It was a loud night in the Lee Siblings Dorm. With both Yangyang and Haechan over and everyone having a free day the next day, The six members decided to gather in Mark and Hannah’s room for a mini Mario Kart tournament.
“No!” Haechan's cries of despair were all the other five could hear as he came in right behind Yangyang and coming in third. “Dammit, Yangyang! Haeeunnie, you have to avenge me.”
“I got you, Duckie,” Hannah laughed while Yangyang set up the next round. She turned to Yangyang with an open mouthed smirk, tongue pushing against her cheek the slightest bit. “How about we make this interesting, Schnucki?”
Yangyang turned to her with a raised eyebrow. “I’m listening.”
There was a slight tension in the air as the couple stared each other down. Haechan had a knowing grin on his face, already aware of what Hannah had up her sleeve. Mark popped some chips into his mouth as if he were watching a movie while Sungchan and Shotaro watched with wide eyes.
“If I win,” she began, “then you have to make it seem like you slept with me to Ten oppa and Kun baba.”
Yangyang gulped. Everyone knew that, out of all the NCT members, Kun and Ten were among the top overprotective members over Hannah. Well, after Haechan.
Haechan snorted at that, knowing that, despite Hannah and Yangyang both being adults, the news of them sleeping together would incur rage from Kun and Ten. Also Doyoung and Jungwoo, but going to the WayV dorms may be safer for this consequence because Johnny and Taeyong are quite unpredictable.
“Good luck, hyung,” Sungchan laughed after clarifying the proposed consequence to Shotaro. “I’ll try to make sure you at least have a body for your wake and funeral.”
“But we haven’t slept together,” Yangyang’s eyebrows furrowed. “Well, not in that way.”
“Which is why this’ll be funnier,” Haechan shrugged.
Hannah chuckled and reached back to fist bump him before turning back to Yangyang. “And, if you win, I’ll grant you a wish.”
“A wish?”
“Anything you want,” she smiled sweetly at him. A stupid grin spread across his face while he pulled out his phone.
“I don’t like where this is going,” Mark spoke up. “My bed is literally just across those cubbies.”
“Not like that, you loaf of white bread,” Hannah threw one of her throw pillows at him. “Save your fantasies for your girlfriend.”
“Hey! I don’t have fantasies about my girlfriend!”
"Yeah, well, half the world's population does." She shook her head at Mark's appaled expression and turned to Haechan and Shotaro who were both snickering. “I’m glad you two are enjoying this.”
“Start the game already,” Shotaro got out amidst his laughter.
She shook her head and started the game with Yangyang. Ten minutes, a lot of screaming, multiple bananas thrown, and a string of curses later, Hannah passes the finish line just a second before Yangyang. His anguished cries were drowned out by the sound of five people cheering.
He gave them an incredulous look. “Was no one on my side?”
“Sorry,” Shotaro laughed.
“Not sorry,” Haechan continued, “we all want to see you get beat up by Kun hyung and Ten hyung.”
“This will be fun,” Sungchan grinned.
Mark shook his head and got up. “I’ll get the first aid kit.”
“They’re not actually going to kill me, are they?” Yangyang looked at everyone who remained in the room. Upon seeing the looks on their faces, he let out a nervous chuckle. “I’m dead.”
He pulled out his phone and opened his message thread with Ten, knowing that the Thai boy was sitting in Kun’s room listening to drafts their leader had in his computer. He typed out a message before shutting his phone once again and proceeding to hide in Mark’s closet.
“I’m not here,” was the last thing he said before shutting the door.
Hannah chuckled and got up. “I made rabokki earlier today, and there’s pork belly in the fridge. You guys hungry?”
“Noona, you’re the best,” Sungchan grinned at her before racing out the door and towards the kitchen, Haechan hot on his heels.
“You don’t really think they would attack Yangyang, do you?” Shotaro asked her while helping her up. He helped her pick up the bags of chips left behind and let her loop her arm through his.
