So I finally found out what is going on with my leg. It turns out I tore both my hamstring and my hip adductor. The hamstring is the worse injury torn from the bone. I am going to need surgery and getting it done next Friday. After surgery I have to immobilize it for four weeks and then four to six months of recovery. I will use this time to grow my business and life. I was sad at first, then angry, then confused, and now I understand that it is where I am at and use it to make a better me. On a side note I miss yoga I have been out 3 weeks so far from when I got hurt.
