Sometime last year, a friend casually mentioned something about the name of building that the original MILK shop was in being confusing or hard to google. So I absolutely went hog wild and researched every possible thing I could think of about this building and ended up staring at google maps to find where the old entrance would have been, then my partner was playing Persona and I was like “omg, this is where MILK was!” And I got totally obsessed with the idea that harajuku is the way it is because a drive in diner for US service men was there in the 50s. And then I went to Tokyo and was going to stand where MILK used to be, but by then I was over it and was like “I already went there the last time we went to Japan, I just didn’t know it was MILK at the time, i don’t got time in my schedule for this!”. Lol I didn’t even go to kiddyland.

anyways, idk if she used that info in a blog post, but I have dozens of jpegs saved of 1970s Tokyo shop fronts because of this, so maybe if she didn’t, I’ll try to put these (very boring, very numerous) thoughts out there on tumblr sometime.

or at least the jpegs and a rundown.

Thank you so much! I don’t really have fashion inspirations. If I see something that I like I save it on my laptop but I don’t really have some specific places I go for inspiration. I follow Tokyo fashion and you will always find some inspiration there! And one of the last things I got a lot of inspiration from is the new mv of Got7! Also I have a really big love for Solange her style, it is also bold and a lot of colors! But I just love to mix and it makes me happy all those colors! And seeing that other people also love it makes me even more happy! But I really have to search for some inspiration, unfortunately a lot of people are still afraid to wear and use bright colors.
