#hanbin is not a chameleon

I know I called this, so it's kinda on me for being mad, but how exactly did park hanbin or keita not make it into the group? Like who tf was voting that hard for gunwook (I definitely wanted him in the group, but we all know that that is keita's spot), first of all. Secondly, I will never stop saying this idc, how did gyuvin get in???

I feel like no one was thinking this through. The idea of Taerae Yujin and Gunwook in the same concept is hilarious to me. The idea of Jiwoong and Ricky both serving face instead of a purpose is so funny (I'm not saying they aren't talented, we've seen over the course of the show that not much is asked of Jiwoong and Ricky has a very particular vibe that I'm not sure will mesh well with the group). There just aren't enough chameleons in this group for it to click.

A chameleon, that’s the best way to describe him. As he is the bodyguard of the Maes, the man makes honor to the job he was assigned to do. Always having a watchful eye under the people he is set to protect, the man would do anything to assure their wellbeing and make sure the situation with the queen never repeats itself.  A serious man with only one goal on his mind and that is to ensure the safety of his people. Yet as Kang Hanbin, the man is completely different, a hopeless romantic in search of his happily ever after, a playful glint on his eyes gave away the truth about him, as he was still a soft boy deep inside.

1.      The littlest feet make the biggest footprints.

The sound of a baby’s laughter encircled the household of the Kang Advisor of the Maes early in the morning during the first day of May, the wife of the man had just giving birth to a boy who possessed fair white skin like snow and dark hair like a raven, when his father saw him for the first time a smile grew on his face, the kid had his mother’s beauty it was clear but that  surprised the man the most was the sound of laughter he let out instead of cries. Baby Hanbin smiled.

While he grew up house was filled with laughter, he made sure of it, sometimes it would be his, other times his mothers or fathers since the boy had that charming side of him and it only got louder when a second boy was born. Hanbin was now an older brother and he took the role seriously, he was always looking out for the younger one, whoever messed with the younger Kang was as if he messed with Hanbin himself and even if he was playful the young boy would fight them for his brother. Though not all the times everything was smooth for the two brothers, sometimes playful banters got to serious or the pressure their parents placed on their shoulders was a little bit too much for it to be a friendly competition, Hanbin was always the first one to apologize and, despite his young age, acted quite mature and everything was alright between the brothers.

           2.       I look at you & see the rest of my life in front of my eyes

Hanbin never lost that characteristic happiness that marked him, nor the playful glint in his eyes disappeared with the pass of time, it was still there though he was more reserved, like expected, the male still goofed around with his friends and brother, but he was well behaved when needed, being hard-working and caring for those younger than him, which made him stand out in the school and made his father proud.

He was only a teen when he met her, would that count as a meeting? Seeing someone once without a proper introduction and just staring at them from far away? To him, it did for his heart had throbbed so fast and hard making it heard to breath when he saw her smile, making one of his own grow in his without realizing. It wasn’t only her beauty that got his eyes, but for the gentle actions he saw. From that moment, Hanbin started trying to approach her, trying to find someone who would introduce them properly for him to start courting her instead of watching and looking out for her from afar.

          3.      Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.

Hanbin had always been a protector, of his family, of those younger and older than him, who had less than he did and even of those who had more. It wasn’t a surprise that the boy was assigned as a Bodyguard to the royalty with his impressive results in training and hard-working nature. That brought greatness to his family but happiness for him, that was his goal, and so the young man

His life was pleasant to the man, now in his 24 years he became a well-known guard, a great honor to grace him and his family for his hard work and knowledge but not only his life was good in the professional side since he was finally introduced to the Nameless Lady of his heart.
