give me brooding alejandro who is best friends with resident goofball izzy. alejandro desperately wants to hate her, she’s so loud and clingy, but she’s also so genuine it’s hard not to like her! he’s been stuck with her since she helped drag him through the first few challenges in season one!

also noah absolutely despising izzy is rlly funny to me. she constantly calls him “nono” and he wants to strangle her everytime! (he secretly likes her bc he’s still noah, but that also means he’s much more vocal about his annoyances with everyone)

owen is. batshit insane. that’s about all to be said about him. gives constant stories about growing up in a lab and that’s how he can eat almost anything, claims the government is after him. most people believe him.

give me harold whose still incredibly nerdy and smart, but with incredible aura. everyone loves hearing about all the different camps he’s been to, it explains how cool he is! give me weird off putting bridgette that’s constantly infodumping about the ocean and animals. i love her.

i love the concept of zeke being more of a gentle character who adores animals and has terrible anxiety, it feels fitting! give me freak dj. allow the boy to go feral. i wanna see him be a little nuts he deserves it!

Did you know that Harold’s figure skating in dodgebrawl looks absolutely nothing like actual figure skating. 99% sure at one point he tucks his free leg behind his “skating” during a spin which is a big nono in upright spins cause 1 it looks bad 2 it’ll slow you down and 3 you’ll probably fall

Weekend 2

Harry arrived right on time. Louis opened the door to a warm smile and a basket of chocolate.

"Ok, when I said don't bring pizza, I certainly didn't mean, 'bring loads of chocolates'", Louis laughed, letting Harry in.

"What can I say, I'm such a gentleman," Harry replied with an all knowing smile.

Harry had barely stepped into the apartment when Clifford ran to him. Harry was a bit startled, but soon crouched down and started scratching Cliff behind his ears.

"Someone's not asleep today. How are you Cliffy. You gonna watch a movie with us?", Harry babbled on in a childlike voice as Louis shut the door behind them and moved over to the couch, eyes never leaving Harry.

"Do you know what movie we're watching today?" Louis asked.

"The Incredible Hulk. I've done my research thank you."

"Good," Louis smiled getting the remote. Everything else was already set up.

Harry got up and walked to the couch, Clifford on his heel and as soon as he sat down, Clifford settled himself on Harry's feet.

"So what brought this sudden change of demeanor?" Harry asked, patting Cliff's head.

"Maybe he's expecting more treats."

"Shit. I mean sorry. I didn't get anything for him. I mean I wanted to, but I didn't know if he had any preference or restrictions."

"Chill Harry, I have his food stocked up for a whole month. You needn't get him anything. I was just teasing."

"Oh. Okay."

"You didn't answer my question."

"What was it again?"

"Chocolates."

"Oh that. Well, I saw the stash of chocolates on your fridge the other day, so I got you some more. It was good to know that you have a sweet tooth. But seriously, so many chocolates Louis! One would think you're a five year old."

"Hey, those were not mine."

"Cliff surely doesn't eat those. Do you Cliff?" Harry said, looking down at Clifford during the last bit and scratching his ears, to which he gave a joyful bark. "See, he says no."

"Don't turn my son against me", Louis replied, faux-offended. "No really, those aren't mine. My niece and nephew go to the school around the corner, and they drop by randomly to spend time with their beloved uncle and I spoil them with chocolates."

"How sweet. But am I supposed to believe that you never grab chocolates for yourself?"

"I'm only human Harry. Ofcourse I do."

"Thought as much."

"You wanna see their pictures?"

"Sure."

Louis scrolled in his gallery and pulled out a picture of him holding the hands of two kids on his either side. The shot was taken on a football pitch, Louis wearing a white jersey and the two kids wearing red ones.

"That's Lux and Theo. They accompanied me as mascots that year."

"You play football?"

"What does it look like?"

"No, I mean not just casual games, proper matches! Wow. You're that passionate about it?"

"Yeah, you could say that," Louis smiled at the picture.

"Your niece and nephew are so cute."

"I know right. And you must know they're equally mischievous. Little pranksters."

"Wonder who taught them", Harry teased.

"Cool uncle Louis might have had something to do with it, but you didn't hear it from me."

"Never. My lips are sealed."

"Good."

"That reminds me." Harry fished out his phone and paused. "Do you mind if I get a picture if you?"

"Yeah, but why?"