She laughed and guided him to the living room. “Sweet, innocent Roo. Keep your eyes on the living room door. In about 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1.”
Comically on cue, the door practically slams open as Ten's worried figure walks right in. He gathers her right into his arms, cradling her head to his chest, which proved a struggle considering her arm was linked with Shotaro’s. Kun slammed the door behind him and headed straight into her and Mark’s room.
“Where is he?”
Hannah and Shotaro exchange glances before Shotaro escapes her arm and pokes her cheek before rushing to the kitchen to keep Sungchan and Haechan there.
“Oppa, what are you doing?”
Ten dragged her to the couch and coddled her to himself. “My little baby was violated!”
She snorts, but let’s Ten do what he wants. From the sound of his voice, he was either about to break a person or break down crying.
Mark steps into the hall with the first aid kit in hand. “Oh, hey, hyung. What’s up?”
“How could you leave her alone with the sheep?”
The 99 liner was about to speak when the door next to him opened to Kun dragging a protesting Yangyang out into the living room by the ear. Hannah held back her laugh and tried to head to the kitchen. Keyword: tried.
“Not so fast, Hannah Lee,” Ten pulled her down next to him, “you’re not leaving my sight anytime soon. Mark, I’m sleeping over.”
“Knock yourself out.”
She watched in amusement while Kun dragged Yangyang onto the couch and stood in front of him. The WayV leader pulled out his phone and showed it at the maknae’s face.
“What is this?”
She squinted her eyes to read the screen. Yangyang’s message read ‘do you think the pill is good enough protection?’ and, once she read it, she burst into laughter. Kun turned to her with a stern look on his face.
“Huang Huanuo,” he faced her, “are you laughing right now? This is serious! Do you know what could happen? To both you and your career? Were you even ready? Did he pressure you?”
Yangyang looked appalled, “Wait, why am I the bad guy?”
“Not now.” Ten's glare combined with his serious voice silenced the younger.
“Baba, relax,” Hannah escaped from Ten's hold and placed her hands on Kun’s shoulders. “I know my limits, and I know whether I’m ready or not. You don’t have anything to worry about.”
Kun looked more stressed put than he ever did in his life. “Nothing to worry about? Huanuo, I know you aren’t ready to do something like that, especially this early in a relationship. When I tell you it’s okay to tell us if he pressured you rather than protect him, then it’s okay.”
“Besides,” Ten stood and placed a hand on her back, “the industry we’re in is cruel. If the pill doesn’t work, then you’re gonna be torn apart. I don’t want you getting hurt over him.”
“Relax, guys,” she shifted so she could face the two older members at the same time, “you don’t need to fight anyone. This was a prank. Like you said, baba, I’m not ready for anything like that.”
When the words registered in their head, she could see them physically relax. Kun pulled her into a hug, which she returned to somewhat apologize for making him panic. Ten in the meantime shook his head a little before bending down in front of Yangyang.
“You better be thankful this is a prank,” he threatened the younger. “I don’t care if we’re group mates. If I hear you hurt my baby in any way, shape, or form, or forced her into something she doesn’t want to do, you’ll cease to exist.”
Yangyang’s eyes widened as he nodded. “I won’t. Don’t worry.”
“Good.”
She chuckled at their exchange before patting Kun’s back. “You good, there?”
“I was so worried.” Kun buried his face into her hair. “Never ever do something like this again, okay? I almost had a heart failure.”
“Got it,” she smiled. “Do you guys want to stay for dinner? The six of us have rabokki and pork belly on the menu. I can whip up egg rolls.”
Ten looked confused. “Six of you?”
“Six of us.” Yangyang confirmed while standing up and pointing to the counter that separated the living room/dining area from the kitchen where four figures were poised. “Mark hyung, Haechan, Shotaro, and Sungchan are watching from there.”
