So, Birthday..

I wonder how much they tweaked it compared to CL’s 2015 version tbh. The song isnt bad

BUT

The problem is... i can hear CL’s flow on it. Like the vocal and the rap parts as well- even lyrics wise sound like it was made for CL. imo it has her style written all over it.

Sure, it might he bc it’s the same producers team that did 2ne1’s and hers songs~ but thats also problematic. I hear its a good song, but i can’t really enjoy it knowing it’s a recycle from CL’s solo.

Give the new artists new music, stop recyling songs that are styled for someone else. The fashion and MV too; the coat is so much like the Hyein Seo one CL wore and the MV is mix between Happy and Boombayah.

So tired of YGE at this point.

I'm so sorry it took me so long to answer! I think I already did this a while ago, so I'll list five new ones:

🌼 dino birthday set - this is the gfx that received the most love up until now and I'm really proud of it! it was inspired by japanese newspaper and movie posters

🌼 s.coups spicy gfx - when I first listened to CL alpha album, most of the songs made me think of coups, that's why I decided to make a series of gfx based on the album. this is the first I made (I only made another one, actually) and I'm really proud of it. it was inspired by bottles of spicy sauce ahah

🌼 onew DICE tracklist - this is probably one of my favourite gfxs I ever made, as it includes two of my favourite things in the world: onew and flowers. I wanted to make something to celebrate the release of his mini album and was obviously inspired by a dice ahah

🌼 woozi obsession - I don't know why, but there's something about this gfx that I really like. when I was making it I was quite surprised by myself, as it's slightly different from what I usually do. I'm always a bit afraid of using dark colours or black in general, but I'm really happy how this one turned out

🌼 bap 10th anniversary - this set took me weeks to make, but it's probably among my favourites for sentimental reasons ahah I had so much fun making it, rewatching all their mvs and variety shows, but it also made me cry just as much. bap is one of my favourite bands and I'm happy that I made something to celebrate all their achievements in the last 10 years
