#happymothersday❤️ so today’s #drawings is themed around #chococat and kid #senkuishigami from #drstone not sure how old Senku was when his awesome dad took him in as his son but being as he knew he was adopted I wonder what life was like for him before he was adopted by a man who let him be as curious about science as he was and even supported that love of science from such a young age; also why I’ve given kid Senku a #sanriochococat plush is both chococat and Senku are being raised by one parent; chococat cat’s parents are divorced so he lives with his mum; AND both have a love of science 🧬 (( also I wonder if Senku was picked on for being adopted or only having a dad before getting Taji as a best friend as a kid;; also wonder if Chococat gets teased for only having his mum in the picture? Don’t always happens but in some cases it pops up in Japanese stories/ anime/manga where if the kid character only has one parent or has been taken in after losing their parents get called weird by other kids in their class or made fun of for it until they make a good friend who doesn’t care about it; when it comes to them being in high school it’s not a topic but when they’re little kids it does come up; but so far being as how logical Senku is he doesn’t seem bothered by it because he knows his adopted father cares for him and supports him he was quite brash with him but he did care for him they definitely have a normal family bond; as his father who knows him said he likes to be able to do for himself but his son knows his dad supports him; think Senku biggest regret is not being able to tell his adopted father what a great dad he was or that he couldn’t say goodbye to him one last time). Anyway if your mother has been a great support to you please let her know while you still have her in your life so happy Mother’s Day