The four in question waved while happily munching on chips as if it were pop corn. Hannah let go of Kun and proceeded to scold the four for eating chips right before eating dinner. Yangyang rushed over to help her set everything up.
“Good show, hyungs,” Haechan smiled brightly, “I enjoyed it. Understood nothing, but enjoyed it!”
Kun and Ten met eyes for a moment before Kun practically collapsed onto the couch in exhaustion.
“Hannah and Mark’s manager moving out is the worst decision the company has ever made.”

Hannah was jumping lightly while standing by the side of the practice room. Mark stood next to her trying to help her with how the performance would go while the rest of superm sat by the front of room where they had agreed to sit while watching each other. This was so they could decide what solo stage to have on the concerts.
“You know,” Mark began, “I’m pretty sure the hyungs are kinda not prepared for your stages. They all literally think of you as a cute child.”
“Only the ones not in NCT,” she shrugged while adjusting her in-ear. “Ten oppa, too. Do you think I should have worn something more covered up? Just to lay it on them a little easier?”
Mark looked down at her tank top and shorts before taking off his plaid over shirt and giving it to her. She laughed and slipped it on before walking out into position. With that, she began her rehearsals.
On the side of the older members, Taeyong chuckled a little as they watched Hannah get ready. Taemin looked at him curiously.
“Taeyong-ah, why are you laughing?”
“I just remembered that this is going to be the first time you see Hannah like this,” Taeyong began. “She only ever puts on her sexy persona for specific songs when we’re on tour. If you haven’t seen or heard her solo sm station or the one she did with Miya, then you’re in for a surprise.”
“Sexy?” Baekhyun scoffed, “Hannah? Fierce, maybe. But sexy? She’s a baby, no way.”
Just then, the music started. Taeyong was right, the older members were surprised. Except for Lucas who was being supportive and cheering the whole time.
At the end of both her songs, they could see her talk to Mark for a bit before she ran up to them. The grin on her face was a stark contrast to the sultry looks she was giving the mirror just a few minutes prior.
“How was it? Did I do okay? I think I could have done better, but I don’t know.”
“You did great,” Taeyong smiled at her.
Taeyong’s words with Lucas’s frantic nodding and Ten proudly pinching her cheek, her grin grew the slightest bit bigger. She turned to her sunbaes-turned-groupmates and smiled sheepishly.
“It wasn’t too weird, was it?”
“Are you always like this?” Kai asked her. She shrugged while Mark scoffed.
“You should see her with Haechan when we perform Baby Don’t Like It.”
“I’m from California,” she playfully rolled her eyes, “What else do you expect from me?”
“A more subtle performance,” Baekhyun said bluntly. “Something suited for your age, young lady.”
Hannah laughed at his expression. “I’m an adult, now. I’m pretty sure this is fine.”
Baekhyun suddenly turned to Kai and started discussing ways to possibly keep creeps from getting to her especially since they knew she’d be performing like that. She and the rest of the NCT members laughed a little. Ten quickly joined the discussion while Taeyong and Mark stood up to help Lucas prepare for his presentation of his solo stage. She turned to the SHINee boy who had said nothing so far.
“You’re like me,” was the first sentence that came out of his mouth.
She let out a laugh before pretending to moan in suffering. “Oh no, I never planned on becoming you.”
Despite the initial shock at her performance, she heard Baekhyun snort while Kai let out a laugh upon hearing that.
“Whatever,” Taemin wrinkled his nose at her while poking her forehead. “At least I’m taking it better than those two. I wonder what will happen when they remember you’re performing No Manners.”
“I’m actually really excited for that,” she clapped her hands while looking back on the choreography they were shown through video earlier that day.
There was a moment of silence in the group previously discussing her safety measures from creeps. The three boys exchanged looks before turning to Taemin and Hannah who were both ready to laugh.
She watched as Kai stood up and started pacing with his hands on his head while Baekhyun groaned and sunk to the floor.
