so do you have any theories about what is going on with Adam? Tonight was his first match in 5 1/2 weeks. Until today he hadnt wrestled since Blood and Guts. I know he was on tv for the ambulance promo and dynamite 200 to announce they resigned. Has been on any others since besides those since Blood and Guts? also outside of one house show match he hasnt had a singles match since Mox at Revolution. It really does feel like since Blood and Guts he's just like not around or important.

I have absolutely no clue. Genuinely. I’ve been trying to understand why myself, but I can’t rattle my brain enough to figure it out.

Like, my brain goes to “injury” but he seems okay in the trios.

It may also be just the stress and drama of re-signing may have upended certain plans they had, and then maybe possibly punk’s shenanigans exacerbating all that.

I remember him being frustrated during his title reign that he wasn’t wrestling as frequently, so I don’t think it’s his choice to wrestle so little?

But perhaps with all the nonsense that’s been happening, he seems more comfortable just participating in matches with his friends rather than going out there alone.

I don’t know, but it’s frustrating being on the outside of it all with little to no real answers.

it really has been quite interesting to see what people choose. ive been a wwe since i was born. and never left that bubble. id fall out with wrestling and go a while without watching and then get sucked back in. i think id be in one of those periods if not for aew. and even though i dont watch anything but aew (and i did watch wrestle kingdom this year) i like knowing who all these other people are that work for like njpw, roh, mlw etc. im not in the bubble anymore and i dont miss it at all.

same right here! I would go through periods of watching wwe and periods of not, but never ventured elsewhere. now I’m watching aew, starting to watch roh thanks to bandido, and getting ready to learn and hopefully watch more njpw. I keep up on wwe mainly through other people here that watch and reblog stuff from it, but as for what I watch, I just skip to drew’s bits on mnr, watch those, see if I want to gif anything from it and then dip back out. and the same for nxt, I just skip to any of the bits with the ue or their matches and watch that, although I’ve missed that the last few weeks and have just been relying on other people who watch dkjfdkgf oh, and the ppvs! I watch the ppvs. but that’s about it these days for how much I watch wwe.

i just had a thought! if Kota does get involved i would eventually down the line like Adam to go do his own thing again away from The Elite. (i am not enjoying elite adam anymore) we circle around to final getting the payoff for the elite murdering chugs. kyle is back and healthy. roddy is there. but the elite have kota. enter adam. adam is the fourth member of chugs team so we get adam squared taking on the elite. and during this budge reminds adam who his real friends are.

i feel like DON was a proper return since it was a special match. this time we got to hear his entrance music, see him head to the ring & wear his regular gear. while i loved his entrance at DON i have so missed his regular entrance. i literally teared up. i am betting that the moment they become a proper team is when things fall apart completely. i would be shocked if they beat BF at FF. I see Kenny vs Adam as a match at All Out & for that to happen they have to drop those belts.

oh yeah!!! that’s true!! I did love love LOVE his DoN entrance (HORSE!!!!) but I did miss hearing the entrance music and watching him stalk to the ring. man, I keep forgetting how much an eventual fall out between the pair of them is going to be, especially the more and more they start to bond like they’re doing now as a pair.

Like Blood and Guts is gonna be hella weird for so many reasons. Having the Elite all in one damn cage is hella weird since none of them have been on the same wave length even before Dynamite started. They are not a cohesive stable at all. I would argue to say they never were even before AEW was created. Like any turning against anyone would be very awkward because like Kenny is pretty much nothing and complacent in this “feud” and Cody has really nothing to do with the others since he’s pretty much been absorbed with himself the whole time. Like if the Bucks turn on Hangman then either Kenny and Cody do too or they just awkwardly watch from the sides and either choose a side or do nothing. It’s a really weird place to be in right now all for a cool idea of a episode theme but like you just HAD to insert the Elite into it.

i binged the new baby-sitters club netflix series this weekend and it was really fun and cute! it’s nice to see that the casting of the main 5 characters was diverse (especially compared to the books), and it the modernisation of some aspects was handled really well, considering that the books were primarily written in the 90s. i would highly recommend checking it out if you were a fan of the series when you were growing up, or if you have younger family who might be interested in checking it out. it’s a breeze to get through and the nostalgia hits HARD, i was a little misty eyed a few times lmao
