Summary

"Cool. Okay, well, sorry," Eddie mumbles into the tense air before disappearing back into the guest room. Steve wishes he would have at least slammed the door shut behind him, shown Steve just exactly how he felt, but all he could hear was the soft click of the lock going into place. Steve's heart shatters and he feels the connection go right along with it. or; the one where steve is pining over eddie dangerously, enough to make his entire world burn.

carol was more than pleased to have steve back in her life after thinking she’d lost him forever. she’d loved him since they were just kids and pushing him away to side with tommy was one of the hardest things she’d ever done. it was one of the things that she’d regretted most out of all the stupid decisions she’d made to keep her high school boyfriend. school was over and she was free of him. she could think for herself. something she wished she’d done long ago. steve wasn’t making her feel bad about it though. he’d been a little standoffish with her at first but now things were back to normal with them as though no time had ever passed. 

“yes, some can. but not mr. andrews. actually i can think of a lot more that wouldn’t.” now her mind was just filled with terrible crossed dressed candidates out of the men in hawkins. “i could just start listing them off.” they both knew that she could. carol could go on for hours rambling with she got something into her head. steve looked cute when he wrinkled his nose and it made her just want to reach out and touch it. and having no impulse control that’s just what she did. pushed her finger right against his nose that was scrunched up like a cute bunny. “or i could just tell you how good i’d look in the lingerie instead.” it was a bold move. one that she’d always wanted to make. if the truth were to be told carol had always had a crush on steve. “yeah, but it’s just because your hair looked better than his. he was just jealous.” it was probably true now that they knew what the did about the old man.

                “you  think  this  is  funny?”  eyes  are  already  livid,  but  now  they’re  like  daggers  piercing  through  one  half  of  these  annoying  harrington’s.  billy  slings  the  lunch  tray  like  a  frisbee  out  of  sheer  anger.  “i’ll  string  you  by  your  head.”  storming  after  the  annoying  asshole,  it’s  because  of  standing  behind  HIM  in  lunch  line  that  tommy  threw  a  pie  in  steve’s  face  but  got  him  too.  tommy  dusted  the  cafeteria  the  second  he  saw  it  got  billy  in  the  midst,  he’s  mostly  pissed  off  whip  cream  is  all  over  his  favorite  jean  jacket.  he’s  thinking  about  strangling,  but  comes  up  with  a  better  idea.  “HARRINGTON,  huh?  they  should  switch  your  name  to  underwearington.”  grabbing  the  waistband  of  his  underwear,  billy  doesn’t  give  him  a  second  to  wonder  why,  he  yanks  his  boxers  up  as  far  as  they’ll  go.  he  hopes  to  god  he  gets  road  burn  from  it,  just  in  the  crack  of  his  ass.

Why is it that when I actually want to sleep I always find the best steddie fics and now I can’t go to sleep and I still have to go to work in a few hours 😐😑

♥ What’s the WORST thing that has happened to you rp wise?

on my first successful oc, i had a mutual follower and someone who i thought was my friend, harbored malicious and jealous feelings towards me, talked about me behind my back and sent me a very distasteful and rude anon message calling me a c*nt. all because we had the same faceclaim, she was playing a canon character and was supposedly jealous over the amount of attention my oc was getting. it was just a really toxic situation and i feel like it’s a driving reason behind why i have trouble keeping a blog or keeping a muse for long periods of time. i was active on that account for over a year constantly and i haven’t kept a blog for that long since.
