landlord left the rent inspection today Visibly Crying, so I think that means we won at rent inspection, right?
#coats chats#yeah we are going to have to move this summer probably#because our landlords are stupid and past their eyeballs in debt#and also the conses of Literally Just Not Maintaining The Property At All For A Decade#have come home to quence with a vengence#(ie. they're going to have to sell. they clearly don't want to and hope not to. but they're gonna.)#but also.#this sucks for us but more importantly: it sucks Real Bad for our landlord!!#and that's kind of almost like winning.