Ten pulled her to his chest. “Noooo, my baby can’t be doing this yet!”
“Oppa, not your baby,” she laughed while trying to get out of his grip. “Taemin oppa, tell Ten oppa that I’m an adult now.”
“Barely,” Taemin chuckled. “Now would all four of you get a grip? Lucas is about to show us what he prepared.”
Mark, who had come back from assisting Lucas after realizing Taeyong could handle Lucas on his own, sat down beside her. He took a look at Baekhyun and Kai who were still glancing at Hannah in surprise every once in a while.
“The EXO hyungs surprised?”
“I think they forgot that I’m 20 now,” she whispered.
“You’re still the maknae, though,” Mark pointed out, “and you don’t share the maknae role here. They’re bound to think you’re like eleven or something.”
“Figures,” she chuckled as Lucas’s music started. “I can’t wait till we start on No Manners.”
“I still can’t believe they put you in No Manners but not me.”

(uwu with me over baby jisung)
“Noona, are you sure you don’t want to come over for Christmas?”
Hannah looked over at Jisung and smiled at him. She wasn’t able to go back to San Francisco for the holidays, so some of her friends had offered to bring her over. Goeun, Donghyuck and Jisung invited her over to their homes, but she decided to stay at the trainee dorms. Besides, the trainee manager she was assigned under told her to stay back for a bit because the company wanted to talk to her about a few things. Ah, yes. The nerves were starting to kick in.
“It’s fine.” She ruffled Jisung’s hair. “I think the company needs to discuss something important with me.”
“But what about Christmas dinner?”
“I have Kun oppa,” she reassured him. “We’ll be fine. Tell auntie that I appreciate her offer, though.”
“Yes, Noona.”
Hannah watched Jisung as he flopped himself back onto her bed. He had come to keep her company since he was heading back home in the morning the next day. She had her dorm all to herself since all the other girls were somehow able to go back home. She wasn’t. She couldn’t.
“I know!” Jisung shot up from his position lying down. “How about Yoonmi? I’m sure she needs someone with her right now.”
“I think it’s best to leave her to her brother and the Bangtan oppas.” She thought back to her conversation with Yoonmi that morning. The younger sounded so lost on the phone that Hannah almost ran out of the dorm to look for her. Though Jisung didn’t know why she had gone on a mini hiatus, he was still worried for his friend.
“I just hope she’s okay,” he muttered worriedly. Hannah sat next to him and let him place his head on her shoulder. There were a few moments of silence before he spoke again. “Noona, are you completely absolutely 100% sure you don’t want to come with me?”
Hannah let out a laugh. “I can’t go against the company, Sungie.”
“That never stopped you before.” The pout was evident in his voice. “Let the company wait until after the new year.”
“You can try, but it won’t work.” Donghyuck came from out of nowhere. “Trust me, I’ve tried. She’s set on staying.”
“Duckie, you can’t just walk into the girl’s dorm like that.”
“Yes I can when you’re the only one home,” he sat on Jisung’s other side and pulled the younger boy in a hug.
“That sounds so wrong,” she muttered.
“Wanna eat ramen with me?”
Hannah laughed but hit Donghyuck in the face with a pillow. Jisung sat confused in between the two of them while they burst into even more laughter upon seeing his face.
“What?”
“You don’t need to know,” the two 00 liners said in sync.
“That’s still so scary.” Jisung shook his head at how in sync his older friends were.
Christmas eve came a lot faster than she thought. She enjoyed having the dorm to herself mostly because she could practice a little more without bothering anyone else. Now, she found herself heading up to Lee Sooman’s office. To be fair, she could have been dressed a bit more appropriately, but she had spent the entire morning practicing a choreography that she had learned with Jisung the day before he left. Fingers digging into her palms, she took a deep breath and approached the familiar door. She knocked on it before walking in and sitting across the desk from her CEO.