"I'll save it as your contact image."

"Oh sure."

Louis smiled softly and Harry's heart skipped a beat. He kept staring at Louis through the phone and it wasn't until Louis cleared his throat, that Harry realised what he was supposed to do.

"Just a minute. And--- we're done. Looking good!"

Louis smiled bashfully as he saw Harry open his contact to save the picture. That's when he saw the name.

Louis melted into a puddle at his contact name on Harry's phone and instantly felt bad about saving Harry's name as simply Harry Styles. Looks too professional. He made a mental note to change it later.

"My turn." Louis focussed his camera on Harry, as the boy smiled widely, dimples popping up. Louis smiled too and took the picture. He looked at it for a second before shoving his phone back in his pocket. "Movie?"

"Yeah," Harry replied, easing back in the couch.

"Yeah. No wait- shit I forgot." With that Louis jumped from the couch and sprinted towards the kitchen. Harry sat confused for a while before Louis re-emerged with a tray containing a huge bowl and two plates and cutlery.

"I hope you like pasta."

"Yeah. Oh. Wow. You cooked for me?"

"Haha no Harold. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I can't cook. I had my helper make it."

"Oh."

"Disappointed?" Louis laughed.

"No no, I was just momentarily surprised."

Louis smiled as he set the tray down on the coffee table and and hit play on the remote.

Once again, Louis watched Harry's reaction with great amusement, but this time, he noticed something else too. He noticed Harry's jaw drop every time, the lead actor got shirtless and how terrified he looked everytime he changed to the huge Hulk.

"Don't get too attached Harry. He's only starring in this movie. A different actor plays Hulk in the rest of the movies."

And Harry looked so sad at that, Louis melted.

"Aww, poor Haz."

Harry's lips quirked upwards at the pet name and from the corner of his eyes he could see Louis tense beside him.

"Um, sorry. I didn't mean to--"

"No, nono it's okay. You can call me Haz. I like it."

"Okay." Louis continued after a pause, "remember when I told you not to call me Lou?"

"Yeah, shit sorry, I know last week it slipped off my tongue once or twice."

"Yeah, no I mean, you can call me Lou too."

"Okay," Harry smiled and returned to the screen.

The time passed by pleasantly between movie, pasta, timid glances towards each other and Clifford switching between Harry and Louis' laps.

After the movie ended, Harry turned towards Louis and held his hand out. "Give me your phone."

"What? Why?"

"Just open your Instagram explore page and give. Don't worry I'll not snoop around."

Louis did as told and Harry typed out a username and and clicked on it.

"Here's my private account." Harry said, handing Louis back the phone. "You can follow me here if you want. I can actually post freely on here."

Louis looked st the screen hs94.

Louis didn't want to check it in front of Harry. So he just smiled and nodded. "I will."

Harry smiled back.

"Guess, I should leave now."

Louis ignored the sad voice in his head that had reappeared again.

"Until next week Louis Tomlinson," Harry called walking out the door.

"Until next week Harry."

And as Harry left, Louis took out his phone and edited Harry's contact.

Kape't Pandasal: The Modern Catholic Sermonette of Philippine TV

In the early years of Television, especially in the United States of America, Sermonettes are a staple to begin and end their broadcast day. It ususally leads by a certain religious leader, such as a bishop, a priest, a layman, or even a pastor or a rabbi. These sermonettes has a length of not more than 5 minutes. Not too long ago, GMA Network (Christian network days) began airing Dr. Harold Sala's 'Guidelines' back in the 90's as a post Sign-On sermonette and it even lasted in the early 2000's just before the change of management of the network's top execuitives and the eventual rebranding as a 'Kapuso' network in 2002.

Come October 2004, Jesuit Communications Foundation of the Society of Jesus in the Philippines or the Jesuits based in Loyola Heights inside Ateneo de Manila compound gave birth to a sermonette program on Philippine TV that devotes Catholicism in terms of faith and inspiration. Kape't Pandasal (from Kape, and a portmanteau of Pandesal and Dasal, or Coffee, a Filipino Breakfast Bread, and Prayer) began as a segment of Magandang Umaga Pilipinas in 2004 over ABS-CBN (replacing Magandang Umaga Bayan), and three years later, it became a stand-alone program in 2007 after MUP folded and became Umagang Kay Ganda.

