I'm thinking of slipping in Haruko Haruhara(Bunny Girl version) from Fooly Cooly to cosplay soon! Step by step tutorial on the cuff I made for Haruko 1 - Cut out the cuff in the length of your wrist and then cut out the details and the rectangled chain piece from eva , you should have 8 pieces in total to make the whole cuff. 2- Heat the pieces over a stove, without the foam touching the flame to smooth out the pieces or stretch them if they are barely long enough so you dont have to cut new strips again. Warning: careful with the heat! 3 - Glue the thickest 2 pieces to the edge of the cuff piece. 4 - Glue the thinnest 3 pieces to the cuff, two on the edge of the cuff on the inside and one in the middle of the cuff, this will make the division for the black parts. 5 - Take a new strip of eva in a rectangle in the length of choice and attach/sew or glue the closure of you chose to secure the cuff around your wrist on both sides! I glued it! 6 - After the closure is secured paint with two or three layers of gesso the whole cuff and the chain piece and around the edge on the inside. 7 - Mark where the chain will be attached and with the tip on a scissor make the holes on the cuff edges. 8 - Paint the cuff and the remaining pieces in the color each piece requires. 9 - After its all dried carefully glue the chain rectangle piece to the cuff. 10 - Seal the paint and ready! Congrats you have done Haruko's cuff prop! Here's the step by step process to my Haruko Haruhara revolver! 🔫 1 - take the revolver of your choice 2 - take a sanding sheet and sand away the old paint as much as you can without damaging the plastic 3 - paint the prop with two layers of gesso 4 - take the same sanding sheet you used to remove the paint and gently pass the sander all over the prop to sand the gesso till its smooth to you liking! Careful to not sand away the gesso!!! 5 - begin painting your revolver with the colors your choice! (Note: I painted two layers of each color for maximum color!) 6 - Take a small detail brush and paint imperfections or missed spots 7 - leave it to dry for around 8 hours or the whole night to make sure everything sets and congrats you've succesfully re-painted your prop!