“Good afternoon, Haeeun-ah,” he greeted her. He always used her Korean name. “Have you eaten yet?”
“Ah, I was planning on having a meal with Kun oppa and Ten oppa after this,” she explained. Her fists clenched a little tighter. “I’ve been practicing today.”
“That’s nice,” he nodded. He smiled at her before continuing. “I guess you’re wondering why you’re here.”
“Is it obvious?”
“Just a little bit,” he chuckled. “I need to talk to you about something. Do you remember our next projects for 2016?”
“I think so.” Hannah was confused, but she listed down what she remembered anyway. “There’s the SM Stations, and there’s also NCT.”
“I’ll cut to the chase here,” he told her. “NCT has three units as of now. What I wanted to talk to you about today was adding you into the Dream unit.”
Hannah’s jaw dropped. Of course she knew which unit he was talking about. “Not a female unit?”
“No. Not yet, at least. You’ll be in this unit with Jeno, Jaemin, Donghyuck, Mark, and Jisung. Similar to BTS. Do you know them?”
“Yes,” she answered. “I’m friends with their female member. I don’t mean to sound rude, but why me?”
“I’m sure you’ve noticed,” he explained, “we’ve been making you perform with the boys during evaluations. We also put you in the boy’s dance classes. Mainly, we see your potential, and your chemistry with them seems to be a little better than with the girls.”
Hannah looked down and felt guilty. She really did try to get closer to the other girls, but it was just plain awkward if Yeri or Goeun weren’t there with her. Her walls never fully came down around them, not like with the boys.
“If you accept,” the CEO continued, “you’ll be training with the Dream kids fully, and you’ll move into the dorm with them, if that’s okay with you. You may also be featured in the reality show we’re preparing for NCT. If it’s okay with you, we’ll  be promoting you using your English name rather than your Korean name. We know you use both alternatingly, but we thought using your English name was best. What do you say?”
Hannah thought about it for a while. It wasn’t a girl group like she had originally thought. Then again, the dance trainer always told her she’d be great with boy group style choreographies. She’d feel sorry for the girls, but she worked a lot better with the boys. She thought back to her friend. Yoonmi had faced a lot of hate solely for being a girl. Hannah thought for a bit. That way, they’d have each other to relate to, at least. This could be a good surprise for when the boys come back from the holidays, too. She couldn’t wait to see the look on their faces when all their jokes about her debuting with boys became a reality.
“I’d love to,” she agreed. Lee Sooman smiled at her and picked up a folder from his desk.
“Just read through this contract. I put the English copy in there for you, but it’s the Korean one you have to sign.”
She nodded and unclenched her hands. She winced lightly at the crescents in her palm before taking the folder and skimming through the contract. She already knew most of it since she was with Donghyuck when he read through his. It was pretty much the same thing aside from her having her own personal female manager. After five minutes, she signed the paper, already knowing what she felt about it due to helping Donghyuck discuss it. She handed the folder back to him and bowed.
“That was quick.”
“I helped Donghyuck process it when he got his,” she admitted.
“I see,” he smiled. “Do you think you can move your things to their dorm by the 27th? I can get one of the male managers to help since we still have to choose your manager.”
“I think I can get the oppas to help me.”
“Alright, that's settled then.” He stood and held his hand out to her. “Welcome to NCT, Haeeun. Ah, I mean Hannah.”
She shook his hand and bowed before leaving the room. A grin slowly made it up to her face. She couldn’t wait to tell everyone. She looked at the clock and grinned before running down to the practice room to get her bag. First, she had dinner with Kun and Ten.
“Speak, child,” Ten called from the kitchen counter. Dinner ended pretty quickly, with her trying her best to keep silent about the news. “You’ve been excited the whole time we were eating. What’s up?”
She looked at Ten and felt her excitement grow. She knew he was debuting in a different NCT unit, but still NCT nevertheless. They were debuting in the same group. Her grin must have scared him a little. He got off of the kitchen counter and approached her only to flick her forehead.