Some of the original hosts were Fr. Jboy Gonzales S.J. of Ateneo de Davao University, Fr. While other hosts were became part of the program during its 15-year existence until the recent addition of Manila Cathedral’s Vice-Rector Fr. Kali Llamado, who was chosen among hopeful's who want to become the next host of the daily sermonette through auditions and intensive screenings last year since Fr. Ernald Andal S.J., one of the hosts went abroad to undergo his masteral degree.

Im autistic & adhd and this series has been really great for me for a long time? Bc as others have said two /protagonists/ with adhd is amazing. I always headcanoned Captain to be autistic & adhd, sorry if this isnt relevant to anything i just needed to talk to some1 about this series

Século XIX: Status, vestidos pomposos, carruagens, bailes… Kathelyn Stanwell, a irresistível filha de um conde, seria a debutante perfeita, exceto pelo fato de que ela detesta a nobreza; é corajosa, idealista e geniosa. Nutre o sonho de ser livre para escolher o próprio destino, dentre eles inclui o de não casar-se cedo. No entanto, em um baile de máscaras, um homem intrigante entra em cena… Arthur Harold é bonito, rico e obstinado.

Supondo, por sua aparência, que ele não pertence ao seu mundo, à impulsiva Kathelyn o convida a entrar no jardim – passeio proibido para jovens damas. Nunca mais se veriam, ela estava segura disso. Entretanto, ele é: o nono duque de Belmont, alguém bem diferente do homem que idealizava, só que, de um instante a outro, o que parecia a aventura de uma noite, se transforma em uma paixão sem limites.

Porém, a traição causada pela inveja e uma sucessão de mal-entendidos dão origem ao ciúme e muitas reviravoltas. Kathelyn será desafiada, não mais pelas regras sociais ou pelo direito de trilhar o próprio caminho, e sim, pela a única coisa capaz de vencer até mesmo a sua força de vontade e enorme teimosia: o seu coração.

Se vocês acham que eu tinha desistido de ler este livro da Babi depois que me decepcionei com o Entre o amor e o silêncio estão muitíssimos enganados. Por se tratar de um romance de época e não de um romance contemporâneo, eu, claro, criei inúmeras expectativas. E não me decepcionei.

Bem, pelo menos em parte.

A Promessa da Rosa é um livro ambientado na Inglaterra no século XIX. A protagonista é a Kathelyn Stanwell, filha mais velha do Conde de Clifford. Ela, como uma garota sonhadora e cheia de ideais, deseja se casar por amor. Ela é inteligente, bonita, formosa, sabe língua grega e tudo sobre a cultura da Grécia e é por essas qualidades que ela acaba conquistando o Duque de Belmont, Arthur Harold.

Arthur, como um duque, sabe que pode conseguir o que quer, inclusive, a própria Kathelyn. O único problema é que ela é uma jovem difícil e não vai se entregar tão facilmente a um homem com o orgulho e ego acima de tudo. Ainda assim, Arthur faz um acordo com o pai de Kathelyn muito antes de pedir a mão dela em casamento. O Conde de Clifford, claro, aceita o acordo de Arthur em conquistar a moça antes de levá-la ao altar — mesmo com o compromisso já acertado sem a Kathelyn saber.

Kathelyn acaba sendo conquistada pelo duque, assim como Arthur por ela. Ambos estão apaixonados, mas por inveja, ciúme e um grande mal entendido, eles acabam se separando. Kathelyn é a pessoa que mais sofre, afinal, ela foi renegada pelo pai, colocada pra fora de casa, teve que se virar sozinha no mundo graças à hipocrisia da aristocracia — e a estupidez do Duque de Belmont (sério, tive vontade de esganar esse bofe de mil maneiras diferentes — e ainda não seriam o suficiente).

Como uma garota que tem garra e não desiste da luta, Kathelyn decide se mudar e refazer a sua vida. E, por isso, anos depois, por ter uma voz angelical, Kathelyn acaba se tornando uma cantora muito famosa na França. O duque como está passando um tempo por lá, acaba reencontrando o seu grande amor — ele só não esperava que a cantora tão falada fosse justamente ela (essa foi a melhor cena, sério).

O livro é muito bom e envolvente, o que mais me deixou irritada foi justamente o mocinho. Ele é indeciso, mandão, egocêntrico, chato, ciumento e hipócrita. Sinceramente? Ele não a merece.
