Those two are Reiko and Havik. in the old timeline they had NOTHING to do with each other Reiko was just Shao Kahn’s croney and it was implied that he was trying to usurp him or become the next Shao Kahn but mk never had a concrete story line until 9 so we’ll never know. Havik is the only notable playable character from the Chaosrealm in the old time line he was just some guy who liked to start shit cause that was basically what the chaos realm was. think of him as MK’s Loki cause....thats just what he is (also he fought by breaking his bones that was kind of cool)

In the NEW TIMELINE they are only ever mentioned in the comics where theres a whole mkx prelude with them teamingup using, Blood magic which is like a new thing in the new timeline, and Reiko gets this stupid not red lantern outfit that comes with knives stabbed into him
