I had a lot of fun finding/using artworks with circles, lines, and shapes to symbolize different worlds/universes and/or the passage of time...
Artworks used, in order:
"Several Circles" by Wassily Kandinsky (1926)
"To all appearances, it was a hand of flesh and blood just like my own" by Odilon Redon (1896) — A ghostly hand that fits the plot. The artwork's title goes with the fic so well too...
"(#2) (from series, Quantum)" by Garo Antreasian (1966)
"The story of the sun, moon, and stars (1898)" by Agnes Giberne — inspired by the summary "Somewhere along the way, Draco realizes he's been thinking in lines, when he should have been thinking in circles." The original artwork comes with a caption 'Stars whose distances are well-known'... I really feel that it fits since Draco was named after a constellation... Also, the star-circles have numbers on them, which could be interpreted as H/D through different ages...
Max Brückner’s Collection of Polyhedral Models (1900) — Exploring different parallel universe versions of yourself... the more things change, the more they stay the same.
"Construction (SM lg71)" by László Moholy-Nagy (1924) — some mild spoilers for the fic! inspired by the phrases "...plot a path through the many universes such that he would never die." / "flickering through timelines? Just getting glimpses, really" .
"Fish Magic" by Paul Klee (1925)
"The Terrace at Saint-Germain, Spring" by Alfred Sisley (1875)
"Arrival of the Normandy Train, Gare Saint-Lazare" by Claude Monet (1877)
"Charing Cross Bridge: Fog on the Thames" by Claude Monet (1903) — referenced in the fic. i try to pay attention!
"Boy with Kite" by Candido Portinari (1947) — Harry is a precious little lamb. more elaboration here
i’ve been making penguin classics-style covers for fics i have saved on my kindle, as inspired by zeziliazink and bubu0h’s works!

A Brief MV on the Directorial work and techniques of Koichi Sakamoto (Toei Era) "But what about his Kalishplosions on Disney-Era PR?" That wasn't Sakamoto.  Sakamoto was a Stunt Director on Power Rangers From Zeo through *Wild Force*, and a Producer during The Disney-era seasons while he worked on other things.  He doesn't use explosions like that. Sakamoto uses explosions to accent strength; with heroes (and sometimes villains) standing or fighting in defiance of the destruction occurring all around them.  THAT is what makes Sakamoto's use and integration of explosions cool and engaging.  Whereas 'Kalishplosions' make whoever they're used against look pathetic and weak; either because they're shot so poorly it looks like those attacking with them missed or because the individual hit by one tanked a stronger attack earlier; and are near-exclusively used to break from battle. 'Kalishplosions' started appearing in Power Rangers beginning with Ninja Storm when Stunt Director Mark Harris was Hired to fill a director slot vacated BY Sakamoto.  Mark Harris is the credited individual (as in, Check the Credits of the episodes on who did the stunts and his name is RIGHT THERE) responsible for Kalishplosions.  And they became ubiquitous to Disney-era PR as he became the head stunt director for the series at the beginning of SPD, as the previous head, Makoto Yokoyama, left after Dino Thunder to work on the Garo Franchise.  And they are still part of Modern PR-original fight scenes today due to Mark Harris still working on Modern PR. it was actually due to this confusion that the maker of the MV declined to cite Sakamoto’s PR-original stunts and directing in making of it.

Otras Formas, Guillermo Jones
A work of project codes. The work is accompanied by a 90 mm lens diameter (Imagen digital. + lupa Ø 90 mm.) series of 5. In 60 it occurs in Argentina discussed between form and content of the works of art related to ideological factors. In the background of this work I use scans of the leaves of the minutes of 1979 declassified, published by the Ministry of Defence in 2013. Where you can see people classified as "formula 4", that rate implies "Register Marxist ideological background that make it advisable entry and / or stay in the public administration. it did not provide collaboration. be sponsored by the state. We are "vile" and "disgusting" (why are they so obsessed with this word? Why are they so obsessed with us?) for masturbating to Jared Harris' fat rolls? Lmao, wait for them to find out there are people out there (and I mean in the real world) who masturbate to children, corpses and rape videos. Bah, you are right, let them in their frustration and need for attention, that's all they have. By the way MISS ELENA PLEASE TELL ME YOU ARE NOT GIVING UP ON THE VODKA FAMILY, THE WORLD NEEDS YOU!!!!!
(ok this is a week old but)
Oh but you do remember who is in looooove with the world “vile”, don’t you?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s your friendly neighborhood Vampire Putiiiiiin. Despite all the evidence against it, she “never sent anon hate ^___^”. Nope. Never.
Well, we masturbate over Jared’s fat rolls while she gushes over (I won’t say masturbate because let’s face it, even that needs the tiniest amount of imagination) people with power with a knack for control and punishment. So we must all be “punished” because we’re not like her.
Yeap, as I said, there’s no Chernobyl hype anymore. There’s only us shippers. And she’s locked in here with us. Mwa ahahhaa.
Darling! <3 Thank you so much for your support! I haven’t given up on them, it’s just that in April I got a transfer and I knew that I’d be changing working environment in September (new colleagues, new office, new everything). I’ve been waiting for almost six months now and I still don’t know where I’ll be working, so the stress of this change, the six months of waiting, took their toll on my focus and attention, especially when it comes to finishing my beloved fics..
BUT here’s a sneak peek (in case I haven’t posted it already...? .__.; )
Still, something in the air was different when they played like schoolboys in the kitchen that day, when Bacho broke the rules and touched more than his hand, wrestling and tickling him and fumbling under his clothes while everyone looked on, amused, bewildered, alarmingly curious.
There was something in Garo’s worried stare that gave Pavel shivers, as if the Armenian was sniffing the air for intruders - or predators. There was a secret Garo and Bacho shared, something they wouldn’t talk about in front of him, something he sensed the very first day he arrived in the exclusion zone.
Something about the egg basket and how Bacho claimed it from that yellow-haired Estonian.
Pavel blinked the thought away. It was nothing. It was just Bacho being Bacho.
He rubbed his eye breathing in the dusty air. The mist, swirling through the slowly waking camp, was getting thinner like milk dissolving in water when he heard heavy boots slushing through the mud. He turned and there it was, waiting for him as if reading his thoughts, as if anticipating his next move, a big round face with weasel eyes and straw-like hair - so close to him that he could even discern the pale freckles on the man’s wide cheeks.
Pavel knew that face; it was the man who had promised his last egg basket to someone else before giving it up for him. The man who was mocking him for his virginity a few weeks ago, when they were all gathered around the fire, drinking vodka and playing Durak. The same person who was glaring at him and Bacho when they were giggling like kids on that table, on that bench.
Janek.
And he was holding something in his hand.

