Every scene is well thought out, like that scene where Hannibal receives a coin from Bella. it’s so symbolic that she brings him a coin when she comes to die in his office. It's like paying Charon to get into the underworld. She knows that he’s as a doctor can’t not to save her life if he finds out that she took a lot of medicine to commit suicide. She gave him opportunity to control her existence. Despite life it’s so valuable. And what is Hannibal do? He throws that coin relying on luck, because it’s nothing means to him.
