🚒 #4thOfJulyBikeParade 🇺🇸 This was an interesting run today. My department helped out a local HOA with their annual 4th of July bike parade and I volunteered to walk behind the engine that was in the lead. Figured since I'm in topper mode for my upcoming half this would be good. Well the guys on the engine had us up to about 10 mph and at about a 1/2 mile my already sore legs were barking. It was great helping out the community and "chasing a fire truck" is an interesting run to say the keast.