“Stop that.” He started drying the dishes she was washing. “You look like the Cheshire cat.”
“Scared?”
“You wish. Thank God I’m not stuck with you.”
“But you are,” she began, “because we’re gonna be in the same group.”
“Oh my god, are you serious?” He threw his head back and groaned. Then his head snapped back towards her in full alert. “Oh my god, are you serious?”
She couldn’t hold in her laughter at how Ten did a double-take just like in tv shows. She nodded.
“A different unit, though.”
“Who cares?” Ten yelled. “Baby, we’re debuting together!”
“Don’t call me baby,” she whined at him. Ten placed his hands on her shoulders and bent down to look her right in the eyes.
“Baby,” he teased. She scrunched up her nose and moved to hit him, but he ran away.
“KUN BABA,” she decided to yell in Mandarin, “TEN GEGE IS BULLYING ME.”
“KUN, HANNAH IS LYING!”

Prompt: “Can I pet your dog?” “Do I know you?”
Tumblr media
“Knock knock, open up!”
“Looks like my baby missed me.”
Hannah snorted when the door to the WayV dorm opened in front of her. She smiled when she saw Ten on the other end.
“Yangyang’s your baby. I’m not your baby, oppa,” she raised gave him a pointed look.
“Not according to your resolution,” Ten reminded her.
She laughed and walked right in and towards the fridge. She took one of the cans of beer and put it right into Kun’s big black mug. She followed Ten into his room and sat down.
“I got myself a drink if you don’t mind,” she told him before noticing his phone. “Oh! You’re on instagram live? Hi, guys! Follow me on instagram!”
“She’s crashing our dorm again,” Ten told the czennies while pulling her chair closer to him. “Thank god no one else is here. She always pays attention to everyone except me.”
“That is a lie, and you know it.”
Ten simply shrugged before going through the comments. She smirked and took a swig of her beer. A giggle escaped her. There was something amusing about having thousands of people watch her drink alcohol but not one of them knowing.
Just then, Bella came in and curled up next to Ten’s feet. She watched fondly when Ten bent down to pick Bella up. She didn’t notice Ten get close enough to her mug to smell what was inside. He sat back up and stared at her with wide eyes.
“Hannah, did you choose that drink?”
“Yes, I did. Bella’s here, guys! Oppa, can I pet your dog?”
“Do I know you?”
“What?” Hannah was confused. Ten plucked the mug out of her hand before placing Bella on the floor again and getting up to put the mug on a shelf she couldn’t reach.
“We haven’t hung out just the two of us for months and that’s what you’re drinking? You can’t be growing up yet! What happened to my baby who didn’t like the smell of alcohol? Who are you?”
Hannah snorted, “Oppa, one, not your baby. Two, I’ve been legal since last year.”
“It never processed in my head,” Ten admitted before completely ignoring her first statement and pulling Hannah from her chair into his lap. “You have to tell me stories. Have you ever gotten drunk? Who did you first drink with?”
“I drank with the 00 line first,” she shrugged, “I thought we could do tipsy karaoke tournament before Kun baba finds out and reacts like you did. Or before Yangyang crashes our hangout honestly.”
Ten chuckled while playfully shoving her back into her chair. She let out an exaggerated yelp of pain and glared at him. He shrugged.
“I am so beating you. But, rule is no drinking while we’re on live.”
She rolled her eyes at him. “Fine. Now, can I pet your dog?”
“Go pet your own dog.”
“But Minnie is at Chenle’s place!”
“Well, too bad.”
Hannah huffed and crossed her arms while pouting. She didn’t do it in an aegyo manner, but a little more natural. Her promising herself she’d act more like a maknae especially with 18 members older than her in the group as of then (14 if not including the 00line, though Donghyuck always insisted she call him oppa) was really sticking to her. Ten chuckled and patted her head.
“Go ahead, baby.”