STEP 1: Decide on a FC you wish to create resources for! You can always do more than one but who are you starting with? There are links to masterlists you can use in order to find them and if you want help, just send us a message and we can pick one for you at random!
STEP 2: Pick what you want to create! You can obviously do more than one thing, but what do you want to start off with? Screencaps, RP icons, GIF packs, masterlists, PNG’s, fancasts, alternative FC’s - LITERALLY anything you desire!
STEP 3: Look back on tasks that we have created previously for tutorials on the thing you are creating unless you have whatever it is you are doing mastered - then of course feel free to just get on and do it. :)
STEP 4: Upload and tag with #TASKSWEEKLY! If you didn’t use your own screencaps/images make sure to credit where you got them from as we will not reblog packs which do not credit caps or original gifs from the original maker.
THINGS YOU CAN MAKE FOR THIS TASK -  examples are linked!
Stumped for ideas? Maybe make a masterlist or graphic of your favourite faceclaims. A masterlist of names. Plot ideas or screencaps from a music video preformed by an artist. Masterlist of quotes and lyrics that can be used for starters, thread titles or tags. Guides on culture and customs.

Project Runway Season 18: Meet the Designers (Geoffrey Mac)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Portfolio
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Age: 41
City: Brooklyn, NY
Background: Avant-garde and Ready to Wear
Items of Note: Mac has a lot of experience working with celebrity clients, particularly on concert tours. He worked with Zaldy Goco to make looks for Lady Gaga for her Monster Ball Tour and Britney Spears for her 2011 Femme Fatale Tour. In 2015, he also worked with renowned stylist Arianne Phillips and Live Nation Entertainment to create custom garments for Madonna's Rebel Heart Tour that included a series of latex bras worn by dancers in the "Holy Water"/Vogue section of the show.
His other celebrity clients include Debbie Harry, Blondie, Björk, and RuPaul's Drag Race winner Sharon Needles.
In 2011, Mac was also the subject of America's Next Top Model, Cycle 16 - Episode 4, the legendary "fire challenge". For this challenge, the contestants modeled his designs during a runway presentation which featured explosive pyrotechnics lining the catwalk.
My Thoughts: Geoffrey Mac is the Garo Sparo of this season, and I’m not sure how I feel about that. I feel like Project Runway is at its best (and most fun) when it features new names with little previous exposure. I don’t love how Project Runway is going for designers who already have a ton of publicity. Still, at least Geoffrey is not obsessed with corsets like Garo. Instead, his specialty is latex. This feels like it could go dominatrix-y very fast, but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.
Looking at his portfolio, I can certainty see his experience and craftmanship. I am not crazy about the predominantly all black palette of his collection. I wish he would use more color. Still, I love some of his pieces, particularly the look he made for Kesha. It’s got serious Artemis vibes, and I love it. Only time will tell if Geoffrey, like Garo, butts head with Nina over his taste level.

Music is the light that illuminates people's hearts-- and that "light" was suddenly taken from the world. The world changed the night the black "Kuroya Meteorite" fell. Grotesque monsters known as D2 emerged from the meteorite and began to overrun the land and people. As the D2 were drawn to melodies people played, eventually "music" itself became taboo. However, those who opposed the monsters appeared. They the "Musicart," girls who draw power from music. They possess the great operas and musical scores of humanity history and use them to defeat the D2.
