ハリー・ポッターと魔法の歴史展

昨日、午後から有給休暇を取ったので行ってきました。

14時30分前くらいに着いたんだけど、閉館の18時ギリギリまでいました。閉館時間を意識してなくて、最後は慌てて見る感じになっちゃった。ミュージアムショップも行きたかったし。

本は、当時に読んだだけで最近読み返したりはしてないんだけど、すごく楽しめました♪

えっ？！と驚くことや、はっ！！と気付くこととか、何が現実で何が作り話なのか境界があやふやになったり。

あと絵も素晴らしかったです。展覧会のポスターにもなってるフォークスの絵も本当、美しかったし、作者本人のスケッチもかわいかったです。絵手紙の勉強にもなったかしら。

いつも図録は買うんだけど、いろいろ見てる時間がなくて、マンドレイク付箋がかわいかったんだけど、もったいなくて使えなさそうと思い、フォークスのマグカップにしました。杖の形をしたチョコもあったんだけど、私にはちょっと高かったのでやめました。原作に出てくるお菓子とかあったらいいな〜と思ったけど、時間がなくて、あったのかなかったのか…

日時指定予約制です。音声ガイドは事前にアプリをダウンロードして、会場では自分のイヤホンで聞きます。会場での貸出はありません。会場内は写真撮影不可です。

Double doses of the magic of J.K. Rowling to share. Harry Potter: A History of Magic @nyhistory is incredible. Loved reading excerpts of books in JK Rowling’s handwriting, seeing her doodles and reference books and personal edits.
