoying the process. Plus, I let my friends know I was doing it this time around and got encouragement and support, which was lovely.
Getting used to finishing drawings:
I did better at this than I thought I would! There are several drawings I've finished this month that I would have given up on if not for this goal. Do I think they were all my best work? No. Did I learn from the process? Yes! And some of the ones that have gotten the most notes were ones I thought no-one would like and struggled to finish. So! I also figured out new ways of motivating myself to finish things, which is also very helpful.
Getting used to posting things:
Also went better than I thought! Although I didn't manage to maintain a cushion of queued posts like I wanted to, the response I've gotten from actually posting my art has been amazing! I've gained several new followers (hello!!) and gotten so many nice comments, and went from being afraid of posting anything to tentatively looking forward to people's reactions, which is a huge improvement for me. Getting that accountability of posting publicly also helped keep me going when I felt like giving up - seeing my friends laugh when I showed them my silly comics or getting nice comments really made me feel like sharing my art is worthwhile. So thank you to everyone who reblogged my art, commented, liked, etc. I'm glad you did!
Improving sketching and lineart:
I definitely think I improved my art skills. Getting into the habit of thumbnailing really helped take the pressure off the sketching phase, and trying so many different ideas pushed me out of my comfort zone and forced me to try drawing things I wasn't so confident on - look how many hands I drew!!!! As for the lineart, I think I've gained a bit more experience in using pens, although I did buy a whole new set of them halfway through the month which put me on a new learning curve. Lineart's never been a huge favourite of mine, and I do miss using my tablet to do lineless art, but the nature of the challenge did help me to loosen up and experiment to keep my mind engaged the whole time.
To end up with a bunch of finished drawings of Spock:
Check! I have 14 finished drawings, with another four sketched and needing inking, plus a whole load of thumbnails to work from in future. I may go back and add colour to some of the days for funsies, but there's several that I can just put on my wall as-is and be proud :)
To let go of a bit of my perfectionism:
I definitely did! Like I said, there's a few of the ones I've posted that I'm not too proud of and know I could do better on, but I've spent all month purposely smacking my hand away from perfectionism, and I know I've tried my best given my limitations. I'm still proud of myself for getting this far, and for posting when I was anxious, and for improving my skills, and now I get to stick up my art on my wall and be proud of it! I'm not magically cured by any means, but I do have a bit more evidence that perfection is not a good goal to pursue, so I'm going to keep this experience in mind for the future.
So what now?
I do have thumbnails for almost all of the rest of the prompts. I am doing NaNoWriMo this month, and I have a digital piece that I want to finish for the 5th (holy shit. three years.) So I think I'll take a little pause on these prompts, but I don't want to stop. I'll keep coming back to them, and keep posting them, until I run out of prompts or motivation, whichever comes first. I've really enjoyed seeing people's reactions to my Star Trek art, especially the comics! I also have a backlog of SPN fanart I want to post, so I'll probably queue some of that to come out soon.
TL;DR: Watch this space!
And if you've been following along/commenting on/reblogging my art this month (or anytime), thank you so much! It's folks like you that make sharing art worthwhile!
#original poast#artie talks#i am feeling so much more positive than any of my previous attempts at an inktober style challenge!#this has genuinely been so much fun and it's so nice to feel like part of a community#i'm sad I didn't get to any of the suptober prompts#cause I had some ideas for those too#but given various life stuff and also my very last minute decision to even attempt it this year i think i did excellently#and I am going to record the fact that I am proud of myself for future-me to look back on#also. uh. the askbox is open if anyone would like to send prompts. i can't make any promises but if something catches my imagination#i may doodle a little thing for you!#chatting is also encouraged! i like making new friends :)
