AU in which James remains a Navy Officer, and nothing goes down, but then he is send to Nassau and has to face Long John Silver, king of pirates, and they slowly fall for each other, consumed by their darknesses and realize they belong to each other... just that they can’t because they stand on two different sites and are considered enemies.
