Honestly Haru and Futaba is such a good ship idea to me and I'm shocked fan content about it isn't really common at all, like idk if it even has a popular ship name? harutaba is the obvious choice but if there's not one yet i want it to be one of those more creative ones that actually incorporate the characters' personalities and relationship to each other !!

Harutaba headcanon #1

I’ve been playing Persona 5 Royal, and been bitten by the Harutaba bug in the process. So I’ve been thinking about it, and came to a realization: 

You could definitely draw parallels between Futaba and Haru, with Wakaba and Sojiro respectively. 

After the events of Royal, Haru opens her small cafe for business. Futaba checks it out, at first because that’s what friends do. Then Futaba offers to help Haru with tasks like cleaning up and serving customers, like she used to do for Sojiro at Leblanc.  Eventually, Haru starts inviting Futaba to her cafe because she enjoys her company. Then they start spending time at each other’s houses. Futaba becomes a fixture at Haru’s cafe.  No one is surprised when Haru and Futaba announce they’ve started dating.

Harutaba + Love Confession and Florist AU

Futaba likes to buy flowers from the florist shop around the corner purely because it helps make Leblanc look nicer and not becuase she has a crush on the cute florist, shut up Akira.

Meanwhile Haru gets a job at the florist shop because she wants to have her own thing seperate from her fathers company and also it’s nice to see the  cute girl from the cafe who she does not have a crush on thank you very much, Yusuke.

Anyway eventually Haru asks Futaba out and she might go a little overboard by reserving all of Destinyland becuase Futaba says she doesn’t like crowded places and eventually Futaba confesses on top of the Ferris Wheel and they kiss.
